Let's play around with spots you've visited and run into folks you hadn't seen since dropping the weight, where they gave you that snack look. Not only the stare, but you knew it was true and strutted like you owned the place with your updated look. GLP1 users, share where you've gone after shedding pounds and shown up looking sharp to people from before. Meds shift how we feel inside too, lifting confidence and changing how we carry ourselves. Pat yourself on the back and recount a time you displayed the new you to someone who hadn't seen you lately. I caught up with some old work buddies and they all went DAMNNNNNN. You look great! Down 45lbs so far and still carrying extra but feeling way better and healthier overall. These are real friends from over 8yrs working side by side and knowing each other's lives. We grabbed drinks and caught up on everything going on.

I don't follow what snack means here, and from how you put it I have none and nowhere.

BOOOOOOOOOOO Come on BNLFL! You've stuck around and dropped plenty yourself. There must be some spot you walked into feeling sharp and added extra spring to your step because of it.

Feeling stronger in your body lifts your mood and makes you shine so others pick up on it. It's nice when people from before clearly look surprised in a good way at the improvement. Extra credit if it's an old flame or past interest.

When I head into a spot the bartender just asks what I'm drinking now. Everyone there already knows me from before. My wife and I went out to Kansas for one of her sisters who wasn't well, and the rest of the siblings showed up too, six in total. Nobody mentioned anything about us slimming down. It's been 6-7 years since we last saw them.

Saw the title and figured this was about snack suggestions... sry, I’m just a little bit hungryπŸ˜…

They guaranteed some treats would show up. That really bugs me.

Yeah, same here! πŸ˜‚ I've shed thirty pounds, though not sufficient for outsiders to view me as appealing... hold up! Recently someone showed interest! It was pleasant and surprising since they behaved courteously, something I value. I acquired affordable seasonal attire to enhance my appearance; along with my building self-esteem, this has me moving with more poise, even though solely my partner observes and praises. 😊 Still, I aim to look hotter!

It's fun to reward myself with something tasty every so often! 😼

What an awesome discussion! I totally share the view that my self-assurance has increased tremendously along with feeling really satisfied about my current position and I have no intention of returning to the past.

The mental side drives so much of this whole experience. Our bodies could still handle the old eating habits, but thoughts push back hard, helped along by GLP slowing how food processes. Appearing better creates better moods, and better moods improve appearance in return. I sliced sweet potatoes into thin chip-like pieces, tossed them with a touch of olive oil, added cinnamon plus a bit of brown sugar, then air fried the batch until crisp. That delivered the exact treat I wanted after starting this discussion. 😁

I'd enjoy selecting an outfit for you since you'd come across as really appealing.

I accompanied my spouse on a trip tied to his recent employment that included a conference held in Florida where I encountered various individuals from his sales team along with clients and competitors. Most of these people were strangers to me apart from a small number I'd seen during occasional business-related dinners. At the outset I felt out of place because this environment of socializing and widespread flirting was unfamiliar and it doesn't align with the way my partner and I conduct ourselves. However following the initial period I found myself attracting attention from quite a few guys in an odd way. Being extra attached to my husband to dodge their interest actually became amusing with shared expressions seeking his intervention. He started off somewhat anxious but it soon showed everyone that I had no intention of joining in any casual encounters after drinks began flowing. It was satisfying to see him act protective given that in everyday circumstances I'm simply a mother focused on home duties including plant care and animal processing. This experience also highlighted the benefits of our subdued routine since I couldn't help feeling sorry for the other ladies engaging in loose behavior as their partners did likewise in different spots.

With some extra padding on my bottom I still count as good looking. I'm eager to change into an even more appealing smaller version though.

Knowing envy drives those responses gives me extra assurance. Behavior like this always gets a chuckle out of me.

Hang onto a bit of that extra rear padding though haha

Yep this footwear has decided to remain for good. Back then I really couldn't stand it but lately I've grown attached to her.
