I've been taking half a milligram at three-day intervals. After just ten days, the impact on how much I eat is already quite noticeable. I'm planning to hold off before increasing the amount.

My dose sits at eight milligrams now after kicking things off with half a milligram during January. Appetite never dropped off in any big way for me. Small meals work fine every couple of hours or so. Daily intake runs around eighteen hundred calories with one hundred forty grams of protein plus thirty grams of fiber. Glucagon effects were the main reason I started yet fifteen pounds came off anyway and muscle size increased after I raised my hormone replacement level briefly. Chest fat has nearly vanished and the waist pinch dropped from a full inch to half an inch. I picked up another compound recently and plan to include it soon.

Which app are you using here?
Week 14 on it dose at 3 mg. Lost a total of 41 lbs. Blood panels really improved. Feel great!
Upon waking at half past four I stepped on the scale and saw a loss of thirty pounds plus one and a half percent body fat. I gave myself the third six milligram shot earlier today. That particular dose from the recent batch felt intense and it was the final injection from those two vials of twenty four. I have no appetite whatsoever yet dinner still has to happen. Some leftover smoked meat and cabbage salad from midweek will do since I cooked the meat on the outdoor smoker. I plan to prepare two forty milligram ones with a slight overfill to forty four for later while getting set for the week ahead.
I began with a low amount the first week then raised it the following two. After that I left for a trip and skipped any shots for eleven days straight. The results seemed to fade while away yet my weight barely moved so it probably kept working anyway. Once home again I used a higher amount at the end of March and intend to repeat that the next day spacing them five days apart from now on.

From the beginning I wanted to hold down unwanted reactions by raising the amount only a little at a time and keeping the lowest useful level for as long as possible. I began with one milligram each week across the first five weeks, moved up to two milligrams for the following five weeks, and have now completed two weeks at three milligrams. Reactions hit hardest right after each increase yet stay quite mild. I intend to keep going this way by adding one more milligram every four to six weeks until six milligrams becomes my top limit. I pay close attention to how I feel and make small changes if needed. So far I have passed my targets for dropping weight with almost no reactions, which I owe to the way I eat. In general I feel excellent. I put my effort into strength sessions and easy cardio. Over the first twelve weeks I have dropped twenty nine pounds from two hundred twenty eight down to one hundred ninety nine while adding muscle. I aim to reach one hundred seventy five before holding steady. Results differ for everyone yet this has worked great for me. My spouse is using the same schedule.
I began with a dose of 2 milligrams at the beginning of this week. My thinking was that since the clinical studies found it acceptable, it should work fine for my situation as well. However, the unwanted reactions during those initial hours were quite unpleasant.

Wondering what makes it rise that quickly.

Whenever the first med holds my hunger down at the amount I'm using, there's not much point raising it before that stops working. What gives the second option an edge is glucagon receptor activity, and that grows along with the amount taken. Unwanted effects might set the ceiling on how far I push the dose, depending on aims and how my system reacts. Reaching more of that activity faster and farther therefore lifts daily calorie burn more, letting the second option perform better overall since it doesn't focus on appetite like the other two.
Maintenance dose of 2 mg per week after losing 50 lbs on it over 5 months.

I raised my dose to 6mg after using 4mg for five weeks since my spouse and I both stopped noticing reduced hunger or the prior effects. During the initial seven days on 6mg from a new source there was no change, but in the following week it kicked in strongly. I used up those containers and prepared a pair of others from a separate source that I already owned and wished to test. I'm keeping the dose at 6mg currently.
I began taking a low amount and raised it to double after roughly fourteen days. I dropped around twenty pounds rapidly once I reached three milligrams. Progress halted later even when I increased further to five. I felt exhausted and drowsy constantly for no clear reason. I quit the initial compound and switched over to the alternative. I put on five pounds immediately even with a minimal amount. At five milligrams the new one seems effective only for four days. I am considering combining two or three milligrams of the first with the current to check if it improves things. The fatigue has lessened somewhat yet I also began using a breathing device during sleep around ten days back. I cannot tell whether quitting the first or starting the device is making the difference.
Currently in week thirteen of this. Started off taking three milligrams each week then stepped it up bit by bit until reaching seven point five milligrams once every five days. This level works well for me now. No appetite shows up yet small meals go down fine.
I'm now on four milligrams each week. I raised it two weeks back after holding steady for three months at two and a half. The prior level kept hunger steady and the scale dropping until things leveled off from adaptation. With my target under ten percent body fat from around eleven, I went higher rather than cutting intake more and risking lean tissue. The increase brought back some queasiness early on, almost like starting over, which points to stronger receptor response. Training energy dipped for a short stretch then returned to normal. Has anyone else tried this compound to finish off single-digit body fat? I'm wondering about the right amount when the focus is recomp or a cut instead of just shedding pounds.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of my ten milligram regimen which I'll follow for four weeks before trying twelve milligrams assuming any unwanted effects remain bearable. Over the past year plus I've alternated periods of using this substance with breaks and doses beneath six milligrams failed to produce satisfactory outcomes.

