I've been dosing one milligram on a four-day cycle and just had the third. It lets me keep liking meals and feeling appetite or realizing it's time to eat. No unwanted effects yet aside from occasional tender skin. Towards the end of the interval real appetite returns and redosing fixes everything. I've dropped roughly eight to ten pounds over eight days which seems quick but folks mention it's probably just fluid loss.

Not a little fast a lot fast.

Yeah I noticed the same thing after looking around here, seems lots lose quite a bit early on. I've tracked what I eat roughly with an app to check nutrients. Dropped from around two twenty four to two fourteen. Been doing easy extended runs on alternate days plus lifting weights similarly often. Plus I'm feeling great overall.

It's all good really. There's just a small amount of extra body mass from getting older that I need to drop, around five to seven pounds. At first I figured some had come off but when I checked on the scale during a workout session nothing had changed. My relatives all deal with serious issues handling blood sugar and a couple passed away because of problems tied to that condition. Because of this I expected the approach might not deliver great results for someone like me. Awesome job dropping so much weight though! Happy that this stuff helps people out a lot.
Currently sitting at 8 mg after twelve weeks with no weight loss at all.

I came across some footage of someone using the automatic pen device to draw from a vial in that exact manner. The whole thing appeared pretty simple. Yesterday I gave myself the starting 2mg amount of the new compound and it feels okay so far. Tomorrow I plan to work in half of my regular weekly portion of the other one from my doctor. This has me pretty excited.
I began with the smallest amount over the first couple of weeks before moving to the next level for the following pair. Then I increased once more to the larger amount during month two. I'm still using that larger amount partway through month three since the pounds keep coming off. My goal has always been finding the lowest amount that delivers results and remaining there.
I began using reta at the half milligram level a short time ago, with plans to keep that amount going through thirty days before checking how things stand.
At the moment I take 6 mg per week divided in two, Monday 3 mg, Thursday 3 mg. So far I've lost around 10 kg, but I came from high dose tirz. Anyway, I plan to add tirz to reta.
↳ replying to @ClearBeacon24
Is the eight milligram amount used every seven days? Does Tirz follow that same weekly pattern? Are both given together on one day? Would you mind clarifying?
↳ replying to @RustTimber30 (opening post)
I've been on it for one week and started with 1 mg the first week. I don't think I'll ever go over 4 mg a week.
I started with three quarters of a milligram. Raised the amount to one and a half, reached my target, lowered it back to half, and figured adding a touch extra would be fine, which it is. I'll keep this going without stopping.
↳ replying to @AmberFenwick66
It all comes down to individual circumstances. Prior to beginning I held the same opinion after reviewing studies, but now I take 8mg.
↳ replying to @AmberFenwick66
Hope everything goes well. I mentioned this back in week one since the results were excellent initially, yet the effect on reducing hunger faded substantially by weeks two and three in my case. I'll be raising it to two milligrams in the coming days.
My current dose is two milligrams on a weekly schedule. I began slightly more than four weeks back using one milligram each week. During the fifth week I decided to raise it. This approach has worked out and I've dropped roughly ten pounds already. Around eighteen more remain before I hit my target.

Using 250 micrograms of Cagri alongside 5 milligrams of reta really helped with my ongoing appetite issues. This stuff packs a punch so I ramped up the dosage slowly. When I reached 500 micrograms it became overwhelming and for me the lower amount felt ideal although everyone reacts differently.
↳ replying to @RustTimber30 (opening post)
Zero. Had to stop due to hypotension. Also felt like crap. Now on tirz. People all respond differently.
I'm dosing eight milligrams once every five days. Started back on the third of April at two hundred twenty nine pounds. Recently though I've hit a standstill and remain at one hundred ninety pounds. If I haven't lost any more by the twelfth of June I'll raise it to ten or twelve milligrams. My view is that rapid increases in dosage are acceptable provided you're prepared to handle whatever side effects come along.
↳ replying to @KeenKettle95
Over about ten weeks that works out to around four pounds dropping each week on average. Going that fast probably means some muscle is coming off too. Everyone gets to decide for themselves though. For me a real stall would mean no change on the scale over ten to fourteen days straight. In the following four week stretch I would back off one level to keep the weekly drop at two pounds or less.
Currently taking five milligrams and expect to move up to six shortly. The rapid increase comes from already using a similar treatment over the course of two years.
↳ replying to @WarmPebble39
Roughly speaking that's accurate. I dropped twenty one pounds over the opening month and another sixteen during the following stretch. Muscle loss wouldn't catch me off guard and it doesn't bother me much anyway. I could always put it back on in a few weeks of lifting if it started getting in the way of normal routines. Dropping total body mass is what matters most to me right now. The scale has been stuck near one ninety for the last five days or so, which counts as a stall after the earlier pace. I moved up to eight milligrams around the five week mark and stayed there, so it seems like the right moment to raise it again. People do what suits them. Reaching the low one seventies before long is my target, which means I want to maintain the current speed. Without any tiredness or other issues that affect how I feel day to day, lowering the amount doesn't make sense to me.
My weekly intake falls between half a milligram and two milligrams. I have no intention of eliminating hunger. Using this, I consume my required meals yet lack any urge to eat. It suits me better when checking my blood results during TRT and HGH use.

