Summary

how do different cerebrolysin forms and P21 compare in safety, administration, and real-world cycle results

Users compare liquid cerebrolysin with powdered vials and tablets while discussing ampoule filtering and rejecting intranasal routes. P21 receives side-by-side evaluation against cerebrolysin with some recent intranasal trial reports. Cycle experiences range from 60-day brain-fog relief after short high-dose IM protocols to complete lack of effect, with thigh injection rotation and post-TBI timing also raised.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

some users report clear lasting cognitive improvement while others see zero benefit from identical protocols

Having just wrapped up my opening round using this compound, I decided to describe how it went for me. I went with the genuine ten-milliliter containers of the liquid version, as opposed to the powdered ones that get marketed similarly but contain a distinct protein mix instead. Those powdered options hold far less active material per unit, so matching even my smallest amount would require quite a few of them. I began by trying one milliliter via muscle injection on a schedule of five days followed by two off, repeating that pattern across fourteen days. This step helped me check how well I could handle the process and the daily shots. After that initial test, I continued for another month at five milliliters using the same five-on two-off pattern. Within three days at the starting amount, I noticed shifts right away. While working through a language practice program, I found myself recalling all the study cards without needing repeats. Additionally, detailed recollections from when I was young surfaced, memories long forgotten. At the increased amount, both my nasal perception and vision became more acute. Social situations felt easier, despite my usual strong preference for solitude. Situations that used to irritate me now seemed only slightly funny. People I know mentioned how much calmer I appeared. One motivation for trying this was my ongoing ear ringing issue. During the period, that ringing became less noticeable and took on a new quality. It persists, yet I can detect sounds previously missed. These improvements have remained steady even a couple weeks since stopping the shots. The main difficulty involved administering the muscle injections myself. Each time I needed to do calming breaths to prepare for inserting the needle into my thigh or rear, fearing it might cause serious harm, though it didn't. The act itself caused no pain but always felt a bit distressing. I learned from my physician that she has prepared herself mentally for such procedures over many years too. I intend to repeat the process after a couple months or so.

I appreciate the post. This item ranks high among my future experiments. Starting it will come after finishing the first round of the other one.

I reckon a half inch long 28 gauge insulin needle might work for IM and cause less trauma.

The 10ml ampoules come that way. How did you take 1ml and 5ml injections with them?

PlainSignal69archiveDec 28, 2025
↳ replying to @SteadyWillow83

I discussed this with my physician who suggested drawing the contents from the vial using a ten milliliter locking syringe fitted with a filter to catch any tiny shards. After that I move portions into several smaller locking syringes by pushing the liquid straight in while holding the plunger steady to keep the amount exact. Those prepared syringes then get covered with aluminum foil since the substance reacts to light and stored in the fridge. Later I found a recording by a different physician outlining the identical steps. It appears there are also five milliliter vials available which are mostly meant for muscle injections.

PlainSignal69archiveDec 28, 2025

I plan to buy multiple dark glass containers ahead of my next period and fill each one with a single portion.

Living in India I notice five milliliter ampoules on the web. They look workable for intramuscular shots.

WrySignal64archiveJan 1

What concentration in milligrams per milliliter does the cerebrolysin solution you're using have?

WrySignal64archiveJan 1

I've been checking around online and this compound only appears in the usual strength of 215.2 mg per ml. Other places seem to stock the same version. Where can I find details on the stronger one you're using? What led you to pick that amount?

PlainCompass54archiveJan 2

The page explains different amounts for taking it. What the original poster used amounts to merely one half the smallest quantity advised.

PlainSignal69archiveJan 2
↳ replying to @WrySignal64

I know the genuine product is only available at that concentration of 215.2 milligrams per milliliter. What you mean by a bigger amount isn't clear to me. When I administer it, I measure out milliliters that add up to multiples of that amount. Because there's just the single concentration, most users I've come across talk about how many milliliters they use. The suggested amounts from the maker are meant for conditions such as stroke recovery, memory loss issues, and head injuries. I'm using this myself to get cognitive benefits and hopefully ease my ringing in the ears. Those recommendations from the company focus on intravenous use. The package insert mentions intramuscular shots in the range of two to five milliliters, and otherwise suggests going through a vein.

SteadyFenwick56archiveJan 2

From what I've gathered in various discussions elsewhere, one version matches another known compound exactly at that strength of 215.3 milligrams per milliliter and comes packaged in matching dark glass containers holding five or ten milliliters each. Several accounts from users who tried the authentic version indicate it's the genuine article. Has anyone else tried this particular one?

