Daily peptide injection counts and multi-compound stacking routines

79 replies32 peopleJan 7, 2026β˜† Follow
Summary

How users manage varying numbers of daily injections while handling administration, storage, effects, and long-term sustainability of complex stacks

Participants report daily pin counts ranging from zero to sixteen, combining GLP-1s, healing peptides, mitochondrial compounds and others, along with practical details on syringe technique, site rotation, and vial storage. Some describe energy effects from specific additions, plans to simplify protocols, and minimal routines of one pin daily plus occasional doses, while others outline weekly schedules mixing several compounds. Discussion centers on whether high-volume injection routines remain practical over time.

Running the twice-daily wolverine protocol plus tirz on Fridays and reta on Mondays puts me at sixteen shots. Shared the total with my partner once and she reacted pretty strongly, so I won't repeat that with anyone else. Still, my day-to-day condition is the best it's been in years. Can't separate whether the stack, the big weight drop, or just mindset is responsible, but every day feels solid. Supplies should last a while after filling the second container.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 7

Nice work on the weight and the improved state. Probably everything combined is helping. At my highest I was doing three or four daily shots including reta, cjc 1295, ipamorelin, and bpc157. Now it's just lipo c every other day. Planning to test 5a1mq soon. Trying out various energy and mitochondria options one at a time to see what registers.

ClearBeacon24archiveJan 7

Average of eight shots a day for me.

Besides the obvious glp1s, which of the peps and stacks you've tried gave the strongest results? Thanks for the congrats, the road has been tough but the weight loss still matters most right now.

AmberCompass48archiveJan 7

Eight a day is a lot. What are you actually injecting?

AmberCompass48archiveJan 7
↳ replying to @BrightBeacon35

I also have ipamorelin and am considering holding it until the wolverine run finishes. Not sure how many stacks I want going at once, but so far everything feels fine.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 7

Bpc 157 helped a lot with a knee issue from bjj. Lipo c plus vitamin b has given steady energy without any crash, not a stimulant feeling but clearly noticeable. Kpv also cut down inflammation for me.

PlainKettle41archiveJan 7

Three pins on weekdays and one on weekends with the current protocols. Plenty more vials in the freezer and more on the way. On low-pin days I sometimes wonder if I should add another protocol just to have something to do.

Lipo c gave real energy, not placebo. Out of it now and it's one of the few non-peptides I'd buy another full kit of. Two weeks into a 5 Amino/NAD stack and the energy level isn't matching yet, maybe needs more time.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 7

What dose of each are you using?

AmberCompass48archiveJan 7
↳ replying to @LevelTimber10

Not convinced on NAD either. Thought about it but not sold that it does much.

LevelTimber10archiveJan 7

Two milligrams of 5 Amino five times a week. Next NAD dose will be fifty milligrams, up from twenty-five, twice weekly.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 8

Tried nad+ at one hundred milligrams five times a week then one hundred fifty three times a week. Looking forward to starting 5a1mq at two milligrams. Most people aren't using high enough doses on peptides outside the glp1s.

LevelTimber10archiveJan 8

That's the question with some of these. Is the amount high enough to matter? I'm cautious with anything that isn't a glp. Slow to reach six on Tirz and with less-studied items I might be under-dosing. You probably hit the intended range with NAD, but 5 Amino doses vary a lot.

QuietMeadow79archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @AmberCompass48 (opening post)

Varies by day. NAD five times a week, MotsC twice a week, Reta once a week. Some days one shot, some days two, Fridays three. Running out of body spots to use.

If this stack shows clear results I'll report back. I get drawn to anything promising more energy. Suspect the issue is more mental than physical. Anxiety keeps me physically wired, then drained, and my in-person social energy stays low. Maybe time to look at Semax/Selank.

PlainKettle41archiveJan 8

There's a mitochondria repair protocol using Mots-C, SS-31, and NAD. What dosing schedule are you following with the NAD?

AmberCompass48archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @PlainKettle41

Picked up Mots c earlier but still need the ss-31.

LevelTimber10archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @PlainKettle41

Don't have ss or mots. Hesitant on ss because I don't know enough about it. Saw the 5 Amino/NAD stack mentioned here and already had both on hand so decided to try it.

PlainKettle41archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelTimber10

Would like to see that protocol too since I have both. Do you recall the exact doses and length? Looking forward to running the mitochondria repair one with SS-31, MOTs-C, and NAD.

WryPebble28archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelTimber10

SS-31 is very safe and even approved at high doses for Barth syndrome.

LevelTimber10archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @PlainKettle41

Only protocol I've seen is at the bottom of the list. Some on the forum mentioned twenty-five milligrams or more three times weekly, which seems odd given the fifty-milligram vial size for 5 Amino. Maybe they meant NAD instead.

LevelLedger10archiveJan 8

Not criticizing, everyone does their own thing, but with sixteen daily pins it's hard to know what's actually doing what. Understand the urge to try everything. Have a freezer full myself but prefer to change one variable at a time. Using pens for all of them? With that volume pens are probably the only practical way.

My approach to personal trials is that placebo can't be ruled out anyway, so go ahead, especially when some peptides work better together. Some people can tell an effect because symptoms return after they stop.

