Moved up to 2.5 mg on Monday with optional 1.5 mg top up on Friday if needed. Most weeks also add 1 mg sema on Wednesday.

SlowCompass30archiveJul 17

Two weeks in at 1 mg. Probably should have gone to 2 mg on the second shot but will do that next week.

RustSparrow80archiveJul 17

Just started at 2 mg. Appetite slightly lower but not much. Food noise completely gone though.

It builds up over time. I kept each dose for four weeks before going up.

GreyCompass80archiveJul 18

I kicked off at 4 mg because I'm not very reactive to meds. Planning to stick with that weekly amount for a month before bumping to 6 the following month. Weight's been coming off at two to three pounds each week even before beginning, though the goal is tackling some stubborn visceral fat.

GreenBramble30archiveJul 19

Still holding at the 2 mg weekly dose I began with. Really happy with how it's going!

QuietKettle84archiveJul 21

On week 4 now, taking 2 mg every four days.

PlainQuill67archiveJul 23

Three months along and at 6 mg currently. Gave 8 mg a try for one week but sides were too much like burning tingling skin and nausea. Dropped 10 kg. 6 mg feels ideal, no plateau so far.

6 worked well for me too. I kept it for six weeks instead of the usual four. Hit a stall, then went to 8 mg and up to 9 mg for four weeks, touched 10 for a bit. Had to reduce. Exceeded my target, made a new one and went past by seven or eight pounds. Too much came off. Began maintenance dosing last Friday on weigh day. Checking progress tomorrow.

IronMarble78archiveJul 24

Added reta to help with the final 14 lbs while on tirzepitide. Started ramping 2,4,6,6 but dropped back to 4 mg due to bad fatigue and GI issues. Now fatigue is under control and weight's heading down, both visually and on the scale.

Built that app just for me. It's not compliant with GDPR or safety standards at all, so sharing isn't feasible due to data liability. Might open source it later when moving to GLP-1 Apprentice so everyone can collaborate on git.

AmberLedger11archiveJul 24

Matches my experience. Just increased from 4 to 8 mg and nausea/vomiting hit hard. Dropping back to 4 mg next week. Still have plenty to lose (already lost 25 kg) so taking it slow and steady. Was thinking more is better but that's not logical.

BrightCompass57archiveJul 24

At 4 mg split into two shots per week. Not much left to lose but this is great for getting back to bodybuilding shape fast while strength keeps rising. Lost 9 lbs in first four weeks, only 20-30 more max.

PlainAlder11archiveJul 24
↳ replying to @AmberLedger11

Yeah, jumping up by 4 mg does that. Better to go 2 mg at a time. Not a race.

NorthTimber67archiveJul 25

Currently 4 mg reta weekly, plus 200 mg TRT, 1 mg tessa nightly, alternating 2-3 mg ghkcu mornings. Started 255 on 06/17/26 now 240 on 07/24/26. Body fat was 15-16%, now abs visible even at night, obliques and serratus showing more with vascularity. Strength up a bit, bench from 315x3 to 315x8, mile from 7:45 to 7:15. Sides minimal: thirst, quick fullness, short nausea once. Holding this dose another 4 weeks, may add anabolics if under 235 or strength drops. 255g protein, 750 cal deficit, lifting and cardio 5x/week, physical job. Lost 3 inches at my thi

CopperCompass17archiveAug 7

Personally I began with 1 mg then raised it to 1.4 mg after the first week. Kept that level for two weeks but still noticed food noise and hunger returning after four days. So today I raised it once more to 1.8 mg. Will see how this works out.

PlainAlder11archiveAug 7

Even 1 mg steps did nothing for me, let alone .4 mg. Just my own experience.

Not trying to ruin the party but I pinned 9 mg reta last Saturday and 18 mg tirz yesterday. Still starving. After about a year I seem immune. Sometimes I do 15 mg tirz i.m. in the delt and occasionally get that three-day food-is-gross feeling I keep chasing.

PlainAlder11archiveAug 8

I see no harm done here, and share that view. There's no further need for weight reduction on my part. For upkeep, I've lowered the amount to six or eight milligrams. My scale reading stays steady with just a couple pounds variation either way. Hunger isn't an issue, and though my desire for food remains modest, my intake has increased lately. Truthfully, adding five pounds would land me exactly where I aim to be. You recall I had been using ten milligrams before, and this morning I went with six. Time will tell how it goes.

SharpCinder47archiveAug 8

Currently on 4 mg reta. Feels like the sweet spot and I don't feel any need to titrate up yet.

CopperAnchor25archiveAug 8

Wondering how others have found spacing out their doses at four day intervals. Hoping for some shared experiences.

