It's actually reversed: the Russian one was considered milder. Folks consume five milligrams daily without seeming to cause harm to anyone, yet one milligram provided me with lots of advantage. Plus my intake timing varies tremendously throughout the day. I take it upon recalling I skipped it so far, possibly at ten in the morning, midday, five o'clock, or half past nine. I never noticed any variation.

I understood the message fine but ended up writing it incorrectly. Scrolling through discussions after dark always leads to these slipups. So I'll likely begin using half a milligram and monitor how things turn out.

PlainThistle36archiveMar 30

Among everything I've sampled so far, a few have given me the strongest results compared to the others.

I wonder if others run into lumps with MOTS C. For those who don't, how do they do it?

WryMeadow79archiveMar 30
↳ replying to @WryFenwick45

Lumps aren't something I've run into, and that's likely because my dose is quite minimal. One milligram in each injection gave me an energy boost right away, so I had no reason to raise it any further.

↳ replying to @WryMeadow79

That makes sense so I'll cut back on the amount. Lately I'm getting negative effects from Glutathione too. The diluent checks out so the issue must lie elsewhere. Maybe I'm just one of those people who reacts strongly to everything. What a drag.

LevelTimber64archiveApr 1

For roughly seven weeks now I've been running this GHK-Cu protocol at two milligrams each time. I inject into the glute area on the side so there's no burning sensation. Never had my rear end feel this good before.

SlowLedger41archiveApr 2
↳ replying to @LevelTimber64

Curious whether the dose is taken daily or on alternate days. Picked up on any further advantages? πŸ˜†

LevelTimber64archiveApr 2
↳ replying to @SlowLedger41

I take it daily since the start. The lowest dose was what I used during that opening month. My skin feels noticeably better in places. The skin on my heels used to split and stay that way no matter the efforts, but now it's perfectly soft.

AmberCompass54archiveApr 2

Tirzepatide has worked wonders, though I might need to drop from 5mg back to 2.5mg. Dropped 37 pounds in two months because I have no appetite and often skip eating for days. Went from 178 to 141. GHK-Cu for three weeks so far with no changes, but it's a slow one so I'm giving it more time. Started tesamorelin recently too, nothing noticeable yet as it's early.

↳ replying to @WryQuill58

Sorry about replying on an older thread, but I'm looking into including tesa and ghk-cu with what I already take (I'm a 40 year old woman). Would you mind describing your current routine, including the compounds you inject and the schedule? Maybe share some info on how things turned out or your daily habits with the peptides from the original message. Appreciate it ❀️

BrightTimber93archiveApr 9

Until now the single item I've tested has gone well beyond what I hoped for. I still need to look into more details before considering other choices right now though this place has enough material to help me decide.

BrightHarbour88archiveApr 10

I'm using a couple of peptides at the moment and seeing excellent bounce back after exercise sessions as well as more profound rest. One item I tried earlier gave me no advantages at all. I placed an order for two others just now in hopes of achieving greater reduction of body fat and higher levels of vigor.

ClearMarble44archiveApr 10

I've been taking one compound over the past month and two others for half that time. The initial one really delivers results. It has made sticking with my meal plan far simpler since my desire for snacks has dropped sharply. Still undecided on how the remaining pair perform. My hip needed a pair of operations and gets sore now and then. I have not felt worn out enough to trigger extra discomfort so I cannot tell if the first item is easing it the way I expected. Anyone know other options for this sort of persistent joint soreness?

SteadyAlder49archiveApr 10
↳ replying to @ClearMarble44

I've found that particular item really supports my joints well. Shoulder problems are something I deal with and it provides significant relief. No matter how often I test the other option on various aches and damages, it always falls short.