Sounds like the pace is quicker than I'd prefer. My loss comes in at one or two pounds each week while taking the eight milligram dose. The fifth shot lands on Friday. We'll aim to hold steady at this level whenever we can. Still have five or ten pounds left to drop. After that I'll sort out a way to keep things stable.
Bumped from 7 mg to 8 mg split twice per week at 4 mg. Will see how this goes.
Been on this routine for about six weeks now, using four doses spaced every five days. The scale shows I've dropped four pounds so far. My progress with weight loss stays pretty gradual. My short height could explain why, since it seems tougher overall.
↳ replying to @NorthWillow14
It appears certain folks stack cagri alongside tirz or reta to better control appetite. Might be worth a look if extra support is required.
After switching over to the new compound I'm taking split doses totaling two milligrams weekly. Today I had the second one. Previously with the other one I dropped around ten pounds and went down a couple pants sizes during the initial month but that happened mostly early on. After that it fluctuated without further drops although overall fat seemed reduced. Besides the dosing change the only noticeable effect so far is improved energy levels though I perspire more readily now. Right after the initial one milligram the next morning my pulse was elevated and wouldn't settle triggering what turned into a panic episode.
Hey everyone interested in this topic, I found details from the final stage testing of that medication showing strong outcomes. The study kicked off with subjects receiving two milligrams per week, then raised the amount each month reaching four, nine, and up to twelve milligrams. Clearly bigger quantities don't work for everybody, however eight milligrams looked like the best level for various effects. There was also a nice video discussing these findings.
I increased my dose to seven milligrams today at the twelve week mark. The first month was two milligrams daily then the next four weeks at four milligrams followed by three weeks at five milligrams. As a five foot ten male my weight was two hundred eighty six pounds back on February fifteenth. I began the medication March twenty sixth weighing two hundred sixty six pounds and this morning's check showed two hundred thirty eight. My body composition readings reflect thirty seven point two pounds less fat along with nine point five pounds more lean mass since the end of March. Each day brings sixteen hundred calories and two hundred grams of protein while I train with weights four times weekly plus cardio two or three times.

That's amazing, great job!
↳ replying to @GreyBramble92
I think the study details got mixed up here. Participants didn't start at 4 mg and then move up to 9 mg in that research. Also, the 8 mg amount wasn't used by anyone during the trial. Instead, different sets of people reached their highest level at either 4 mg or 9 mg or 12 mg, along with those on the inactive version. The increases happened at levels like 2 mg then 4 mg then 6 mg then 9 mg then 12 mg, setting aside the longer part of the experiment for now.
I suspect that in much the same way the study now underway is checking bigger amounts like twenty and twenty five milligrams for one compound, the other will probably face trials for twelve milligrams and up before long.
I cut my amount back to five milligrams after trying ten and feeling wiped out all the time. I threw in five hundred micrograms of the other compound to keep hunger down while on the main one, though I'm ready to quit that addition because of odd reactions like my jaw locking tight.

Curious how the pounds came off once folks moved over to reta.
↳ replying to @LevelBeacon33
You guys dump weight faster than we do anyway.
↳ replying to @WrySparrow92
He's losing 4.6 lbs per week, too fast.
↳ replying to @GreyHarbour55
It appears the cagri made quite the impact.
↳ replying to @KeenLantern58
This medication is really effective for me. A small dose lasts quite a while. I paired it with maintenance using the alternative since I had concerns after maxing out on the prior substance. It's useful to have on hand.
I'm on week four of being at 1 mg, planning on upping the dose to 1.5 next week.
↳ replying to @SharpThistle11
I'm curious why anyone would begin with such a small amount. Do you notice any improvements from taking just that little?
↳ replying to @PatientPebble33
Thinking about my own background with this kind of thing really matters for deciding an initial amount. Having gotten used to GLP1 before, a larger start worked okay for me. Coming in new though, I couldn't predict my reaction, so caution kept me from feeling awful with no quick fix except time.
↳ replying to @RustKettle57
Because of my sensitivity to tirz I began reta at half a milligram and slowly raised it until reaching two milligrams without any unwanted effects. Certain users notice changes at the lowest amount while others run into problems right away. Starting small therefore seems logical to sidestep those reactions unless prior experience already shows that only much larger amounts produce any response. Skeptics question whether tiny quantities can work at all yet many personal accounts indicate better results for some people when kept low. Controlled studies never checked those smaller levels so the data miss this variation entirely. I suspect the big manufacturers have little interest in learning the smallest useful quantity since it would likely reduce their sales. Taken together the individual reports reveal that what counts as effective can span a broad range.

I wish more people would see what you wrote instead of the ones who keep saying CICO is everything and you just need to eat less and move more. That might work for some, but plenty of us have messed up metabolic stuff that doesn't respond that way even when we try. These meds are great because they fix the underlying issues so the usual stuff finally starts working.
I'm on 1 mg now for maintenance after going up to 3 mg during a three-month cut.
I've been at 2 to 3 mg every seven days for about a year now, with some month-long breaks. Dropped from 160 to 120 while lifting weights.
↳ replying to @RustCompass54
I'm at 10 mg weekly after switching over from 2.4 mg of another GLP-1.
↳ replying to @PatientPebble79
Totally agree, it's exhausting having to prove you're trying hard enough before anyone will move past the basic CICO lines and actually help. Forums like that are the worst for it. This place is way better. Following suggestions here I looked into thyroid stuff, supplements, and old labs, and it helped me see how much age, weight, and being inactive had stacked against me. Now the workouts are really speeding things up on top of the reta, down 15 lbs on my fourth 6 mg dose. I'm even tracking weekly averages so it doesn't drop too fast.
↳ replying to @RustKettle57
I started low to see how my body would handle it and already felt sides at 1 mg, so 2 mg would have been rough. I'm not overweight and my main goal is recomp anyway. Lost 5-6 lbs but look more toned, so it's working for me.
↳ replying to @SharpThistle11
That makes sense. I also began at 1 mg even though I'm about 100 pounds overweight and probably should have gone higher.