What was stopping that medication like for you? Over the full twelve months you took it, what total pounds came off?
↳ replying to @CopperMeadow83
I dose my medication in a similar fashion, taking a small amount only once every week or so. That way I get to experience genuine hunger sensations. Otherwise what feels like hunger is usually just habit or feeling bored instead of an actual need for food. This approach has really helped me manage my binge eating issues effectively.

I found stopping to be pretty easy. Truth is I kind of wish I had continued longer. Within twelve months I shed fifty pounds only to regain thirty once I stopped.
↳ replying to @GreenKettle75
After how long did those extra pounds show up again?
↳ replying to @GreenKettle75
Any chance you'd share what made you stop using that?
↳ replying to @LevelThistle44
How did you bridge from it? Did you have much change in food noise with this alone without the other?

Can you tell me what klow means?
I take 5mg split as 2.5mg every 84 hours weekly while mostly maintaining, and I've been using it a long time. Tirz might suit your goals better right now since it curbs appetite more strongly and costs less. Reta seems to suit people who already have discipline, want to keep muscle, and know what they're doing, while Tirz helps more with breaking habits and bigger losses.

I lost about 8lbs in the first two weeks before I even fixed my diet. Appetite control is solid now in week 3, so I'm in a big deficit and running every day while still only at 2mg split weekly.
Second week at 1mg now and appetite is down more but I think I can handle a bit higher. Should I repeat 1mg in week 3 or move to 1.5mg?
↳ replying to @GreySparrow64
Any update on how much you lost and how you're feeling?
Here are my starting numbers and weekly doses with weights for anyone new: started at 230lbs and went through doses from 0.5 up to 4mg over 20 weeks down to 186lbs.
↳ replying to @RustTimber30 (opening post)
My first nine weeks went from 1mg up to 2mg with weights dropping from 229.3 to 212.4, then a break. Mostly fat loss around the waist while keeping strength in training.
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11
Not much loss yet, only week two. Hard to read about others dropping 20lbs in a month.
↳ replying to @QuietMeadow43
I'd move to 2mg. Most people stay four weeks at each level before increasing. I did 2mg for four weeks then 4mg for six and now at 6mg. That 20lbs a month sounds high; I'm down 8-10lbs monthly.

Dose size matters a lot. In the trials some people at higher amounts had almost no appetite and were told to eat ice cream so they wouldn't lose too much muscle.
Week 13 and first week at 2mg split twice weekly. Down 22lbs total, barely eating, and wondering if I should have stayed at 1.5mg. Moving up anyway to improve blood markers before seeing the cardiologist.
Started at 1mg in January then 2.5mg after four weeks. Got strong sweet cravings I never had before. Tried 8mg every six days but couldn't eat at all so dropped back to 6mg every six days to get enough calories and muscle. At 5mg weekly the appetite effect was mild.
↳ replying to @QuietAnchor73
I see my cardiologist Monday but blood work was already done recently. Hard to believe they charged that much when it was still so new.
↳ replying to @KeenPebble77
Why does splitting twice a week feel better than once a week?
↳ replying to @SlowMarble82
Search for split dosing threads here, there are hours of reading.
Did the fourth 6mg pin Friday morning. Reconstituted two older vials and felt strong appetite suppression plus some heartburn at night, which fits the half-life.

Which app are you using to track doses? The visuals look useful.
Five months in and now at 4mg weekly. Happy with results so starting my exit protocol next week.
↳ replying to @IronLantern93
What does the exit dosing schedule look like? Curious for when I need to do the same.
↳ replying to @IronLantern93
Also curious about the exit protocol.
Week one at 0.5mg with some loss during the pin so even less. Week two another 0.5mg and watching how I feel. Body seems sensitive, had to track calories closely to avoid missing meals. No food noise at all.
