I use 25g and they are fine. I use luer lock so I swap to a fresh one for the actual shot and it glides right in. There are tricks like coughing while you pierce or lightly scratching nearby skin to distract yourself. I have also done IM on my partner so maybe practice on someone else first. I believe in you.

It is a custom blend, most people just buy gluth on its own. Taurine, NAD+, and NAC. I looked up the supreme and had no idea what it was.

SteadyAnchor73archiveJul 5

Yeah I know what it is. You said a kit for that price but it does not contain glutathione. You use it for reconstitution. It is supposed to stabilize the glutathione so it lasts longer, supercharge it, and make the injection smoother too. That is why I have a vial on the way and will buy more if it works as advertised.

Update on this. I diluted it more and it still hurts but is tolerable now with pain only lasting a couple minutes. Four ml bac in 500 mg gluta. Tried both IM and subq and they hurt about the same.

My experience turned out nearly identical. Ended up accumulating a huge stockpile of it as well. πŸ˜’

I experienced the same reaction from liposomal C until switching to the buttock site. Glutathione went smoothly when placed in the outer leg muscle at that volume and strength, producing just a brief sting that faded fast.

I figured gluth was merely the term they used for it and now I wonder why this got posted inside the discussion of gluth experiences.

I picked up some pink Korean item along with a couple bottles of that special sterile water after stumbling across mentions of it. There's also this skin numbing cream in my possession, though I'm unsure about putting it on. Needles really freak me out. It's wild that I'm handling any peptide shots whatsoever, let alone multiple ones under the skin. Time will tell how everything turns out.

KeenKettle50archiveJul 5

Unrelated but NAC is essential liver support for anyone using anabolic steroids.

ClearBeacon24archiveJul 5
↳ replying to @KeenKettle50

From what I experience this turns into the main antioxidant and it fights the free radicals while linking to the toxins so they can leave my body without trouble.

Where did you find GTB supreme? I looked and can only find vitamin c.

CopperFenwick10archiveJul 10

I have thirty 1500 mg in the freezer not touched yet and will probably add it to my next cycle.

RustCompass54archiveJul 10
↳ replying to @SteadyHarbour16

You can get it at a few places if you know where to look.

SteadyMeadow73archiveJul 10

I wanted to share my initial liver test results as a baseline. My liver function has typically been excellent; a decade back, my ALT level sat at 9, but now it's higher. There's a glutathione kit that's been in my shopping cart from a pharmacy in Korea for roughly seven days. Does that mean no further checks are required? Reading suggests I might also need to get a vitamin C vial. I'm thinking of injecting it under the skin. After going through the discussion, I'm starting to question if this is something I should pursue. Needles scare me badly, so my son handles my weekly Enbrel and tirzepatide injections.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 10

From what I understand subq is for low dose maintenance. I have done IM always. It is spicy. For the vit c I personally did oral, one thousand mg ascorbic in the morning and another five hundred mg in the afternoon starting a week before the glutathione cycle. Korean is known for being the best. Pink is the one I bought.

SteadyMeadow73archiveJul 10

That specific item appears unavailable right now from the usual source. I've used it before. It feels like my pace is behind most others working with these compounds. Did they skip blending the vitamin c into the glutathione to cut down on site reactions? What's the top spot for an intramuscular shot? The rear? I'll probably need to have my daughter handle it for me rather than my son this time.

GreyPebble84archiveJul 11

I'm curious about the needle gauge others are choosing for this. Should it match the one my partner relies on for intramuscular steroid injections, I think I would faint.

LevelAlder29archiveJul 11
↳ replying to @SteadyMeadow73

People often choose the buttocks for these injections since those muscles rank as the largest. A clip showed the technique for placing them there. When I tried the glutathione on myself it caused intense burning right away. I only managed a small fraction before stopping due to the sudden shock-like pain. That level of discomfort surprised me so now I'm unsure whether to repeat the attempt. I mixed in some sterile water and targeted the upper area of the muscle but the burning stayed strong. Mentions of thinner needles start at twenty seven gauge and I plan to use that size or twenty five once mine arrives since the clip featured a thicker one and I don't feel brave enough for it.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 11

That label abbreviation shows it's for shots and maybe brands mark things differently.

QuietAlder32archiveJul 11

Over the last six months I've taken both glutathione and MIC/B12. The MIC/B12 produced more obvious results for me personally. Even so, the glutathione must be delivering its antioxidant action without any perceptible indication.

ClearMeadow73archiveJul 11

25g one inch. I spent a lot of time watching videos before I finally felt confident enough.

GreyPebble84archiveJul 11
↳ replying to @LevelAlder29

Maybe I'll deal with the twenty seven gauge after all, though getting another person to handle the actual shot could be necessary.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 28

Previously I attempted Glut under the skin multiple times yet those sizable swellings on my legs became impossible to tolerate. After seeing useful clips posted by someone helpful I tried my very first muscle injection. It seems much less daunting after finishing the initial one. I'm eager to observe how a full Glut run will turn out. Still unsure if the needle reached the targeted spot since my leg keeps pulsing an hour afterward πŸ˜…

PatientFenwick91archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

Glad to hear that! Muscle shots become simpler with practice for me. The side hip area hurts the least in my experience, then the upper butt. Thigh spots aren't something I enjoy for these shots.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick91

Cheers 😊 I'm now thinking about picking another area for my following try. I reckon I landed on the front section of my upper leg instead of the outer part, sorry for the basic description πŸ˜‚ It's still hurting badly after more than an hour, ice or not. My butt area lacks size currently so that pushes me toward beginning some leg workouts!