WryQuill58archiveApr 10
↳ replying to @GreenQuill84

My current routine involves 1.5 milligrams of one compound five evenings weekly right at bedtime after avoiding food for two hours prior. Another item at two milligrams three times each week moved from mornings to evenings alongside the first. Two milligrams of a third substance three mornings per week. Five hundred micrograms of a fourth five evenings weekly. Five hundred micrograms of a fifth five mornings weekly. Five hundred micrograms of a sixth three mornings weekly. Healing times shortened a lot allowing tougher training sessions and extended runs with faster rebound afterward. Rest became more solid and refreshing. Vitality rose even though it was already steady. Swelling dropped sharply so daily ice baths became unnecessary and now happen just once or twice weekly. One addition stood out most for calming swelling. Strands grew thicker while complexion smoothed and lines faded. Body composition shifted toward more definition and less bulk. The whole combination works well up to now. Breaks of two weeks occur after every three months to clear everything and I am still adjusting the timing but like how things have gone. Labs were checked ahead of time and repeated twice a year though the plan may shift to annual checks. This account might answer some questions if anyone wants to reach out and I wish others similar or stronger outcomes with their own peptide path.

We take one milligram a couple of times weekly. It has really made a difference. My husband used to require a lot of effort to get him up in the morning, but now he gets out of bed early without any help. For me, nights used to involve frequent interruptions and I needed two coffees before talking to anyone, but now I sleep through eight hours straight and feel energetic enough to chat right after waking. We'll continue storing some supplies in the cold for future use.

GreenQuill84archiveApr 12

Been attempting to respond and express my gratitude for the thorough answer you provided but quoting kept causing issues since I'm still getting the hang of this forum setup. Really though I appreciate it a lot. Curious about how active you are or what your usual exercise schedule looks like.

WryQuill58archiveApr 12
↳ replying to @GreenQuill84

Details matter a lot here. I cover between six and ten miles running five or six times weekly, increasing that when preparing for competitions. I also dedicate half an hour to an hour and a half on stretching, yoga, foam rolling, and meditation five or six days each week. Skipping this at my stage in life leads to aches and problems, as my body has shown me before. The quiet breathing part at the close feels nice once everything else is finished. Bodyweight exercises take up another thirty to sixty minutes two or three times per week. I use a stationary bike or air bike for similar durations on two or three days. Before heading out for runs on most occasions I mix two servings of amino powder into a bit of water. This keeps me in the fasting state and supports the cellular cleanup process, which drives my choice of a twenty hour fast with a four hour eating window. On longer efforts beyond ten miles I take an extra supplement packet at six mile intervals. My eating happens only from two until six in the afternoon each day, focusing on proteins and fats with vegetables providing any carbohydrates. Since the children are older and I don't watch much television or films, these activities serve as my main pastime. My spouse and child often joke that I resemble a small child who either stays active or rests.

GreenQuill84archiveApr 12

That's some serious progress you're showing there with the wink. With an eight year old living here, parenting takes up all my spare time these days. I am excited to get to the point in life where you are now! I love those amino products a lot as well. In the mornings I combine a single plain scoop along with two creatine scoops for a total of ten milligrams and one lemonade electrolyte packet. Grateful once more for the in depth reply, pal!

↳ replying to @SteadyAlder49

Curious what amount you're going with on this. The info I found suggested two to four milligrams daily throughout a twenty-day run.

SlowLedger21archiveApr 12
↳ replying to @WarmQuill37

Right now I'm swallowing NAD pills every day yet I'm thinking about switching to injections under the skin because of what I just saw. At night I combine DSIP with CJC and I'm considering adding IPA too since that fits the routine for better rest. My sleep issues are really bad and while I've tried tons of other products they only made a small difference.

PlainAlder11archiveApr 12

Thought about creating a post to compare the better sellers for that one company's version of the item but ended up skipping the idea. These days there's one I like most and another as backup. Planning to get the 3-R30 or 2-R50 bundles from a single one of the options.

SteadyAlder49archiveApr 12
↳ replying to @WarmLantern83

Twice each year I spend four weeks taking two milligrams every day.