BlueTimber78archiveJan 2
↳ replying to @SteadyFenwick56

I checked the webpage the thread starter referenced and it has much lower costs if price matters at all plus the packaging matches the official maker versions exactly based on what my searches turned up for the two to twenty milliliter product in sets of five or ten.

SteadyBeacon79archiveJan 2

Even just the ear ringing might push me toward testing this out, along with everything else it helps with.

That's great. Maybe the answer will appear eventually.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 9

Sure thing. My current setup remains unchanged regarding payments. I'm holding back from using digital currencies. Delivery continues to take around a week to ten days according to earlier experiences. Maybe I should look for a compound that helps me stop rushing to receive my orders.😩

PlainCompass54archiveJan 9

Placed my purchase back on the thirtieth of December, yet still no shipment details have shown up. Sent them a message the day before and received a reply that dispatch would happen before long.

PlainCompass54archiveJan 9

I'm curious how everything turns out in the end.

What dosage are you considering and over what timeframe?

CopperFenwick10archiveJan 10

One guide says 5mg per day for 30 days, seems a bit low though, still researching

CopperAlder51archiveJan 10

I'm coming across the identical details. The upper limit advised for muscle injections stands at five milliliters. Anything beyond that needs to go straight into a vein. I purchased twenty ampules of five milligrams each, planning to administer them over five days followed by two rest days repeatedly until none remain. I plan on trying twenty-five gauge needles measuring one point five inches paired with five milliliter syringes. Self-administering an intramuscular shot is new to me, but having committed this far, I should follow through completely, like the expression suggests.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 10

That site mentions adding three milliliters of the water for mixing. Those brown vials say to apply the liquid straight without anything added. I need to confirm exactly which item shows up.

Maybe a handful of folks have picked up that dried cerebro stuff, though its makeup still seems unclear to me. The listed amounts for different purposes are out there, and starting at the bottom of those ranges could work for uses outside the main ones.

Appreciate the thorough description of your experiences with that compound and the shifts you've noticed. Now that thirty days have gone by, I'm wondering whether you might resume or extend the regimen sooner than planned. Do the memory gains persist or even grow stronger, such as with those vocabulary cards that seem remarkable, along with anything else unusual? Have friends or family commented on how you handle annoyances more easily these days? Have there been any gains in how quickly you process thoughts or in managing tasks overall?

PlainSignal69archiveJan 11
↳ replying to @WarmCompass17

The positive effects mostly continue, though a few have lessened slightly. The ringing in my ears stays quieter than before. My recall seems better still, but perhaps not quite as sharpβ€”I haven't practiced remembering things lately because of the holidays, leaving me uncertain right now. Stuff that once bothered me has largely slipped my mind, and that change holds up. I think I'll begin another round near the start of March.

WarmCompass17archiveJan 11

Appreciate the extra info you provided. Still sounds quite remarkable to me. Now I'm curious about trying it myself. We have overlapping experiences, so I hope to notice gains too. Particularly with recalling things quickly. Also with keeping my balance steady. Plus dealing with that intricate ringing in the ears. Any plans on how you'll measure out the amounts come next month?

Two weeks have gone by since I placed the order and four days since I sent a message with zero reply or update. The status still reads as processing and this whole thing is starting to seem off. They took the payment the day right after.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 25

I acquired forty 5-milliliter glass containers holding cerebroprotein hydrolysate at a concentration of 215.6 milligrams per milliliter. This matches the authentic version exactly. A comparable item produced elsewhere carries a trademark that cannot be sold legally inside the United States. My batch comes from a proper pharmaceutical maker and shows correct labeling. I give myself five milliliters each morning and another five milliliters each evening. This is the first time I have tried intramuscular shots. The routine starts with snapping the ampule top while protecting my hand, filling a syringe through a wide needle, switching to a narrow longer needle, and forcing the liquid into the thigh muscle steadily for roughly two minutes because the material flows slowly. Afterward there is never any lingering discomfort, which matters when the same sites get used every day. Standard treatment amounts run much higher than what powder vials could supply, and even my daily total falls below intravenous levels common in places where this substance sees clinical approval. I intend to share results once the first hundred milliliters are finished.

