Grateful beyond words for all those details shared. Several points from him left me stunned in a good way. The whole thing felt fantastic and I really appreciate it.

My buddy said yesterday, he cant wait for his reta ceremony every 5 days πŸ€£πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

Truth be told the whole thing proves simple enough except for the high expense involved. Why let that stop me from trying? I feel intrigued regardless.

Your strands look gorgeous! Roughly four weeks back an intense craving hit me to return to a lighter shade. Over the following weeks I wrecked my color by passing through bright orange tones, then softer ones, and finally a gentle brown while aiming for blonde. After that I visited an expert who took a lot to deliver the look I sought. For those weeks I gazed enviously at others with that hue, wishing it was mine. Now at last I'm in the same boat!

I question whether it keeps its strength for ten years when it likely weakens after just two.

RustFenwick84archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @IronLantern24

I wonder if keeping it in the freezer past two years makes it lose strength.

LevelLedger10archiveJun 1

I'm curious if this can stay good for an entire decade inside an ordinary freezer. My apologies since earlier accounts have disagreed with each other and nobody appears to have stored any that long before checking its condition.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 1

That lab guy said peptides will last decades in a freezer not reconstituted.

QuietAnchor73archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

Still this compound brings extra complications since the peptide looks trickier plus less stable after surfacing just three years back. Its actions across the next five or ten years stay unknown to everyone.

RustFenwick84archiveJun 1
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

Seems like it sticks around though I'm questioning whether the power level remains unchanged.

I went ahead and checked out the footage along with trials covering that topic afterward.

Responses shift according to the source. I'm unsure if anyone has it figured out completely.

There's no way for me to sign up since the page shows nothing except the sign-in screen. My efforts have continued over several weeks.

I've mentioned this already. Those folks prefer not to see their identity discussed in open online spaces. Did you sign up and check the guidelines there? This explains why we use WW as shorthand.

SharpWillow20archiveJun 2

Yes, please change it to WW.

I already saw the same thing posted in this thread earlier. I looked through TG before but came up empty. Will continue to search around. Thanks a lot.

This one seems really stable from what I've checked. It can remain intact inside the body for a minimum of five weeks even at typical internal temperature. Once mixed and stored cold my own checks indicate it stays good for three months or longer.

Certain buyers get merchandise intending to sell it later on. In some instances they acquire things to benefit their relatives or companions.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 15

I proceed since I'm able and that's my preference, and I've got twice the quantity on hand. Appreciating the physician's thoughtful guidance.

GreenMeadow54archiveJun 15

It sounds like you've never dealt with that constant craving for food. I managed to drop all the pounds on my own and kept it off without any help from those drugs, and I could have kept going that way. Once I started using this medication, my daily life got much better. The nonstop battle against hunger thoughts turned into being able to stick with good eating habits free from always fearing I'd feel starved. Still, this is likely pointless to say. I'm unsure whether you're just provoking for fun or if your opinions are truly awful on nearly all topics. Maybe both.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 15

That matches exactly what I thought right away. From the very first message by that user it was obvious to me. It brings to mind a few people who post or used to post in this place.

PatientTimber45archiveJun 15

Processed treats remain less expensive than fresh ingredients every single time. Turning down the snacks enjoyed for decades to reach better health feels tough after years of the same habits. I'm just a few pounds away from visible abs following a difficult stretch of adjustments. The medication eased things over recent months and I regret not starting earlier. Even after shifting what I eat the urge to binge never fully left and probably never will. I keep enough on hand for years of use and upkeep. Staying on the treatment long term makes handling cravings and portions simpler overall. That removes one daily worry. Once weight drops maintaining control without any aid might point to an ongoing body issue the medication cannot fully resolve. Doing it solo works for some yet that makes one wonder why steady healthy choices never happened before when the scale was higher.

PatientTimber45archiveJun 15

Sort of hilarious how in well off nations the moneyed stay fit while those struggling financially become dangerously overweight.

PatientTimber45archiveJun 15

I struggle to gain weight when rice and fish make up most of what I eat.

In my view processed snacks often end up costing more than choosing whole ingredients. The sense that the opposite holds comes from pitting unlimited unhealthy picks against unlimited natural ones. Grabbing something ready at a drive-through can look cheaper than putting the same item together at home yet that overlooks how the two categories compare overall. Building meals around grains legumes and pulses with protein mixed in rather than starting with meat and filling the rest in actually keeps the total lower. It takes more effort and gives fewer quick hits but stays less costly. So depending on what gets chosen either approach can run higher or lower than the other.

