What is the oldest frozen, lyophilized tirz you've reconned and used?

Summary

oldest frozen tirzepatide vials people have reconstituted and used

Forum users report stockpiling multiple years' worth in freezers and are seeking real-world accounts of using vials older than two years. Current experiences shared include batches just under two years old and one from April 2024 that is still working normally. No one has yet described successfully using three- or four-year-old material, though several are holding larger quantities based on stability expectations.

I picked up a couple of gray orders and ended up with more than I planned. Now I have enough for six years at my present dose or two years if I go all the way to the top weekly amount. Everything is sitting in a freezer. I am curious how long others have kept vials frozen and what is the oldest one anyone has actually mixed and used.

I would like to see those answers too. People talk about having years of supply on hand, yet few seem to have actually mixed and used anything older than a couple of years. I also have a large amount stored away, but it would be interesting to learn who on the forum is still working through the oldest batches.

Exactly. I have seen people holding far more than I bought. I am looking for actual reports of people using material that is two, three, or four years old.

I am currently using a batch from October 2024 that has been frozen for just under two years.

That is the kind of information I am after. Has anyone gone past two years?

LevelTimber10archiveMay 23

Good question. I hope some 2023 batches turn up in the replies.

I will be watching this thread as well. I now have more than four years stored in the freezer after hearing an interview on the topic. My main worry is that getting any more shipped could become difficult or impossible later on. I plan to keep the freezer running as long as I can and always maintain a five-year reserve.

This is secondhand, but someone I know who started stockpiling well before I did is currently using a batch from April 2024 that has stayed frozen the whole time. She reports it is working as expected.

My husband takes 3 mg a week for blood sugar and inflammation. He started in October 2025 and I am reconstituting from my own freezer supply that dates back to November 2024.
