Summary

how long does reconstituted cagrilintide stay effective in the fridge with bac water

Users report using reconstituted cagri for 30-60 days without noticing loss of effect, though one person discards at 5 weeks due to aggregation concerns from non-adjusted pH. Larger 10 mg vials are discussed in relation to low weekly dosing, and storage conditions like cold temperatures and possibly lower pH are mentioned as ways to extend usability. No formal studies are cited.

Wondering if anyone has real-world info on how long Cagri stays effective overall once mixed and kept in the fridge with regular bac water. My 10 mg vials are bigger than needed since I only take 0.5 mg a week, and I don't want to discard them early if they're still good.

That would be useful to know. My 1 mg dose this Saturday doesn't seem to be doing anything at all. I hardly ever feel hunger before noon and it's only been about 48 hours since that dose, along with 8 mg RETA the same day.

How long has your vial been mixed? Mine just hit the 30 day mark and I'm due to raise my cagri dose. I'm mostly in maintenance but trying to cut down on grazing.

My supply has lasted past the two month point so far and the containers I'm working with hold five milligrams each.

Haven't seen any studies on how long cagri stays effective based on storage time, but aggregation worries me more than loss of effectiveness. I've decided to discard at 5 weeks since cagri is inexpensive and I'm not adjusting the pH, just using straight bac water. Not sure what others paid, but why push the limits on a peptide that probably needs lower pH than bac water provides.

Some places now carry the C5 and C10 sizes so I picked up a few for the freezer stash. I got the C5 and was wondering who buys the C10 size and why. At such small doses and with a 30 day vial window that's only about 5 or 6 shots. Wouldn't it be hard to finish the C5?

With Cagri you can go up to 2.5 mg per week, so 10 mg per month. And if you take care of the Cagri by keeping it cold and maybe using low pH, you can use a vial for 40, 50, or 60 days without any problems.

For the past few months I've been taking 7.5 milligrams of one compound each Friday along with 4 milligrams of a second compound each Tuesday. No plateau has set in or anything similar, yet I chose to test a third compound ahead of reaching my target. I'm now wondering if that third one should stay part of my regular plan once I shift into maintenance. This morning I used 250 micrograms and noticed zero effects in either direction. Plenty of cautions exist about beginning at higher amounts or increasing the dose too quickly with it.
