I began with 1.5 milligrams and then increased to 2 milligrams in the following weeks. As the fourth week approaches I plan to raise it to 3 milligrams. So far I have dropped about four kilograms though I get mild headaches now and then. My diet has been very healthy with zero sugar and I have been taking in lots of water. I don't know what is behind these headaches.

Without feeling any unwanted reactions especially queasiness and with appetite still present raising the amount carries only small chance of trouble. Early hints of issues often appear before they become intense such as light stomach upset at a lower level pointing to stronger discomfort higher up. The main concern when raising amounts at any point remains stronger unwanted reactions and in some cases these arrive suddenly leaving someone feeling ill or even vomiting over several days. That possibility stays present no matter how cautious the steps yet it grows if changes happen faster. Research showed the strongest stomach related reactions usually during the second to fourth month while amounts were going up and they eased only gradually after. Weight reduction alone does not seem to call for higher amounts yet keeping hunger in check matters for steady progress and craving sweets or having drinks suggests that control is still missing. Splitting smaller portions across more days lowers the chance since reactions tend to peak one or two days after each use. Drug levels keep climbing for several weeks after any change so the strongest effects might show only after several uses at the new level. If splitting across days feels like too much effort moving up slightly from the present amount with no reactions so far carries very little chance of problems. Checking a graphing tool still helps because the way these substances build up and fade runs counter to what most other medicines do.

I'm puzzled about what might be sparking these head pains, possibly from lower sodium levels if meals are smaller and fluids are higher than usual. Shifts in surroundings or diet can set them off. After beginning this medication I dealt with a full seven days of early morning head pains that responded fast to those migraine meds but kept returning in ways they never had before, only to stop entirely after that. Because this compound lingers in the system for about six days, the strongest impacts and unwanted effects build over roughly a month, which explains spacing dose changes that far apart. If someone adjusts timing differently, checking a chart tool that graphs blood levels helps visualize the pattern and timing. The main downside to speeding things up beyond the usual schedule is stronger unwanted effects. Mild stomach upset or bowel slowdown might not matter much, yet nonstop vomiting for days becomes serious. Weighing quicker results against those longer-lasting drawbacks is key since problems can stretch a week or more in bad cases and often peak a day or two after each injection. Moving up to the next level after four weeks carries less concern than the usual path of staying at the starting amount for a month then doubling it, so it's still cautious, though viewing the levels over time on that chart tool clarifies when effects show up.

I bumped my level to 4mg after beginning at 2mg when hunger urges returned. I've stayed at 4mg across recent months and shed plenty of pounds with none of that endless thinking about meals.

BrightPebble45archiveApr 29

I've been going for about seven or eight months now and I tweak my amount to five or six milligrams per week based on how I felt the week before. These days there's no reason for me to bump it up. Last time I tried raising it I skipped meals five days out of seven which felt pretty rough. This way I've dropped twenty kilos without much work at all.

SlowSignal40archiveApr 29

Whoa, so is this the largest thread here? Oh I haven't begun stabbing Reta yet.

SteadySignal83archiveApr 29

My dosing began on the second of January at one point five milligrams. That level held steady across four weeks before I increased it to two milligrams and kept going until my weight reduction target was reached. Now I'm lowering it again to one point five milligrams each week while working toward a steady upkeep level of zero point five milligrams weekly.

PlainAlder11archiveApr 29

We've stayed on this dose for six weeks now and might bump it up after checking the numbers on Friday. My partner shows almost no drop in hunger and the weight isn't coming off at all. It's strange since she refuses to step on any scale so I'm baffled how she can even tell there's no change. I'm clueless about it.

LevelBeacon33archiveApr 29

My partner and I began our journey six weeks back. She went with the initial Tirz dose weekly, while I chose Reta at the same starting amount. So far, she's shed around eighteen pounds, and I've managed to lose twenty-eight. Looking back, I wish I'd begun lower at half a milligram and increased gradually instead. My feelings pushed me into picking that bigger starting point right away. Now my system is still adjusting after jumping in at that level with Reta.

