I believe cleanliness when mixing and using it is what really matters.
Using a cartridge in a pen device seems like it would prevent any exposure to air during the process of depleting the medication, and since filtering is already part of the routine, transferring everything into that format avoids repeated punctures on the original container. On the flip side, there might be issues with reverse flow introducing germs, making me question if I'm just tricking myself into thinking the remaining amount stays cleaner longer. I've spent a lot of time searching online, viewing clips, even tried a short video platform despite feeling out of place there due to my age, gone through numerous threads, and chatted a bunch with an AI because for some reason its assured incorrect responses feel okay. I've acquired all the extra items needed, stocking up enough to cover a long period ahead. In a total disaster scenario, I'd be scared and primitive out in nature but at least remain slim, provided the cold storage holds up. Feeling restless now, the urge hits to purchase the device and get that rush from believing it improves cleanliness for administering the unknown substance sourced from a stranger who used affectionate terms. Still, I'm unsure whether this method actually reduces contamination risks or increases them.
