Need advice on next steps after Mounjaro peptides for muscle and skin recovery

Summary

What peptide options help with muscle rebuilding, skin tightening, and joint recovery after stopping a GLP-1 like Mounjaro?

The original poster lost significant weight and some muscle on Mounjaro, now wants a recomp-focused peptide approach including Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, BPC-157, and GHK-Cu while also addressing knee cartilage. One reply proposes adding Enclomiphene for a combined endocrine effect and lists monitoring needs plus other compounds like TB500. Follow-ups discuss potential Enclomiphene sides versus purity issues with gray-market versions.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether real Enclomiphene produces visual or mood sides or if those effects come only from zuclomiphene in clomiphene mixtures

Long-term safety of simultaneously stimulating both testosterone and GH axes, plus individual results with the proposed compounds

Nothing here is advice.

Hi everyone. Looking for input from folks who have come off GLP-1s and moved into peptides. I started Mounjaro back in April at 105 kg and sit around 80 kg now. Never went above 7.5 mg and it worked well. Fat went from 34 percent down to roughly 18 percent body fat, yet I also dropped noticeable muscle. I have always trained so I still have a decent foundation, but everything feels flatter. The loose skin around my stomach bothers me most; it is not bad but stops me from looking as lean as I feel. I could keep cutting but I think the priority now is rebuilding muscle, tightening skin, and improving recovery. Old ACL injury left some cartilage damage in the knee that I would like to support as well. Planning a stack with Tesamorelin plus Ipamorelin, BPC-157 for tissue and joint work, and GHK-Cu for skin. Goal is recomp and muscle gain rather than further fat loss.

This is not advice, just a hypothetical synergy. Stack Enclomiphene with Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin. That would target both the testosterone pathway through Enclomiphene while also preserving fertility and the Growth Hormone/IGF-1 pathway through the other two for body composition and recovery. It would raise cardiovascular and metabolic load such as higher blood sugar and would need ongoing precise medical oversight because long-term effects of driving two major endocrine systems together are unknown. Frequent labs would cover total and free testosterone, LH and FSH, estradiol, IGF-1, and a full metabolic panel for glucose and insulin. Copper peptide at 2 mg daily for skin has mixed feedback so results would vary. BPC-157 daily with TB500 weekly is a common tissue repair approach mentioned. NAD+ and KPV could be added for inflammation and energy. I do not think any

Thanks for the detailed reply, that actually sounds interesting. I have read some about Enclomiphene but never considered it in a stack like this. Does not Enclo carry quite a few possible sides though? Things like higher estradiol, mood swings, headaches, or vision problems? Reports online are mixed, some call it very clean while others mention estrogen rebound or feeling off after a few weeks. What is your take or experience with that?

I've got no personal experience at all with this mix or any of those peptides by themselves. What I know comes purely from stuff I've read in lots of different spots.

I recall that the genuine version of this compound avoids any problems with eyesight. The combined version tends to cause more unwanted reactions overall. This particular isomer makes up half of the original substance, while the remaining part seems to trigger estrogen activity leading to those unpleasant effects, and obtaining the isolated form proves more difficult. Quite a few sellers in unofficial markets offer the mixed product while claiming it to be the single isomer instead.
