After reaching the top dose of tirz following a full year my progress halted once 83 pounds came off. Moving over to reta starting at 5 mgs led to adding 2 pounds across three weeks along with no hunger control at all. Raising the amount to 7 mgs produced only slight hunger control. Adding 0.5 mgs of cagri later brought the hunger control back and dropped those 2 pounds during the first week. My own view on reta stays mixed since the scale keeps moving downward but only at a slow pace of half a pound to a pound in a strong week.
Looking for some thoughts on this. Maybe my current batch isn't as strong? On tirzepatide I dropped 30 pounds without needing high amounts, topping out at 6mg weekly. It really cut my appetite, reduced food thoughts, and even limited how much beer I could drink. Switched to retatrutide starting at 3mg per week, now up to 6mg after a month. Weight hasn't moved much. More energy has led to more exercise but no big changes. Has anyone switched from tirzepatide and can share thoughts on dosing? Wondering if what I received might have a problem, though the source seemed reliable based on their quick replies and reputation.
