I would lose sleep over this. I label every single vial the moment it arrives. A 60 mg fill is not unusual for tirzepatide, so the larger vial size does not ring a bell. Still, TR normally points to that peptide.
I was looking through the freezer and found some vials I do not recall getting. I have plenty of others I can identify, but these are different. They have blue tops and say TR 60 on the lid, yet the bottles themselves are bigger than the usual small ones. I know TR often means tirzepatide, but could it mean something else? There is quite a bit of white material inside. I may also have some with disp written on the lid.
