Strength & BPC-157, TB500, GHK-cu stack

15 replies11 peopleApr 8, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Does a BPC-157 TB500 GHK-cu stack increase lifting strength and how is it used for recovery or injuries?

Users report noticeable strength gains after 3-4 weeks on the stack during 12-week cycles, with the effect disappearing when off it. Most attribute the improvement to faster recovery between sessions rather than direct strength enhancement, and several describe using BPC near injury sites for issues like tennis elbow or post-surgery healing with good results. Dosing details shared include 500 mcg BPC twice daily, 500 mcg TB500 daily, and 2 mg GHK-cu daily. Some question whether site-specific injections add benefit or if placebo and better training volume play a role.

I inject BPC-157, TB500 and GHK-cu in the morning and add a second BPC-157 dose before bed. My strength increases while on this stack. At first I didn't connect the improvements to the peptides, but repeating the same cycle shows the weights move more easily every time. No published studies cover this, yet the stack is the only factor that lines up with the gains appearing and disappearing. Not sure if one, two, or all three are responsible, but the effect shows up after 3-4 weeks into a 12-week run. Anyone else seen the same pattern?

I wondered if these might boost how fast you bounce back from sessions while using versus not. Perhaps nighttime rest turns out deeper with them during the cycle. Those were just some quick notions that occurred to me after looking over what you shared.

I'm interested in knowing the amounts you're taking for every one.

I've observed a comparable effect from using those healing peptides, which I think comes down to how quickly the body bounces back. Previously, soreness from an old issue meant that even light bench sessions left me hurting for several days afterward. Now that time has shrunk dramatically to about a day, or sometimes half that on lighter days. Adding a small amount of the growth hormone releasers on top of the first ones appears to have restored my left shoulder's condition to what it was a decade earlier. Because of that improved ease during workouts, I've been able to build up my strength noticeably. At this point in my forties, I'm pushing toward heavier lifts on the bench, even though I only began consistent weight work late last year.

Wondering about any upsides from bpc taken two times each day.

The substance clears out fast, which is why folks who've recovered from similar damage say twice works best based on what they've tried. My elbow from playing tennis feels way improved following four weeks on the routine I set up. I'm receptive to alternative perspectives.

Just wondering about the method you follow for tennis elbow cases, especially if the shots go right into the affected spot under the skin or into muscle instead of the usual abdominal area ones.

I inject the BPC near the affected area subcutaneously, whereas the other two compounds go into my abdominal region. Previously, after my shoulder operation in August, I administered two rounds consisting of eight weeks active followed by four weeks rest, placing all three substances under the skin there. That meant folding the skin on my shoulder to access the adipose tissue and getting assistance from my spouse for the shots, which worked out well. My healing progressed ahead of the schedule provided by the therapist, and the resulting mark looks quite good when compared to the ones from my earlier operations on the hernia and lower back.

I'm wondering how frequently others switch up their injection spots for BPC around the shoulder area. My shoulder issue has been limiting my bench press progress. Currently in the third week of my BPC combined with CJC and IPA regimen, managing four shots daily makes site rotation tough. The tracking app keeps warning me with red alerts to change locations. For the BPC specifically, I'm only using spots close to the shoulder on a couple of days each week.

Right now I'm getting that item to achieve the same goal. My aim is improved recuperation after lifting weights so I can make gains quicker. No injury exists at the moment and this is purely experimental. In a few months I'll start a new discussion to share the outcome with everyone.

I've found nothing to suggest that injecting right beside a hurt spot gives you better results, which means I just go with whatever spot feels easiest. That whole thing about where you inject seems like just gym lore to me.

Placebos can really mess with your head in these situations. It could be the combo lets you handle tougher sessions than usual. That might mean exceeding what your body bounces back from without them but staying in a safe range while using them.

I choose spots close to the hurt spot even right next to where I last put the needle in. I rotate the locations in a circle pattern and remember the order to avoid picking randomly. I also grab the skin with my fingers and use the wipe to push down on the spot then swirl it gently once the shot is done so the stuff spreads out around there. I follow the same steps for my hormone injections that my regular physician suggested.

I've noticed too that exercising the sore spot through physical therapy after using BPC seems to speed recovery. This showed up clearly in my left shoulder just now.
