These are roughly the figures I've got currently. Four months back they showed 503 total along with 89 free. Then around a month prior it dropped to 382 total and 60 free. Fifteen days after that check it came back at 550 total with 81 free. Every single one happened early in the day. I'm unsure what happened with estradiol but it clearly went down. Honestly I've ignored everything health related over five years with no medical appointments before October when I got the labs done.

My last test before getting a prescription was two thirty two ng dl. About five years ago it was two sixty two ng dl.

I don't feel so bad now. I believe I was six fifty about five years ago. Grew a beard at eleven years old type of stuff.

I had chest hair and shaved in middle school. I don't remember the grades. Maybe it was all the microplastics or something. I'm glad to have found SQ TRT.

Tirzepatide is better at suppressing appetite than sema or reta I've heard.

A bunch of my buddies are really into this therapy thing and I'm probably one of the last ones who hasn't jumped on board. The thought of cruising on a bike across South America or boating around the Med without needing an injection appeals to me. I just can't stand the idea of being stuck with that routine forever.

From what i gather those three choices work as extras alongside the main compound whenever appetite control remains problematic. how do the upsides and downsides look when pairing them that way.

It seems probable that relying on those meds or putting on extra pounds ends up becoming a kind of regular pattern.

I'm curious how this will play out. Thinking of my process for dropping pounds while building new routines. Kicked off by fasting five days straight with just two meals daily back in August then added glp during October after already shedding eight pounds early on.

WryMarble87archiveFeb 21

I've observed something unexpected where boosting overall food intake or carbs makes the scale numbers drop once more. This pattern showed up several times amid long plateaus. Things seem to go better when carbs stay higher so I add another portion or two.

I tend to have lots of protein without sticking solely to it. I might add carbs more regularly and observe how it goes. Thanks for the feedback.

Just five eggs by themselves come out to four hundred calories, though tossing in some cheese plus the grease from cooking them pushes the total right up to six hundred.

I added KPV into what I was already doing after dealing with some inflammatory problems and it really made a difference for me. Just keep pushing ahead. I know you'll work through it and get past that sticking point.

Maybe we're just arguing about insignificant differences at the moment.

I tally the energy in my egg dish by including what comes from the fat used to cook it, usually one or two spoonfuls.

Yeah I get the point. Tracking every little thing like that isn't for me since it would make me lose my mind. I realize I'm holding a solid calorie reduction overall. The first half of my daily intake stays fixed around nine hundred calories without changing. The evening meal has more wiggle room yet stays roughly right and nutritious.

I’m not invested in how much anyone else drops, yet when bodies reach this scale every little thing adds up. You come across as someone without a clear cause but not precise enough when logging what goes in or how much moves to get numbers that actually reflect reality. If results don’t line up with what I expect I start by assuming a gap in what I noticed or understood. It’s simple to miss how much energy sits in ordinary items like a portion of grated cheese, a pat of spread, or even one low-calorie brew. Dropping just one serving of each daily while holding everything else steady adds up to roughly twenty-five pounds less over twelve months. Beverages and cooking fats hide energy especially well. With the beef you brought up, the scraps left from those two cuts still graded top quality and tasted great; figuring the ratio at ten percent lean meant pulling out seven hundred fifty calories worth of fat ahead of any heat. The odds of being some kind of metabolic outlier are tiny. The odds that fluid stuck around after those injections match the odds that intake ran higher or output ran lower than the logs show. I figure you’ll disagree and that’s okay. So far today the total sits near eleven hundred calories and I treat that figure as probably low while the tracker claims the same amount burned and I treat that as probably high. I’m heading out of the second session now and plan to grab around sixty-five grams split between protein and carbohydrate once I get back which comes to at least another five hundred twenty. Appetite isn’t there and the most recent injection happened half a day ago but skipping it won’t matter because the weekly pattern matters more than any single twenty-four hours.

Thanks for the response and thoughts. Nothing looks off on the tests but my system just feels like it quit burning fuel. Certain I'm eating well below what I need. A few odd lab numbers not sure if they matter including reduced estradiol cortisol and DHEA. Picked up a fresh supply of one item and started two others exactly when the scale stopped dropping on fat loss. To check I've paused the two extras for now. Switching to another supply of the first item today to see whether that plays a role too. No big hurry just hoping to keep moving ahead since something shifted.

It's confusing when multiple factors overlap. When situations turn difficult I try to restore basic conditions and raise my chances of success. The GCGR signaling from that is said to use up roughly two hundred additional calories each day with about a fifty variation according to my research along with lower hunger relative to the starting point. I'll begin using creatine once more in the coming month or during April. This will add several pounds of water that remains as a normal effect.

Many folks resist this approach claiming it messes with their mind too much. Still, based on what I've noticed, putting in the effort to measure intake precisely over a couple of weeks while keeping everything else identical shows what's really going on. Stick with the same substances and meals, avoid any adjustments for activity levels or estimates of daily needs. Just log consumption as closely as possible. This turns out simpler and less involved than additional tests or substances. I won't bring it up anymore after this. From the cases I've come across, the majority stem from taking in more energy than used, rather than some odd reaction or special bodily issue. It follows the principle of the simplest explanation being likely correct.

After going through the whole discussion I noticed plenty of solid suggestions. There were several references to combining things like cagri sema or tirz with reta yet nothing about switching entirely away from reta to just tirz and ramping the dose up fast reaching fifteen milligrams as one can handle. In my case tirz has done a better job controlling cravings particularly avoiding candy and drinks. This is only what happened for me though.

I picked up a kitchen scale for soap making around a decade ago and switched fully to weighing ingredients instead of using cups or spoons. It cut down so much mental effort that I stopped considering the old way at all. Labels giving amounts in grams make portion decisions easier for me because I still have trouble visualizing what typical amounts should be.

Caloric control stands out as the clearest link to dropping weight. The block method might seem too relaxed for some but it cuts down on constant checking that tends to drain my drive. I spot check totals now and then just to stay straight. My early part of the day stays fixed with the same items each morning eggs cheese a bit of butter for the pan coffee mixed with that sweetener and two scoops of protein around midday totaling roughly nine hundred calories and ninety grams of protein. Leaving room later gives space for changes that help keep social plans and overall mood up instead of feeling boxed in. Results may not hit the absolute best mark but sticking with this raises the odds of finishing strong. Five percent body fat is not realistic yet fifteen percent feels reachable and sustainable. Recent labs were suggested to set a baseline for igf one which I lack and to follow up on earlier shortfalls in cortisol estradiol and dhea with the right additions. Lately adding another shake to push protein toward one hundred seventy grams along with dropping one item last week and switching vials appears to have made my midsection feel firmer and the scale dipped slightly when I checked after a couple days. The idea that focusing on the process rather than the end point explains any plateau makes sense yet other elements like hormone levels fluid or even extra muscle could play a part. The aim stays reaching the target weight first then handling leanness afterward.

I appreciate that viewpoint. I've read quite a bit yet only have five months of hands-on time with this. It didn't occur to me to consider that choice before. It felt like replacing something stronger with a weaker one. Perhaps that's mistaken since I've never used the other one. Ideally I'd avoid combining those appetite suppressants without knowing the cause. It reminds me of mixing two pain relievers unnecessarily. There could be a good explanation for doing so though. I'm still figuring things out.

I went through everything you wrote and it looks like combining those two substances created the plateau. Since you quit using them have the pounds started dropping again? How's your hunger control holding up these days? Seems like it got stronger from the mix. Could that other compound assist in managing appetite levels?