I like throwing together my own take on that drive thru staple right in the kitchen instead of reaching for an apple or a sack of snacks. Solid minced meat paired with decent cheddar and a sauce I mixed myself counts as a success to me. It still takes some effort though and everyone knows that costs cash.

Our meals consist entirely of fresh ingredients these days. All the vegetables get steamed, such as broccoli along with brussels sprouts and others like them. We avoid anything white, including potatoes along with pasta or rice and similar items. Occasionally we include a sweet potato. For this evening we have ribeye steak, asparagus cooked on the griddle plus a salad. It's amusing because we spent four days traveling and our food wasn't the best though nothing too bad. I missed my usual Friday injection since we weren't around. Stepped on the scale today and noticed nearly two pounds gone. I administered the injection today. Apologies for interrupting the discussion.

Ever since i began this path i've gotten the hang of making nutritious dishes and these days each one seems truly satisfying.

My supply of reta should cover three years at the amount I use now. Keeping extra around feels like a sensible step toward staying ready.

PlainAlder11archiveJul 4
↳ replying to @PatientMarble14

Those figures seem like they come from a beginner and really ought to be raised higher.

RustAnchor89archiveJul 9

I already have enough at the top strength to cover a full year for my wife and myself, though I intend to build that up to three years at minimum. The much lower cost versus the official product makes it logical to gather extra, since we could never manage without a supply until affordable versions show up. If I could confirm it stays good for a decade when kept frozen, I would probably collect that much instead. Over time I've noticed certain items get restricted, and the same sequence looks to be playing out now with unofficial GLP-1 versions: strong interest creates tight or pricey legal routes, unofficial channels grow, problems and controversies emerge, news coverage picks up, officials crack down, and the public ends up accepting tighter rules.

PlainHarbour73archiveJul 15

I recall how folks preparing for disasters used to gather up tins of food along with powdered options... these times we gather reta. No point in consuming meals with reta around?? πŸ˜‹

Fixing to pass a bit along to folks out on the streets keeping them from going hungry over the next few days.

One of those compact inverter units in the 1700-2500 watt range can keep a freezer going quite a while on just five gallons of fuel. Propane or natural gas setups seem like the best option for whole-house backup power. I manage by running a couple units together and that lets me handle the AC plus appliances like the water heater, stove, or dryer, with roughly eighty gallons of stored gas on hand for everything else plus what's already in the tanks.

PlainAlder11archive2d

True, propane costs add up too. Where I live they require them to be buried and the tanks are two hundred fifty gallons.

NorthWillow72archive2d
↳ replying to @LevelThistle44

I've dealt with several small gas-powered units before and the ethanol causes issues. If I went to the effort of powering a freezer I'd probably look at a dedicated small propane model for just that purpose. Even living in a hurricane area it doesn't occur frequently enough anymore to make it worth the hassle. A good cooler with ice holds up for days anyway.

NorthWillow72archive2d
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

A friend put serious money into a complete setup, I suppose if that's what someone wants. I've got a fireplace and fire pit plus the pool. The water heater and stove both run on propane along with plenty of other cooking gear. I'd just deal with the heat for a bit and head to a hotel a few hours away if things got really bad.

PlainAlder11archive2d
↳ replying to @NorthWillow72

Hard to justify the expense even in this area where I've dealt with multiple storms ranging from tropical to high category four. Probably around eight of them hit while living here. They usually come every fifteen to twenty years but we had a cluster a while back. The worst one was over two decades ago and left us without power for three weeks during August with no generator at the time.

PlainAlder11archive2d
↳ replying to @NorthWillow72

That lines up with what a full professional installation would involve.

↳ replying to @NorthWillow72

We burn through several hundred gallons of gas and diesel each month. The only recent ethanol problem showed up on a sprayer with a small engine that ended up with a clogged jet so it only runs with the choke partly engaged. During outages I use the smallest unit just to keep the network going. The bigger ones need a few minutes to set up but they also handle welders and other 240v loads. Different approaches work for different people. My larger supply kept in a big cooler inside the deep freeze usually holds up fine.

BlueHarbour27archive2d

Lucky for me I can just move them over to the camper freezer. Between the solar setup and the 12v fridge/freezer it can run as long as needed.