ClearMeadow73archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

At the start I experienced some discomfort lasting around ten to fifteen minutes each time. After trying it out I noticed staying seated without moving for five minutes following the shot stopped any later discomfort. The ventrogluteal spot remains my preferred choice for this even though caution leads me to use each location just weekly at most. Congrats on finishing the toughest part! 😊

SharpCinder28archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @LevelAlder29

From what I can tell the outer part of the leg's vl area carries lower risk and feels simpler than the rear, since the rear requires watching out for that major nerve running through it.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

That lines up with what a nurse practitioner friend once told me.

ClearBeacon24archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

Curious how much volume you are injecting each time.

SlowLedger41archiveJul 28

Is anyone using that glutathione transport water product? It looks like regular bac water but with taurine added. Wondering what the taurine is supposed to add when paired with glutathione.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 28
↳ replying to @SlowLedger41

The person who first showed it to me was reconstituting with ascorbic acid. The taurine part still has me curious though.

WryWillow91archiveJul 29

You do not really feel this one right away. I did a loading phase of three 600 mg shots a week and then dropped to 600 mg weekly for maintenance. Skin looks better and I have not caught anything since starting. Recovery from stress or travel feels quicker too, though other things I am taking could be helping.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @ClearBeacon24

Went with 200 mg IM last night. Earlier subQ attempts were 100 mg. Reconstituted a 600 mg vial using 3 ml of bac water. Might try the pink version next time instead.

There is an RN video on YouTube where he walks through an IM shot on himself while explaining each step. The part that stuck with me is sitting down, pulling the skin tight with one hand, and coughing as you dart the needle into the top of the thigh with the other. Comments said it worked well for them too. I do not have the link anymore but that was the main tip.

ClearBeacon24archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

I mix mine fifty-fifty with vitamin C and do it subQ. I get both from the same place that also sells an injectable vitamin blend.

LevelTimber64archiveJul 29

I have heard from several people that subQ works fine and you still get the benefits. It is only anecdotal but that is all I have to go on.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @BlueCinder57

That is exactly the video I watched before pinning last night. Someone here shared the link. The American doctor doing testosterone shots recommended stretching the skin, coughing, and jabbing like a dart. The actual insertion was not too bad, it was the pain afterward that got me. I have a lot of the regular glutathione on hand and wonder if that is causing the issue. Planning to switch to the pink version next week since most seem to prefer it.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @ClearBeacon24

Thanks, that is the place I have been looking at. How bad is the sting with the subQ mix? I tried a premade glutathione, vitamin C, and zinc blend once and ended up with two huge hard lumps in my stomach for months. Never buying premade blends again after that.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @LevelTimber64

Good to know anyway. If the IM shots keep hurting too much I will go back to subQ. At least I know I can handle IM now.

BlueCinder57archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

I was not doing IM but found the same video when getting ready to inject testosterone for the first time. As a woman my dose is low so subQ works, but the larger needle made me nervous at first. Watching it made the IM idea seem less scary and also helped me stop worrying about tiny bubbles I cannot always get out.

ClearWillow37archiveJul 29

Doing 200 mg or 1 ml every three days in the vastus lateralis. Did not notice much except getting sweaty palms every time I had to inject.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

The pink version can still sting. I noticed it went better when I hit the vastus lateralis exactly right while seated with my foot flat and the muscle relaxed. Rubbing the spot afterward helped too.

ClearBeacon24archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

I only get a slight burn and a small bump that usually fades within the hour. I usually do 100 mg per day.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @NorthWillow72

I did it sitting on the floor with both legs straight out. Might try the seated position next time. How much lingering sting do your IM shots usually leave?

QuietAlder20archiveJul 29

I have used both the Chinese and Korean versions for a couple of years now, both IM and subQ. Glutathione is central to my daily routine. I have gone up to 600 mg but never above 300 mg per ml concentration. SubQ can be a little spicy with occasional lumps, but IM has none of that. I am a very pale redhead who sees a dermatologist regularly for mole checks. Last visit the doctor asked what changed because my skin looked noticeably better and age spots had lightened. I mentioned glutathione and NAD and was told to keep going. I also add 5-amino with the NAD. Current protocol is 150 mg glutathione daily, 100 mg NAD+, and 100 mg 5-amino on Monday Wednesday Friday. As a recovering alcoholic it was encouraging to see my AST and ALT back in normal range after decades of heavy drinking. Along with tirzepatide, glutathione is something I plan to keep using long term.

NorthWillow72archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @SlowSparrow78

I tried 1 ml of the 600 mg strength a few times. When I missed the spot it felt like a charlie horse, but when the muscle was relaxed and the needle went in cleanly I could rub it for a minute and be fine afterward.

BrightCinder35archiveJul 29

What size syringes are you using? I am only doing subQ at 100 mg which is a full 1 ml and want to go higher.

SlowSparrow78archiveJul 29
↳ replying to @BrightCinder35

I got a hormone injection kit that included luer lock syringes, 21 gauge one inch needles for drawing, and 25 gauge one inch needles for injecting. The syringes only hold 1 ml but larger ones are available. The luer lock design is great for thicker liquids.