WarmPebble39archiveAug 8

I've entered my third week using eight milligrams after spending eight weeks on six milligrams. So far this level feels effective. My weight reduction has gained real speed lately reaching an average of two pounds weekly which beats the earlier one point three to one point six range. After sixteen weeks total I've dropped nearly thirty pounds.

SharpCinder47archiveAug 9

Hey everyone, wondering about something. I began with 2 milligrams during the initial month, then switched to 4 milligrams starting from the fifth week. Now, week eight begins tomorrow. The usual plan suggests going to 6 milligrams after that. However, the present amount continues to suppress my appetite almost completely, with little urge to consume food. So I'm thinking there might not be much point in raising it when it's performing so effectively. Plus, I prefer avoiding rapid increases that could lead to quicker tolerance buildup. Did others keep their dose steady at this level for extra time instead of progressing right away? Or does sticking to the study-based schedule offer advantages even if the current one feels sufficient? I'd like to know what people have gone through. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

From what I hear the current amount appears to be working fine for you. Assuming the weekly reduction stays reasonable at that level keeping it going through one more round makes sense to me. Since each level runs at least four weeks and aligns with the study protocol it stays pretty much in line with the research in my view. That means there's room to keep going with whatever delivers the best results personally.

SharpCinder55archiveAug 9

I'm curious about the name of this application. Maybe that's why I can't find it where I live. Still seems pretty nice.

PlainAlder11archiveAug 9

I did the starting dose 2 mg for four weeks, stayed on 4 mg for six weeks, 6 mg for six weeks, 8 mg for six weeks, 9 mg for four weeks and did 10 mg a few weeks. My wife is still on 10 mg at four weeks and might go to 12 mg. I'm messing with maintenance at 6 mg. I had hit my second goal plus some. We'll see how this goes. It feels different that's for sure.

Actually this is a program I've created on my own. With all the extra capabilities added the name has been updated. Release is not happening right away but the code will go public within several weeks. Plus I have shed ten kilograms twenty two pounds on record šŸ™‚

It seems quite appealing. I looked through the store but came up empty. Can you share a connection to it?
Edit: Oops, I misunderstood your earlier note on it being unavailable right now. Haha. Just tell me when that changes.

PatientPebble79archiveAug 10
↳ replying to @WarmPebble39

I fail to understand why someone would increase the amount when a lower one already works well. There seem to be at least a couple different approaches here. One involves pushing hard to get to the highest amounts quickly, since research indicates greater amounts of medication led to bigger reductions in body mass. My choice is to keep some flexibility available if a particular treatment stops being effective over time. Also, those research numbers might not account for people who quit the trials.

I adjust the dose until my belly starts sending mild signals... not intense or disruptive... just some gas and a slight neck sensation.... that's how I tell it's doing its job... ...AND I hold steady there while it still leaves me content after just a few nuts or something similar...

LevelPebble96archiveAug 18

Lately I've been dosing about three to three and a half milligrams of reta each week on Sunday. Soon I'll head out for a week-long trip that starts midweek and runs until the next Wednesday. During that break I really want to keep hunger in check so I don't end up cutting activities short like I used to. The usual Sunday shot won't be possible then. My plan is to split the amount with one point five milligrams on Sunday and two on the evening before I go. I wonder if that's workable. Perhaps moving the initial dose back a day to Saturday would space them better.

RustQuill56archiveAug 18

I seem to differ from most here in preferring to begin with the smallest amount that still works when using these compounds. I saw strong results from one during a discount period a couple years back yet conceived and regained everything after delivery. With that version I raised levels fairly fast hitting the upper range inside nine months of treatment and shed a large amount of weight which felt good though I had repeated waves of sickness when stepping up from the lowest amount using the branded version. After finishing a full year of nursing and growing frustrated with having put it all back on which hits me hard following birth I began another one from an alternate source in spring of the prior year and have deliberately raised the amount very gradually. So after more than a year on it I use a low dose several times weekly equaling roughly that total per week inside me. The drop has moved slower yet I have chosen to focus on keeping things maintainable and if this turns into ongoing use for weight concerns then I want space to go higher instead of already sitting at the top. Also shedding nearly that much twice can tax the bile storage organ and I prefer to keep my internal parts working. Since I have finished having children that part no longer applies. I have stayed moving and added solid resistance work. My advancement has been gradual once below a certain point and my target sits around that figure for a woman of my height. Still I am gaining strength fast. Not depriving my system. Not counting only on the substance to shed pounds. I hope more folks considered the longer view instead of only the quickest drop. Okay enough from me on the subject.

