You mean you began at 0.25 mg, correct? For many people a break and restart is difficult. They usually need to go higher before effects return. Keep raising the dose and check how it feels at 2.7 mg. If that still does nothing I would switch compounds because the alternative is much stronger for appetite control and weight reduction.
Hi everyone. I began semaglutide several months back following the usual starter schedule up to 1.25 mg each week. I noticed mild sulphur burps but nothing serious. At that 1.25 mg level my appetite was strongly reduced and I ate far less than normal. Then I stopped for roughly eight weeks because supplies ran out. I located some overseas sources and ordered a kit. I restarted at 0.5 mg and have now reached about 2 mg. The problem is I notice almost none of the earlier effects. The side effects are gone, I can eat normally again, and any appetite reduction feels like only one-fifth of what it was. Reconstitution and storage were done the same way except with the new bac water. Should I just keep going higher or is there something else to try? Moving to other options isn’t practical because I still have nine vials left and don’t want to discard them.
