how to make ninja creami protein ice cream without sucralose using allulose or other sweeteners

Users share custom recipes that blend protein powder, nuts or milk bases, cocoa, pudding mix for texture, and allulose/monkfruit or stevia sweeteners directly in the creami pint. The results are described as tasting like chocolate pistachio or vanilla ice cream while delivering high protein. One user notes the mix causes gas, and another mentions accidentally consuming sucralose leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

You can pour a protein shake into the ninja creami and get something close to ice cream, which I do from time to time. Still, I really dislike sucralose and try to avoid loads of sugar, so I usually go with an allulose and monkfruit mix instead. Last night I put together one pint with twenty grams of macadamia nuts blended into a little water first. No straining required because the machine will break them down. I also added a spoonful of cocoa powder, a spoonful of the allulose monkfruit sweetener, thirty grams of protein powder, a touch of vanilla extract, a little grated tonka bean, one tablespoon of pistachio instant pudding mix to improve the texture and add pistachio flavor, and a pinch of salt. The end result tasted exactly like chocolate pistachio ice cream.

This is my usual version. It calls for two cups of chocolate milk or vanilla, two tablespoons of stevia or any sweetener you like, two tablespoons of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, and whipped cream on top if you want it.

I can hear your partner saying it is almost midnight and to put the blender away and come to bed.

I am taking this recipe for myself, thanks. I also cannot stand sucralose and hate it when I end up eating some by accident.

I am too wild to have anyone living with me. If I feel like playing Imagine Dragons on my drum at one thirty in the morning, that is exactly what I will do.

I get a taste of it and it halts me completely. It appears in things I would never expect, and then it is that awful sweet plasticky flavor. Also that is a nice looking bird in your picture.

My standard recipe uses two scoops of vanilla ice cream flavored protein powder, one vanilla ice cream protein shake, and one vanilla ratio yogurt. It ends up with something like one hundred eight grams of protein and tastes fine. It fills you up fast but it also gives you some strong gas so keep that in mind.

You had me right until the part about strong gas. I cannot think of two words I would rather not see together like that.