PatientBeacon30archiveAug 18

I've been taking this latest option for fifteen months after spending a full year on the earlier version at its top dose. That first choice barely helped at all. I've worked my way up to ten milligrams of the main one and stayed there for the past three months. I started adding two point five milligrams of a different one in the middle of each week to better manage hunger. The other compound I tested earlier gave zero results even at higher amounts and left me feeling drained nonstop. I've dropped sixty pounds through several drawn-out plateaus yet remain pleased with where things stand and my present level.

There were quite a few posts discussing the same issue. Several months back during a trip, I administered 3.5 milligrams the Tuesday prior to leaving and again the Wednesday upon my return while gradually shifting an extra day later. Another option involved advancing the injection one day at a time until it landed on Sunday. My schedule looked like this after getting back midweek with a dose then, another the Tuesday after that, followed by Monday and finally the regular routine the next week. The reverse adjustment could have worked as well but I went with this one.

SlowMeadow28archiveAug 18

I plan to try a bold testing method. Started at two milligrams weekly during the initial three weeks, dividing it into one milligram each on midweek and weekend days. Increased to three milligrams over one week after that. Starting tomorrow, I'll raise it to four milligrams across the following four weeks with two milligram portions. Following that come six and eight. At some point I'll share updates on the experience. Should any unwanted reactions become too intense, I'll ease back slightly.

Last week while visiting the children I carried a tiny bottle of reta inside a chilled holder. I felt unsure how security would respond yet at three separate terminals they simply confirmed the cooling pack was genuine and let it go. Another blend vial might have been tucked in there as well. 😳 šŸ˜Ž

SlowMeadow28archiveAug 19

People wonder about the purpose, yet I wonder why not give it a try? šŸ˜‰ It seems successful for many based on what they've shared. So far, I haven't noticed any unwanted reactions. I'll proceed with increasing the dosage in line with the research until an issue appears, and then scale back. I know the quantities from the experiments weren't intended as guidelines but rather for investigation. Still, lots of folks are using this method and seeing positive results. I just can't get behind the very small doses since the studies kicked off at a larger starting point.

BlueBramble13archiveAug 19

After sticking with the strongest level of my last medication for roughly eight months the numbers quit dropping. I had started at 112 kilograms yet remained locked between 98 and 100 for quite a while. A few weeks back I switched over to an alternate compound beginning at 2 milligrams and the scale showed nothing either week while hunger returned full force with nonstop cravings unlike anything I felt previously. This morning I raised it to 5 milligrams hoping that finally moves things. I dropped the earlier one entirely. Being cold all the time is the only change I've noticed. The goal is trimming the remaining 8 kilograms to reach 90. A buddy suggested adding one more substance to quiet the appetite signals so I picked some up as well and now wonder if running the pair together might be worth trying.

ClearHarbour45archiveAug 19

10 mg and 2 mg sema. Also ran 10 mg and 6 mg tirz. Haven't done 12 mg reta yet because I had a few r10 kits I'm working through.

SteadySparrow75archiveAug 19

Yeah I was already on edge about the purple GHK-Cu liquid inside the needle holder. At Phoenix, Las Vegas and O'Hare every time the holder got selected for inspection yet they merely examined the cooling pack and showed zero interest in the clear or tinted bottles along with the needles.

↳ replying to @WarmPebble39

Glad to know that. Currently taking 6 milligrams during my fourth month, and it seems this amount is beginning to suit me well. The next administration at this level happens tomorrow. Was the reason for going to 8 milligrams that the benefits started fading following eight weeks at the lower amount?

AmberBeacon57archiveAug 20
↳ replying to @RustQuill56

Yeah, that matches what I think too. Focusing on fewer side issues means starting small and going gradually is the way. Right now I'm taking one point five milligrams weekly, and I don't feel like eating much while the weight comes off bit by bit. So I'll keep going with the current amount for now until it no longer works.

SteadyAnchor13archiveAug 20

My body handled this new substance well from the start. I increased the dose fast since I had been using another similar product at a high level. After three months on this alone at the same high amount, everything still feels positive.

I have been stacking reta with tirz the last four weeks, 5 mg tirz and 2 mg reta. I pin reta tomorrow and will probably move up to 3 mg and if well tolerated go to 4 mg next Friday. The tirz does what it is supposed to at 5 mg so I don't see any change in that for a while.

↳ replying to @SharpCinder47

Quite a few users tailor their amounts to personal feedback and experience solid advantages. The impact on an individual takes priority over how it influences anyone else. Provided that four milligrams delivers the desired effects, increasing to six seems unnecessary. There are multiple stories I've read about those who adhered to a strict dosing progression and later felt sorry for advancing the level rapidly.
