Restarting everything (except Tirz)

Summary

Why am I suddenly getting welts at every injection site and feeling unwell after stacking multiple peptides and supplements on top of Tirz?

The original poster added Tirz three months ago with good results, then layered on many supplements and peptides one by one until recent symptoms appeared including injection welts and general malaise. Other users suggested the reactions might stem from a virus, SIBO, or the rapid stacking itself and advised dropping everything except Tirz, waiting for symptoms to clear, then reintroducing items slowly with assessment periods. Injection technique changes and site trials were discussed but produced mixed results for the welts. Fish oil was also flagged by one user as a possible GI trigger in their own experience.

Exact cause of the welts and recent unwell feeling, and whether any single added item is responsible.

Nothing here is advice.

I have to admit I started adding things too fast. Being autistic, peptides and supplements turned into a big obsession for me. My setup has been sterile and I've been precise with doses and mixing. But I'm not feeling right lately. Three months back I began Tirz and it worked great. After that I layered in supplements like Vitamin D, magnesium, fish oil, papaya enzymes, creatine plus a few more. I took fiber now and then when the Tirz effect faded. Then came extra peptides: CJC/ipa, Cagri, KPV, BPC, and a small amount of Reta, introducing one roughly each week. Everything was okay until recently. I also tried a tiny bit of Modafinil for my ongoing tiredness and it cut my afternoon slumps nicely. As mentioned elsewhere, I've developed severe welts at every injection spot. I'm meticulous with peptide handling and site rotation didn't change anything. The odd feeling began the day before my last shot, but I went ahead anyway since I hardly ever

Something similar happened to me but without vomiting. I wondered about SIBO at first. Once I doubled fluids, ate simpler, and took miralax to get things moving it cleared up fast enough that I didn't worry much. All I use is reta plus some oral supplements like TMG, HMB and epicatechin, so I doubt those caused it. For the welts, pinning straight down gave me bruises. Switching to holding the syringe like a pencil and going in at an angle stopped the bruises right away.

Drop all the secretagogues like CJC/ipa and such. Restart Tirz once you feel better. Stick with just the GLP for a month to see how it goes, then add KPV and BPC. Wait two weeks before trying another peptide so you can judge the effects. Blasting everything at once is fun until you get sick. Skip the fiber supplements and just eat real vegetables.

That sounds like solid advice. I have a bunch of single-vial peptides I haven't tried yet. I'm still checking how BPC is going after three weeks and KPV after one week. I'll add TB500 in another week or so if the first two settle fine. I'm on a mid dose of Tirz but have Reta and Cagri set aside. I won't touch those until I need to and get Tirz figured out. I'm testing split dosing and might go back to once a week.

Thanks for the input but I've already tried every trick for the welts. Changing syringes helped a bit yet I'm still getting small reactions unfortunately.

Are the skin reactions happening after shots of specific ones, or since they all began together it's impossible to tell? Maybe this shows up no matter which gets tried?

I went ahead and tried the glute region for placing my compounds. For the ones that tend to irritate more, a 29 gauge half-inch needle works in the top part of my buttocks. Zero reactions at injection sites. When using the abdominal area, a 31 gauge five-sixteenths needle is my choice, and I skip the bottom sections. At times I even go into the leftover love handle zones.

Reactions show up with nearly all the compounds I try, no matter the injection location. This began following my initial administration of the item. Previously, for over two months, everything had been completely fine.

I have not attempted that location previously, however bruising and welting occurs on my legs and the upper part of my stomach as well. I plan to try it anyway though. πŸ™

My guess is these problems probably have nothing to do with the peptides and are more like some random virus instead. Coughing plus sneezing would make that pretty clear. The only ones I know for sure that trigger stomach trouble are the two mentioned, and I have no idea how long or at what level the second one has been used. Cutting back to fewer things at once seems sensible since starting several close together makes it tough to separate out what is causing what, plus spacing them out more when beginning again might help. Symptoms need to clear up first before going back to the main one, even if that stretches past seven days. A lower amount for a bit could work if hunger stays under control, with a small extra portion added later if everything feels fine. The other one probably needs waiting several weeks before restarting too. Those raised spots sound like spot reactions in the skin layers, similar to an oversized insect bite with puffiness and maybe some color change. That feels separate from easy bruising which shows up often in females anyway and gets worse with certain blood thinners. Reactions like that usually tie to one specific item rather than everything unless it is the mixing liquid which rarely happens. One of them often leads to those local issues while the main one does it less frequently. Going in a little farther under the skin tends to lessen the response since it stays away from surface immune cells, and the bottom belly area tends to bother the least. Without widespread signs like spots on other body parts or breathing trouble these local spots stay just an annoyance that itches.

After that point I quit using the substance entirely. My focus has stayed on ending these reactions but no solution has appeared yet.

Unsure how much time you've spent using those omega supplements, I bought some chewable versions with fish oil for my boy and myself some time ago. Within about seven days they triggered digestive discomfort for me. Since my son has autism and doesn't speak I'm unsure what he experienced exactly yet he spent more time resting flat which isn't normal behavior for him. I halted giving them to my child and ended my own use as well. No further troubles have appeared except ones tied to reta.
