Finished two cycles of GHK-cu and .. meh

Summary

What results do people see from daily injectable GHK-Cu for skin aging and thickness?

Users report gradual skin improvements after several months of daily use, including thicker skin, reduced fine lines, better tone, and fewer wrinkles, though effects are often subtle at first and build over time. Some see noticeable changes only after 4-7 months of continuous use or multiple cycles, while others notice little benefit if already using retinoids and sunscreen. Combining with other compounds or adjusting reconstitution can reduce injection site reactions for those who experience them.

I waited to finish two full rounds of injectable GHK-cu before judging it. The first was six weeks at two milligrams daily, then four weeks off, followed by eight weeks at the same dose. Skin thickness got better, roughly cutting my paper-thin look in half, and I saw small gains in fine lines, wrinkles, tone, and complexion. No one else commented though, so the changes stayed pretty mild overall. It was cheap enough to try but I expected stronger effects.

Peptides like this rarely deliver quick miracles because bodies vary so much in how they respond. GLP-1s feel instant yet still work by slowly fixing biochemistry, and GHK-Cu seems to need even more time. I have run a similar mix containing it for nearly two years with only short breaks and the differences became clear only after that long stretch, especially when paired with other skin and hair habits.

Those sound like solid gains to me. The paper skin on my shins disappeared completely, which made the whole effort worthwhile.

Because it has a short half-life measured in minutes, the effect comes in bursts. After six months my skin thickness improved and stayed tight even after losing nearly ninety pounds. For faster visible changes something like botox might be worth considering instead.

I am realizing now that staying on it longer is probably the way to go. My wife noticed right away and said my face and neck look much better.

After a month and a half of straight GHK-Cu followed by two months of a mixed version, my skin feels thicker and strangers have started complimenting how good I look. My face appears younger. I split the daily dose to reduce reactions and plan a break before another round. I also use MT2, which might be helping.

I have kept GHK-Cu going nonstop for almost seven months now and only cycle the mixed versions.

Two weeks into the mixed version I already feel better skin and faster workout recovery. I am also on another compound that was causing fatigue, but adding this has helped so far.

Two months at two milligrams daily has made a difference in how much force it takes to push the needle into my stomach area. Skin also feels a bit tighter, and if my wife thinks I look better that is a nice bonus.

It did nothing noticeable for me, though I already apply sunscreen every day and retinoids every other day so I did not expect much.

This stuff is finally kicking in and I spoke too soon earlier. Lines on my face are gone except some deeper forehead ones, and skin color, tone, balance, and smoothness are all much better. I look about fifteen years younger now.

Did you see any change in hair thickness or growth?

Not really. With male pattern baldness there was not much difference, though the hair I still have feels softer.

I switched to a pen because I pin every day. I get welts though, not pain, so I am still tweaking how much BAC water to use and may go back to syringes to allow more dilution. Right now I reconstitute fifty milligrams with five milliliters and pin two milligrams daily.

Four other common fixes are using a longer needle, changing the injection site, adding KPV or switching to a mixed version, or adding some GHK-Basic to pull extra copper ions. I reconstitute one hundred milligrams into three milliliters and split across two cartridges for about eighteen doses per cartridge at roughly two point six milligrams.

I reconstitute the same way and have had zero injection site reactions since switching to that method.
