Maybe the cagrilintide I have is weak. I had already dropped about forty pounds on tirzepatide, going from three milligrams every six days up to ten over four months. Then I stalled. After four weeks I added five hundred micrograms of cagrilintide every six days on top of the tirz and one milligram of reta, all staggered. Eight weeks later I had only lost another three or four pounds. Raised cagrilintide to one milligram and reta to two, which gave seven pounds before another stall. Later raised everything again to tirz twelve, cagrilintide two, reta four. Finally seeing some movement again. Almost eight months in I am about ten pounds from my goal under thirty BMI, starting from exactly forty. It seems like a useful tool but not the game changer some describe.
