Thanks for posting your experience. This is really strong. Pity there is so much risk in telling an MD about what we are trying, especially now that AI is starting to write the medical notes. Once med seeking shows up on the record...
My earlier years involved amateur road cycling competitions that caused repeated damage to the right knee ligaments and cartilage along with a calf strain. Running stopped entirely because of the lost cushioning there while any trail walking produced noticeable swelling. Arthritis showed up in the left foot around twelve months ago restricting me to short strolls filled with unease. Nearing my mid sixties I questioned whether time outdoors in scenic regions had ended. I then began a medication for its effects on glucagon after seeing study results on joint relief for some participants. Dosing started low with slow increases reaching a steady higher amount several weeks back. Foot aches began easing after about a month and vanished completely within two. The growth near the big toe remains but pressing it hurts less now. Moderate climbs no longer trigger knee swelling. Evening visits to the gym now feature treadmill sessions which still surprises me. Mentioning the change to my joint doctor would be satisfying and maybe others dealing with matching problems could relate.
