That source is usually reliable. Did you tighten up the calorie tracking? My own scale has been moving oddly the last month, probably just from getting lax.

Tracking has been all over the place lately. I went ahead and ordered some tirz because the appetite control on reta alone is not enough. We will see how it works out.

I have some from the same place too, though I have not used it yet. Expecting the usual quality.

Mine from that source is working fine and others report good results too. I tested mine first. Down 30 lb in three months at 1800 calories, current weight 282, age 46. I track carefully and usually round intake upward when I cannot measure. Work keeps me on my feet but I am not doing extra exercise. Everyone responds differently and I lean toward using the lowest effective amount.

Labs from last month were the best they have been, including triglycerides. Doctor sees no red flags. 12 mg was not my starting dose; I titrated up and still feel almost none of the usual sides, unlike the strong reaction I had on 2.4 mg sema.

You could always try going past 12 mg on its own or stacked with something else.

Starting BMI of 41 matters because high-dose combos carry risks that only make sense when obesity itself poses bigger health threats. The real value of these meds is appetite reduction so you naturally eat less without constant willpower. Forcing a deficit by tracking alone can work short term but rarely lasts. The better long-term approach is choosing lower-calorie-density foods and avoiding the highly rewarding ones. If response to reta and maybe cagri is weak, other variables are likely at play.

That explanation of how the drugs are meant to work is clearer than most I have seen. Solid points overall.

Right after I posted about it the effects finally showed up this week. I took 12.5 mg reta on Saturday and 0.7 mg cagri on Tuesday, heart rate went up for the first time, three pounds came off, and hunger disappeared. Not sure if talking about it helped or if the dose was off. We will see when I repeat it Saturday. This also lines up with opening a new bottle of bac water, though that is probably coincidence.

Fluctuations like that are common. I had month-long stretches with no scale movement while still losing fat, confirmed by measurements. Small syringe errors probably cause the ups and downs in drug effect. If intake stays around the same level that was working before, fat loss is probably still happening even if the scale is quiet.

Before peptides I was still gaining on keto or carnivore while eating less and less. Bloodwork showed low thyroid and low testosterone. Once I ate a steady 1800 calories including carbs the weight finally started moving, then reta sped it up once T3 came back into range. Checking for low T3 could be useful, and older guys should make sure testosterone is high enough to support fat loss.

Similar situation here. 10 mg reta every five days and still hungry all the time, scale stuck for a month despite lifting four days a week plus daily walks. Tirz works better for me and I am not the only one. I still keep a bit of reta alongside 10-15 mg tirz because of the extra benefits for A1C, liver fat, metabolism, and lipids.
