Reading about avoiding all physical activity combined with severe undernourishment, poor bodily adjustment, and multiple blackouts from sugar crashes, which finishes by pushing folks to ignore contrary opinions, strikes me as really striking. Yet there's still another big chunk of weight left to shed ahead of any fitness center visits.
Hey folks, wanted to share the latest on how things have gone with this medication after my earlier notes. Around a month back the scale got stuck near 248 following a big drop from months of very light eating. I figured my system had slowed down from that stretch of minimal intake. Around then dizzy spells started up too, which I learned came from low glucose rather than pressure. Been without the shots for roughly a month and the scale has moved up just five pounds to 253. Those spells went away after I added sweet snacks and drinks. Thinking about restarting soon at a low dose but raising it more gradually since the quicker approach caused issues earlier. Might add something else to help keep hunger in check since that effect faded at bigger amounts. Eating has been pretty loose lately as I focus on taking in more overall, shooting for about 1800 calories. This stretch has shifted my view on food and weight in a way that’s tough to describe – it feels harder to add pounds even when I try. Once I reach 200 I’ll sign back up for the gym. During the earlier phase I dropped the membership because energy was too low from not eating enough. Any attempts at exercise came out pretty weak even with heavy caffeine. More notes later, maybe a last one. Finding what fits my own situation as an individual has been what matters to me.
