Has anyone tried intranasal MOTS-c even though absorption might be poor? A smaller subq dose seems smarter, and I would not go above 1 mg per shot.
Although MOTS-c looks promising in lab studies for mitochondrial issues like ME/CFS, its safety profile in people is not fully known yet. Even though it occurs naturally, giving it from outside at higher doses could trigger immune reactions, allergies, or antibodies, similar to other peptides. Things like PEGylation might help lower that risk but would need extra checks. Off-target effects also need watching in early human trials.
