Summary

what weight loss and body changes happen after two months on reta with test and peptides

One user posted before-and-after photos showing a 25 lb drop from 283 to 258 lbs over two months while on 3 mg reta every three days plus 140 mg weekly testosterone. The same person noted better mobility from added BPC-157 and TB-500, steady clean eating with occasional cheats, fiber and electrolytes, and a switch aimed at skin tightening. Others praised the visible stomach reduction and overall results while asking about meal timing and calorie deficit.

The first photo shows December 9th at 283.2 lbs and the second shows February 9th at 258 lbs. Right now the dose is 3 mg of reta every three days. Doses were split from the start to keep side effects down and that approach continued while the amount went up. Testosterone replacement at 140 mg per week was already in place before reta began. BPC-157 and a TB-500 blend were added around the same time and made it possible to run on pavement again despite an old achilles issue that had bothered me for years. The injury is still noticeable but the discomfort is far less than before. Eating stayed fairly steady with only a couple beers weekly and clean lean protein plus veggies about 90 percent of the time. A few looser days happened around Christmas, New Year's Eve and the Super Bowl but most days stayed on track. A fiber supplement and electrolytes are also taken.

Nice progress. Are you eating throughout the day or fasting?

Most days the meals stay healthy with lean proteins and plenty of vegetables. A couple cheat days slipped in with pizza or heavier carbs, such as Super Bowl Sunday, but those have been held to once every two or three weeks. On some mornings there is no hunger so the routine is just an electrolyte drink and black coffee until lunch time.

Wow, you are really making progress. Your stomach looks like it is getting smaller ahead of everything else or at least keeping pace. I started reta on Dec 7th and dropped 20 lbs by mid January, yet my stomach still seems big to me. I reached 168 lbs, the lightest since high school, and I am 54 now. I would like to try Tesa because it targets the belly. Keep on keeping on!

Hey those results are amazing. You look somewhat like that UFC guy. What was the calorie deficit like? How did it feel, any hunger pangs or was it a calm state?

That's impressive mental advancement! Great effort. My midsection needs to slim down at the same quick pace yours has πŸ˜…