WarmAlder51archiveApr 13

Based on what I've tried so far with limited use: With Tirz I dropped 20kg across half a year before hitting a plateau, though it really helped shift that weight initially. For Mots-c I've taken it over several weeks, injecting twice weekly before my 5k runs, which now feel way better since I'm not getting any fitter but tire out less and avoid feeling wiped out afterward. It's quite obvious and I might not like running without using it anymore. Regarding Cjc+Ipa the impacts are mixed but clear to me. After a week of use my sleep has gotten much deeper, yet I have intense dreams and my thoughts go wild during rest which leaves me drained. On the plus side my ability to recover has gotten better quickly. Normally I hit each muscle group once every four days since they hurt and weaken if sooner but trying every two or three days while on this they recover fully and feel ready. I'll stick with the four-day schedule since it's better overall even though I could increase frequency now. Oddly after three weeks on Reta at 2mg it seems to have zero impact. I'm continuing with 5mg of Tirz to manage hunger as I try to switch completely over to Reta but adding that 2mg hasn't made any difference I can spot.

I notice how these GLP medications start working on me in about thirty to sixty minutes. It doesn't make sense to me when others have to gradually raise their doses before they experience anything.

ClearBramble58archiveApr 17
↳ replying to @WryFenwick45

Using Mots-C always causes me to form these lasting swellings that remain for forty eight to seventy two hours. The amount I inject each time is five milligrams. I saw information suggesting my current needle might not reach deep enough therefore I plan on trying a longer one instead.

WryFenwick45archiveApr 17
↳ replying to @ClearBramble58

You've got more guts than me. Keep me posted on the outcome. Trying the same move myself would probably leave an even bigger bump instead. πŸ˜†

CopperWillow57archiveApr 17
↳ replying to @WryBramble37

This concept really appeals to me. I've only been exploring GHK-Cu for two days now, and instead of copper creams I was thinking about, combining with a simple hyaluronic acid serum looks way better. Did the two percent strength cause any redness, or did it stay mild even when applied morning and night?

WarmAlder42archiveApr 17
↳ replying to @ClearBramble58

Among my five peptides outside the GLP1 category, Mots-c remains the single one I still feel uneasy about testing, though I acquired it last December. I'm slowly adapting to the strong reaction from GHK-cu since it has begun cooperating with my body. Maybe I'll stick with my present routine for another thirty days before trying a tiny amount of that one.

SharpHarbour71archiveApr 17
↳ replying to @CopperCompass60

What route did you pick when using selank and semax? Under the skin or up the nose? Thanks!

CopperCompass60archiveApr 18
↳ replying to @SharpHarbour71

Neither worked out since my nasal passages stayed clogged so I'm using SubQ these days.

WarmCompass15archiveApr 18
↳ replying to @SteadyHarbour58

I put three milliliters of BAC into a ten milligram vial and found the post-injection pain to be quite minimal.

AmberTimber37archiveApr 19

My personal ranking puts the first one at the top for results. That compound at four milligrams weekly delivered outstanding fat reduction, I've shed sixty five pounds and sit just six away from target. Next comes the daily one milligram on a five days active three rest cycle which shows steady progress across repeated periods. It felt like it was hitting the deep belly fat specifically with a pins and needles feeling. The next peptide provided gradual improvement and aided recovery from my heel cord and foot bottom ligament injury. Paired with the previous it offers some support but I could skip it without much difference. Then there's the one that gave a minor lift in vitality around five to fifteen percent without any dramatic shift. Last the final option produced no detectable impact despite my review of the supporting ideas and it just didn't work out for me.

SteadyCinder47archiveApr 19
↳ replying to @AmberTimber37

I've now done the fourth shot of two milligrams of Reta. The deep belly fat still shows zero movement. Why go with five days using it and then three days off when it comes to the teas?

