Which pep gave you the fastest results?

Summary

Which peptides deliver the quickest noticeable results for weight loss, healing, sleep, or other effects?

Users report tirzepatide often produces fast weight loss and A1C drops within weeks to months, while retatrutide shows slower but steady progress after switching. Healing stacks like BPC/TB-500/IGF-1DES or the Wolverine combo eased shoulder injuries rapidly for some. CJC+IPA improved sleep scores quickly, and MOTS-c gave an immediate energy boost during runs. Experiences vary by starting point and prior GLP-1 use.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Some found retatrutide slower after tirzepatide while others saw continued gym and mirror progress; one user questioned whether 50 lb dumbbell reps indicated bodybuilder status.

Still open

Whether plateaus after switching GLP-1s resolve without further dose or diet changes, and long-term maintenance after rapid initial results.

Nothing here is advice.

Curious what peptides gave others real visible changes in the least time. Tirzepatide and GHK-Cu stood out for me. Being type 1 diabetic, my A1C fell from 8 to 6 in three months on tirz along with weight loss, and skin looked clearer and brighter after roughly three weeks on GHK. Anyone else want to share what they saw?

Tirzepatide worked fastest for me too, probably because it was my first GLP-1 and I carried a lot of inflammation. Dropped 15 pounds the first month. Retatrutide has been solid the last three months with slower scale movement but better gym performance and visible changes in the mirror.

New to reta and seeing quick losses, 13 pounds in 24 days. Then tried the doomsday stack of BPC, TB-500 and IGF-1DES. One shot two days ago and my torn shoulder moves higher now, delts feel harder and I lifted more. Did hammer curls with a 50 lb dumbbell on the left for the first time in four years.

Are you a body builder? Never seen a girl rep 50 lb dumbbells unless they were a roided-up body builder.

Stuck on a plateau with no pound lost in three weeks even though diet and workouts stayed the same, which has me worried. Switched to reta three weeks ago and dropped tirz hoping to restart the earlier weight-loss pace. Did the same thing happen when you switched?

SteadyCinder62archiveMay 26

The originals for me. Sema first, and the next day I quit biting my nails and cut back to one morning coffee, which was telling. MT2 gave fast appetite control and helped with tanning when kept low and slow.

Hit a couple plateaus after moving to reta. Had to review my diet because calorie needs drop as weight comes off. Dropped another 250 calories daily. Cutting tirz without bumping reta a bit might be worth checking too. Went from 1.5 mg reta up to 3 mg once tirz was out and have been losing steadily for a little over a month at that dose.

CJC plus IPA starts working right away when pinned before bed. Felt warm and relaxed, and my sleep score jumped from the 60-70 range to over 80 in just one week. That improvement alone keeps it in my stack.

Tirzepatide took until the next morning to make me vomit. Semax acted the same day but the effect was much milder.

The wolverine stack has been great for me too, rotator cuff issue cleared up so I can finally lift heavier again without pain.

Glad it worked out for you. Guess I still have to wait a bit longer.

MOTS-c stood out. Mixed 120 mg into 10 ml saline in a nasal spray. During the last weeks of the NAD/SS/MOTS-c protocol I put the rest into one bottle and take a couple sprays per nostril before running. Four sprays equal 5 mg, about 10-15 minutes before heading out. Gives an extra push so the two-mile forest run finishes quicker and I feel like I have more in reserve. Notice the difference with versus without almost right away.

Remember that time I thought you were a girl?

Saw the comment and wondered if I should feel proud about lifting a 50 lb dumbbell as a girl.

Sure, provided my build never hinted at managing such loads.

Good to hear. Getting ready to start the same protocol for long-standing poor sleep and stubborn visceral fat. Crossing my fingers.

PatientBeacon15archiveMay 27

An accidental overdose of tirzepatide gave me the quickest results.

SteadyWillow85archiveMay 27

On reta for three weeks and down 10 pounds, from 255 to 245.

The side effects weren't too terrible for me. Unlike others, I avoid getting sick to my stomach or having diarrhea from the medication. All I dealt with was intense heartburn along with no hunger at all for several days in a row.

Made me plain sick the first few days. Had to drop to 1.5 mg because even 2.5 mg causes GI trouble. Doing better at 1.5 mg so planning to stay there for now.

Nice to be a super responder. Gives more dosing flexibility going forward and saves money on future orders, if any more are needed.

Downside is it seems to have wrecked my typing skills. Also a super responder to TRT so I need very low doses or levels go too high. Will need another order since only one injection remains.

Did you inject straight into the shoulder or just subQ anywhere?

PlainLedger17archiveJun 7

Tirz for sure. Also just started PE 22-28 and maybe it's placebo but my depressed mood feels better.

LevelBramble49archiveJun 7

Direct into the shoulder or delt, though I have started doing subQ in the stomach too.

Have some odd inflammation and tendon issues around the scapula, trap and shoulder. Not sure how I would reach the spot and there is not enough fat there for subQ anyway.
