Those experienced with this over many months, how have you handled the nonstop thoughts about eating? For me, water mixed with minerals took over as my substitute.

Throughout the previous year I obtained close to eighty pairs of sneakers.

ClearBeacon24archiveMay 31

Yeah that checks out. My preferences seem to favor pricier options.

Stepping inside your home through the doorway feels just like...

Every day I make sure to eat plenty of those peptides whenever possible. They taste great. Now I'm lifting weights again and things are going smoothly.

I stay active by doing weight training three or four times weekly along with jogging three times. On those jogging days I add stomach exercises too. Each session ends up taking me around an hour.

Lately fragrances have really captured my attention.

I've been glued to this lousy board for way longer than planned! πŸ˜‰

I train at the facility five times each week while adding aerobic work daily. Three sessions target the top half and two cover the bottom portion blended throughout. My lower limbs limit me though otherwise I'd extend to seven days with added aerobic sessions.

I've arranged my third trip of the year already, plus two more still coming up πŸ˜†

I'm uncertain whether it got swapped for another thing or if there was even an option involved. The constant thoughts about eating disappeared entirely, similar to getting over a sinus infection. Suddenly they weren't present anymore. My daily routine has definitely shifted though. Now I find myself pondering these compounds far more often πŸ˜‚.

I'm focusing on looking attractive these days with fresh cosmetics and a different shade for my hair along with some updated outfits. There's this light-colored bikini I'm putting on during workouts at the fitness place. Taking care of my fingernails as well. Sharing clips online of myself playing the drums which is new since before I avoided showing my face in any personal activities but that's changed now. Having some innocent chats with guys I'm acquainted with plus a few strangers.

I like keeping my fingers occupied with manual tasks. Those picture puzzles might seem dull, yet wrapping up a tricky section delivers a solid rush of pleasure chemicals. Construction sets could probably deliver a similar effect. I picked up a metal drum not long ago to tinker with. It lets me either drift into automatic mode or zero in on the musical notes.

Definitely sugar-free cola, works very well for me to stop the food noise 😁

Work, home life, and staying clean for thirteen years leave almost no spare moments in my day. Any downtime usually goes to lifting weights, jumping into that post-apocalyptic game, or heading out to the water with a rod. Keeping the calendar full like that stops me from dwelling on things, lol

For eight months I've taken this at the five milligram dose. Dropped twenty four kilograms with no cravings getting in the way. Appetite shows up at regular times in a balanced manner and I handle nearly any food aside from sweets yet the servings stay much reduced. Not long ago at the shop I noticed my partner's preferred dessert and paused before choosing against the purchase since she ought to remain fit. Previously I would grab one without any hesitation at all. She actually takes in whatever she likes and in whatever quantity she likes twice the amount I do. Two and a half decades earlier she sat at fifty kilos and still measures about fifty two today. It struck me how often I picked up that treat across the years though those were always for me 🀣 🀣

The constant food thoughts switched over to intense anxiety.

PatientFenwick91archiveJun 1

Eating. My mental chatter around meals got swapped for actual intake. Enjoyed a slice of cake moments ago.

Wow, that must have been tough. I feel bad you experienced such a reaction. Were you already struggling with anxiety beforehand? My question comes from thinking these medications might intensify certain conditions that existed previously.

Same here with fragrances. Turns out lots of folks mention those as well. Plus the lip colors. Building up quite a stash on my own. Should have gone for cheaper swaps if I knew back then. πŸ˜…

It struck me as amusing since a buddy of mine brought up her sudden liking for fragrances right after she began those glp1 shots the prior weekend, and I neglected to check whether others shared the same urge. She'll be thrilled to learn about it.

I carefully record every bite I consume inside this exact nutrition logger so my intake lines up with the goals I set.

I blended a blackberry zero sugar soda or cherry zero cola with vanilla protein powder and ice cubes. It really quiets those persistent cravings and comes out tasting just like a creamy float.

Have you smelled some recent perfume releases, my most recent favorites

KeenQuill44archiveJun 5

Picking up sneakers or shoes brings me joy and now and then they stay boxed away for a period before I choose when to wear them.

I feel the same way about it. Special events give me reasons to try out various ones. Then I always end up getting coordinating outfits as well. This must be some kind of condition.

ClearWillow31archiveJun 5

Snagged loads of calorie-free goodies straight from the internet 🀣

ClearLedger54archiveJun 5

I'm really into candles along with other room scents. That gadget of ours has me totally hooked. Smell is providing all the sensory experiences that taste isn't delivering.

This seems pretty cool. I should probably think about it as well.

Luckily cravings haven't bothered me much though sometimes late in the evening I get a sudden urge for a snack and end up having a protein drink instead.