NorthSparrow68archiveApr 29

I'm six foot one and weigh three hundred seven pounds at fifty one years of age. Stayed on the one milligram level during the past seven weeks. Began at three hundred twenty eight pounds and have now dropped twenty one. My waist measurement decreased three and a half inches with internal fat disappearing fast. An analysis from artificial intelligence puts the breakdown at roughly fifteen pounds of fat and five of lean tissue including four and a half to six pounds from the midsection based on the tape changes. Averaging roughly two point eight pounds per week up to this point. Hunger levels remain fine with zero negative effects and the scale continues downward meaning no reason to raise the dose yet. Should hunger start interfering weight stalls briefly or belly fat reduction eases off that's when I'd consider going higher. This compound feels like a custom approach that ought to match every user individually. Avoid relying solely on online amount recommendations full of estimates or study schedules pushed for quick completion.

Losing 4.5 pounds a week for you is a tad quick in my opinion.

KeenCompass80archiveApr 29

I'm not entirely sure about what that piece says. Maybe splitting the amount in half for both could help cut down on the negative reactions from that compound without losing the positive aspects. It makes sense that combining the complete amounts might not work out well.

SharpSignal70archiveApr 29

Middle of week 3 for me! Taking 0.75 mg per week at the moment. Will titrate up to 1 mg week 5 and then reassess my dosing plan.

What amount are you placing inside the injector?

Living in Lichfield here. Started using Reta around two months back and recently began exploring this area. Expecting delivery of Semax soon, and now I wish I had included sealant with the order as well. Curious about what advantages it offers.

LevelBeacon33archiveApr 29
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

Sure is. Once I noticed, getting food down took real effort on my part.

PlainAlder11archiveApr 29
↳ replying to @LevelBeacon33

Dealing with reduced hunger and getting satisfied quickly from eating little can be challenging at first. Over time that intensity seems to lessen somewhat. My partner and I are approaching our seventeenth injection this Friday, and the strength has faded except right around the day we take it and the next few. At least that's how it's been for us.

WarmWillow22archiveApr 30

I'm around the tenth week on the three milligram dose. I missed one week while traveling abroad on holiday. I've shed fifteen pounds altogether. I'm advancing at a very gradual rate to limit any sagging skin.

LevelBramble49archiveMay 2

I started with an unintended 4mg hit and have felt terrible ever since, even while shifting to 2mg total each week split into 1mg on two separate days. Everything has gone smoothly with that routine. My weight has been dropping gradually without any real drop in hunger, though I do notice I reach fullness faster now. I keep hitting my daily targets while making sure protein comes first to hold on to muscle. Raising the amount isn't on my mind, and I might even cut back later since this level feels ideal.

I've found that 2 mg weekly doses in x2 1 mg doses mon/Thursday, has worked very well for me.

What amount of Cagri did you inject together with Reta?

GreyHarbour55archiveMay 3
↳ replying to @GreyBeacon90

I titrated .125 mcg, .250 mcg, then maxed my Cagri dose at .500 mcg.

WrySignal84archiveMay 3

I'm beginning at half a milligram once weekly throughout the opening month. Later on I'll step up to one milligram while keeping two milligrams per week as my upper limit.

You lost about 9 lbs from the 0.5 dose in 1 month?

SteadyCinder74archiveMay 4

I began with the smaller amount and meant to raise it after some time passed, yet the scale kept showing more than three pounds gone each week, which worries me about shedding muscle. I'm still on that starting level for my fourth shot and could hold there until the weekly drop falls under one percent. Looks like I'm pretty sensitive to it. The downsides have stayed manageable so far, including reduced strength in workouts, uneven rest at night, and slight stomach trouble. No rush to increase yet. I hadn't planned on how slowly we'd finish the supply, with both of us holding at the lower level.

QuietAnchor73archiveMay 4
↳ replying to @QuietKettle56

I figure part of the drop came from fluid. These days I take two milligrams total each week split across two separate one-milligram shots and my scale now reads one hundred ninety-five pounds.

QuietKettle56archiveMay 4
↳ replying to @WarmSparrow57

Wondering whether resting heart rate has shifted and if the scale started moving downward again. Planning that exact transition myself after sitting at fifteen milligrams of the first compound while recently securing enough of the second one to last twelve months. Thought about opening at one milligram yet felt unsure. Any input? Really solid progress, well done! Beginning the switch today at two milligrams after already logging more than six months on fifteen milligrams of the prior option. Keep going strong 🫑

PatientPebble33archiveMay 4

Would beginning at a full milligram of Reta each week seem reasonable or might half that amount work better right at the outset?

PlainAlder11archiveMay 4
↳ replying to @PatientPebble33

I began at two milligrams each week for a month before deciding what came next. Research shows gradual increases such as two then four then eight then twelve. Small amounts like that make no sense to me. This compound poses no real threat. People can choose whatever works for them.

