Even with the 14 mg mix-up you should stay at 4 mg for a full month. If that still does nothing then move to 8 mg. That is the way I titrated after coming from tirz. I also lowered my tirz dose while adding reta instead of stopping one and jumping straight to the other. Your body might just need longer to settle into the new compound.
Been on a GLP-1 for over a year starting with Mounjaro at a max of 7.5 mg. Switched to reta for the extra benefits and have been on it six weeks with these doses: week one 1 mg, week two 1 mg, week three 2 mg, week four 2 mg, week five 4 mg, week six 14 mg after mixing up the 10 mg and 30 mg vials. Even after that big dose five days ago appetite stayed heavily suppressed with no nausea or big side effects. Starting to wonder if the stuff is fake though I am pretty sure it is not or if my body is just used to GLP-1s now and does not respond the same. Anyone else come off long-term GLP-1 use and had the same thing starting reta? This is really confusing.