WarmCompass17archiveJan 26
↳ replying to @QuietAlder20

Reading various sources leads me to think the hydrolysate version produced in Asia stands apart from the European one made as a cleaned extract taken from pig brains. That does not mean it lacks effects of any kind. Still a study posted on a medical database includes chromatography tests on multiple items trying to match the main version and finds them quite unlike each other. Several hold official clearance in their own nations based on the notion they match the leading brand. Given all that I would like to keep track of what comes out of your investigations. I am always on the lookout for things that provide benefits.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 26
↳ replying to @WarmCompass17

I need to research this topic more thoroughly. A community member performed a direct comparison between two similar formulations. Both emit a scent reminiscent of bacon and include proteins from pig brains along with unbound amino acids. One formulation measured 286 mg per ml, which some think was done on purpose to offset any breakdown or issues during production. This person tried 150 ml from each and observed minor gains in mental sharpness and recollection. The duration of their experiment wasn't specified clearly. It could all be due to expectation, yet following four days at a daily dose of 10 ml, I seem to experience fewer instances of walking into a space and drawing a blank on my purpose. More updates to come.

WarmCompass17archiveJan 26
↳ replying to @QuietAlder20

That's funny about the meaty odor too. Appreciate how you're checking everything with multiple senses. My focus keeps drifting and it bugs me. Please keep sharing updates on how it goes. Maybe a basic web based focus or recall exercise done weekly could show changes without much improvement from repetition in just one person's case. Where did these come from anyway. Something this rare probably got sent off for confirmation testing and the results ought to include those raw charts from the analysis. Do we have access to them. If folks here can't compare them to known references we might try asking around in other spots.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 26
↳ replying to @WarmCompass17

Yes that matches what the contact shared earlier. The other user included details pulled from their listing and mentioned struggling to locate any suitable facility for analysis.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 30

I completed a course lasting ten days with a total of one hundred milliliters coming from twenty small vials. The main practical adjustment for next time would involve selecting a larger gauge for injecting because the thirty gauge requires excessive pressure when depressing the plunger and leaves my thumb aching by the final portion. I plan to experiment with twenty seven gauge instead. There was no discomfort at all during administration and no lingering tenderness afterward. The sense of improved mental sharpness built up gradually throughout the period. I no longer experience those instances of suddenly forgetting my current task. I am now stopping for thirty days in order to assess whether the benefits continue. Should I decide to explore this further I might acquire some powdered material from overseas sources and have it analyzed in comparison with authentic pharmaceutical preparations. The version I used has shown equivalence to the standard pharmaceutical product though at a concentration one third higher. These preparations include neural tissue from young pigs along with certain unbound amino acids. I wonder whether the powdered form possesses identical characteristics or represents a cleaner version without those extra amino acids and also what condition the neural tissue is in. In particular I question whether the proteins endure the lyophilization procedure.

It's good that the intramuscular worked out without issues. This has me feeling anxious though my opening subcutaneous attempt involving glp1 left me uneasy as well. Selecting the 30 needle was my intention hence the thanks for the pointer.

QuietAlder20archiveJan 30

Someone clever noted how these slight variations in needle width mean almost nothing. The difference between feeling nothing with the finer one and yelling in pain with the thicker must all be in your imagination.

Switching to 25g will likely heighten the amusement. I need to train my dart aim beforehand.

PlainSignal69archiveJan 31
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

25 gauge works fine for me. Because the needles never go into a vial they stay really sharp and slide in easier than I expect. The hard part is just getting over the nerves beforehand. A bit of breathing and it goes okay. The product instructions recommend injecting 5 ml over one to two minutes, and I still find it tough to go that slowly.

PlainSignal69archiveJan 31

The Austrian product I have comes in amber ampoules.

CopperAlder51archiveJan 31
↳ replying to @PlainSignal69

That is exactly why I chose 25 gauge. The directions I read said five minutes for the dose. I will go slow no matter what. The packaging looks authentic even though everything is printed in Russian. I am looking forward to trying it once it arrives.

PlainSignal69archiveJan 31

The Moscow office is the local branch of the Austrian company. They make the identical product, only the labels are in Cyrillic.

CopperAlder51archiveFeb 13

I will need some of this stuff just to remember that I placed the order.

QuietAlder84archiveFeb 19

I did my first intramuscular shot of the Austrian product today, starting with 1 ml the way another user suggested. I was pretty anxious about it and had put it off after it arrived last week. The needle felt really long because I have lost some muscle and fat. I also get nervous about anything that affects the brain directly. I have trouble coming up with words in conversation and sometimes walk into a room and forget why I went there. I also deal with tinnitus. There was no pain at all when I used my thigh. It turned out much simpler than I expected. Now I am waiting to see if anything improves.