LevelFenwick52archiveMay 4

Reta has been part of my routine for slightly more than eight weeks. My weight started at one hundred ninety two pounds but now it's one hundred seventy. At present four milligrams is what I'm taking. Eating up to seventeen hundred calories can be tough on certain days so increasing the dose doesn't seem necessary right now. That said if weight stops dropping for over fourteen days or so then five milligrams could be next. My goal is to avoid anything above six milligrams.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 4
↳ replying to @LevelFenwick52

I'm wondering what weight you're trying to reach. Out of interest, what's behind avoiding amounts higher than 6mg? For me, I want to steer clear of taking enough that leads to unwanted effects lowering how good life feels.

LevelFenwick52archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @LevelThistle44

I'm not concerned much with any negative effects. My primary aim right now involves locating a dose level I can stick with over many years ahead. There's a chance that increasing further might lead to my body adapting, allowing hunger signals to return gradually and forcing me to keep raising the amount. I haven't decided on an exact target weight since I'm currently near twelve percent body fat, and I'd like to reach about eight or nine percent instead. Once there, I'll raise my daily food intake up to a steady level and reduce how much of this I take in order to keep the lower body fat percentage.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @LevelFenwick52

It explains things now that I know you're not very large. The main reason I put on extra pounds was constant thoughts about eating. Even now while taking the medication I sometimes feel those urges, yet my hunger stays well managed and those random cravings never really slow down how much weight I lose.

KeenWillow57archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @WarmSparrow57

Has 8mg reta helped break your stall? I'm sitting at 12.5mg terz and getting ready to bump to 15, but only have roughly six weeks of terz remaining so probably time to switch.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 5

That outcome seems uncommon but it does happen. Roughly five to ten percent of people don't lose five percent or more of their starting weight. Are you a non-responder to several peptides or GLP compounds in general?

WarmMeadow92archiveMay 5

About one in ten people may show resistance to GLP-1 diabetes drugs. New research points to certain genetic variants that can reduce how well GLP-1 drugs regulate blood sugar, known as GLP-1 resistance.

PlainAlder11archiveMay 5

Probably because of that jump from 4 to 8mg. I'm actually doing 2-4-6-7 now and staying there for two more weeks. Not sure what comes after that yet.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @SharpHarbour48

Did you take breaks between them or between finishing those and starting reta?

SharpHarbour48archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @LevelThistle44

Yep. I know where you're headed with this. No scientific proof that GLP receptors burn out, but was two years between sema and tirz long enough? The receptor downregulation ideas feel like mostly bro science to me.

GreyLantern40archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

You're probably right. Going from 4 straight to 8 would be a big jump.

WarmWillow50archiveMay 5

I'm trying to move from tirz over to reta for maintenance. Tirz gives me way too much appetite control even at just 5mg. So I'm taking 4mg tirz plus 1mg reta three days later, planning to run that for a month then drop tirz to 3mg and raise reta to 1.5 and keep adjusting until I land on mostly reta with a small tirz microdose for a bit of extra suppression.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @SharpHarbour48

That's an interesting point you raised. These science bros put out their study five weeks ago. The article on it says consistent use shows no signs of efficacy dropping over time.

SharpHarbour48archiveMay 5

There's a study linking GLP-1 to pancreatitis and then cancer. You can find a study to back or refute almost anything. Shotsy fucking sucks by the way.

LevelThistle44archiveMay 5
↳ replying to @SharpHarbour48

πŸ˜‚ So does your reaction to reta, the way you reply in this thread, and probably how you handle life in general. Not sure who you're upset with but I know it isn't me.

LevelBramble49archiveMay 5

Been on 2mg a week for the last month and it's working so well I might need to drop to 1.5 or even 1mg a week.

GreyThistle88archiveMay 5

Almost a year in now. Down 70 pounds with another 30 I want to lose over the next year. In the end I ignored most of the usual advice and went hard and fast instead of slow and low. For the first five months I stuck to the standard low and slow approach with plenty of protein and resistance training. Loss was painfully slow at about half to one pound a month then my weight actually started climbing in November. I said forget it and jumped to 10mg reta, 4mg tirz, and 2mg cagri each week. Still doing some cardio and resistance work but not much. Main goal is dropping as much fat as possible quickly even if it means losing some muscle along the way. No regrets so far.