SteadyTimber65archiveApr 20
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Curious about the reason those two aren't combined in one solution. Been eager to experiment with both at the same time myself. Still have to look into whether mixing is feasible, though nasal administration is what I'm aiming for. Any suggestions you might have?

CopperAlder51archiveApr 20
↳ replying to @SteadyTimber65

Combining Selank and Semax failed to deliver the effects I wanted. I prepared a modest two-milliliter mixture in spray form and applied it during several days. The Semax appeared to overshadow the Selank, preventing me from experiencing the full benefits of each. I prefer taking them individually at varying hours throughout the day, although people respond uniquely. Previous posts detail the way I prepared those sprays along with the materials I chose.

AmberTimber37archiveApr 21
↳ replying to @SteadyCinder47

Without any doubt this method succeeds. The compound provides benefits too. Using it on a five days on and two or three off schedule controls the growth factor levels since they drop on their own during breaks. Having varying amounts of growth hormone and this factor cuts down on bloating could avoid issues with insulin sensitivity lowers sugar in blood and might ease strain on the pancreas. Plenty of users report no problems with insulin sensitivity or elevated blood sugar even when taking it every day without breaks. Expense plays a role since this particular one costs more. I have observed what others mentioned as well. Size goes down after ending the period of use when I pause for several days rather than while still on it.

The outcome ought to arrive before long. When it does I'll pass it along since I'm interested in the answer too.

PatientBeacon50archiveApr 21
↳ replying to @WarmQuill37

At fifty six I spend most shifts standing due to my job so I am checking into the item you talked about earlier hoping it eases persistent soreness plus loose skin. Did it seem valuable enough from your side?

SharpKettle12archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @AmberTimber37

I'm taking that peptide combo too in order to deal with the foot ligament trouble. Were the shots given right at the problem site or in the belly instead?

WarmQuill37archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @PatientBeacon50

I believe this might ease discomfort, though results for loose skin remain unclear. Preparing for a medical operation meant pausing all supplements, and soon my joints ached once more. The discomfort escalated from roughly a two to six or seven. Following an exhausting day, I decided to resume anyway without mentioning it to the physician. By the following morning the ache had decreased back to a two. It's not entirely absent yet manageable for daily activities.

AmberTimber37archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @SharpKettle12

I avoid localized shots altogether. After looking into localized delivery methods thoroughly, I've decided the location doesn't change the outcome. It's possible I'm mistaken, yet I refuse to stick a needle into the underside or edge of my foot regardless. Comparative studies on animals involving tendon or ligament tears showed no real difference in results between putting the substance right where the damage is and doing so elsewhere. In both cases, the process of cell movement and formation of fresh vessels happened effectively.

WryQuill58archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @AmberTimber37

Those two compounds work throughout the body so there's no reason to target the injection locally. Sticking a needle into my foot sounds awful. I also include the copper peptide plus the other one on their own if the expense bothers me. That pair together really helps with getting mobile again.

SharpKettle12archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @AmberTimber37

I've been putting the needle right in the spot between the bone on the outside of my foot and the tendon in back. Almost all the discomfort from the bottom of the foot problem has disappeared. The other foot got twisted while riding a board a while back and nothing has changed with it. I'm thinking about trying those targeted shots there too and checking whether it makes any difference.

AmberTimber37archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @SharpKettle12

That catches my interest right away. Seeing how it holds up under normal conditions feels worthwhile.

SteadyHarbour58archiveApr 23
↳ replying to @WarmCompass15

I diluted it after the fact. It was already in two or three milliliters by then so it wasn't very concentrated anyway. I'll probably give it another try soon. I have some ss-31 I want to cycle through, but right now I've got fifteen different peptides and won't run more than five or six at once.

LevelWillow65archiveApr 25

Pharma Tirz worked great for me, but the cost got too high in the UK so I switched. Now I'm on grey Reta and adding Cagri to handle the hunger. Those two pair up perfectly for me right now.
