Those three act much more quietly than retatrutide. Visible skin changes can require multiple full skin cycles, each lasting four to six weeks. Taking progress photos from the start helps track any slow shifts. The earliest sign for me was softer skin texture and thinner calluses on hands and heels that stopped cracking, but that only showed up after a few months.
Been on Reta along with BPC, TB500 and GHK for nearly three months. Only the Reta is delivering noticeable results, which is the sole reason I still trust the source I got everything from. The weight loss is going well. Doses for the rest are BPC at 1 mg daily with occasional three-day breaks, GHK at 3 mg daily with the same breaks, and TB500 at 3 mg three times a week for the first two weeks then once a week since. Skin quality and recovery speed have not improved at all. Could the amounts be too low or are the other items likely inactive?