LevelLedger10archiveJan 8

Main goal is figuring out which ones give the biggest return. No real side issues so far, but if something came up it would be tough to trace to one item or the mix. Not limiting to single compounds either, just trying not to flip every switch at once. Phasing them in gradually should make effects easier to separate.

SharpCinder28archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelLedger10

Same here, though results from the quantum mind continuum are still limited by budget.

SharpHarbour88archiveJan 8

Once daily with the Ipa/tesa blend.

ClearBeacon24archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelLedger10

Didn't add everything at once, started almost a week between each.

AmberCompass48archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelLedger10

Meant per week, sorry. Bad phrasing again. Only that high because of the wolverine stack. Some people do three shots a day with it.

GreyPebble34archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @BrightBeacon35

Does lipo c feel comparable to the earlier stack, or did you drop the others for a different reason?

SharpCinder28archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @AmberCompass48

Just when I thought I had someone to look up to.

IronThistle42archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

Exactly, if placebo works then why not use it? Always appreciate the quantum mind continuum effect.

SharpCinder28archiveJan 8

For daily shots it's theoretically better to split into twice daily to reduce endotoxin exposure per hour, mainly at higher doses or with certain non-GLP peptides given IM to limit ISRs. Opposite holds at Taco Bell though, expectation only makes that worse.

QuietAlder25archiveJan 8

Cycling several things right now. Finishing the fourteen-week mitochondria stack: Mots c three times weekly, Nad+ twice, tesa plus ipamorelin on weekdays, KLOW daily, ARA-290 daily, glutathione daily, IGF1-lr3 Monday Wednesday Friday, Tirz Thursday, Mazdutide Sunday. Selank maybe once a week. Started sr9009 yesterday. Feeling great, muscle and strength rising fast from lifting. Swim times haven't moved though, they've stayed the same for years even after the weight came off. Hoping sr9009 changes that.

QuietAlder25archiveJan 8

Learned not to tell anyone the injection count except one friend who's similar and people here. At the gym my friend and I joke about doing shots after workouts and get odd looks because the gym is inside the senior center.

LevelLedger10archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @QuietAlder25

Hope the stack delivers good results, keep us updated. Hard not to mention peptides when friends mention problems. In more traditional groups they'd see me as a druggie if they heard the details. Nice having at least one person in person to talk with. Highest single day for me was four shots, seven compounds counting a blend. More than that and mental fatigue sets in, yet one-pin days feel boring. Brain is strange.

QuietAlder25archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelLedger10

Any conversation with friends I steer toward peptides. They're probably tired of it. Any issue comes up and I have a peptide suggestion. Still call Thursday shot day because that's when Tirz started and it stuck.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 8

Averaging five to eight daily. Morning fasted: homemade GLOW, Semax, glutathione twelve hundred milligrams every other day. Before bed fasted: Selank, tesa, kiss. Tirz and Reta weekly four days apart. SS-31 felt good a few months back then followed with MOTS but nothing noticeable. SS-31 now approved, curious if pharma versions will appear like glutathione or stay gray like tesa. Planning to try the trial dose of ten to forty milligrams daily for four to eight weeks. Five kits of fifty milligrams arriving so twenty-five milligrams daily will use a kit in three weeks. NAD+ five-hundred kits in the freezer, doses mentioned from ten to two hundred milligrams with mixed reports so still undecided.

PlainKettle41archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

Those sorts of expectations probably come from actual bad experiences after a real Taco Bell run.

LevelThistle41archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @QuietAlder20

Curious which device you're employing with the glutathione. My initial purchase is still on the way and I'm noticing the amount needed will be huge. Plus this stuff ends up pricey. πŸ˜€

QuietAlder20archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @LevelThistle41

I use 600 mg vials with 1 ml BAC, which ends up being 120-130 units. So I draw with three 100 unit 31g syringes across two vials. All done SQ. I know some prefer IM and others go IV, but after reading that pretty much anything works SQ with good absorption I'm taking the simpler route. Check back when I start 10 ml daily of cerebro, that will have to be IM.

LevelThistle41archiveJan 8
↳ replying to @QuietAlder20

I'm a bit unclear on what you meant by those three needles and pair of containers. Could you explain that part using different wording?

QuietAlder20archiveJan 9
↳ replying to @LevelThistle41

No issue here. Mixing one milliliter of the bacteriostatic solution with six hundred milligrams of the glutathione powder creates a volume larger than one hundred units. That means I need several syringes to pull everything out. I fill two syringes completely with one hundred units each from the separate containers, yet some remains behind in both, so a third one collects the leftover amount. After that, the injections start. πŸ€—

WarmHarbour28archiveJan 9

My idea was that three needle jabs weekly added up to real effort. That still left me outside the frequent pin target circle though! 🀣

QuietAlder84archiveJan 9
↳ replying to @QuietAlder20

Let us know how the cerebro works out. I'm looking forward to getting mine.

AmberCompass48archiveJan 9

32oz hydrapeaks, and then the three piece insert. Probably don't need all that but the containers can keep stable temps for long term storage. I have thousands invested between compound and gray, wanna keep everything as nice as I can.

CopperTimber28archiveJan 9

Lately I got hold of those big meal jars in the thirty two ounce size from a discount outlet at a solid bargain.
