Peptides are banned tomorrow, what is the make up of your 48 vial hydropeak storage?

39 replies22 peopleJun 22, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

What peptides would you load into a 48-vial hydropeak cooler before a total ban takes effect?

Participants describe their ideal 48-vial stacks, with most prioritizing tirzepatide and retatrutide for their perceived freeze stability after reconstitution. Some favor growth hormone or other compounds instead, while a few discuss maximizing vial size or using loopholes like pre-filled larger containers. A minority reject the limit entirely or already feel stocked.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether reconstituted tirzepatide can safely be frozen long-term without losing effectiveness, and whether pre-reconstituting before storage is worth the risk versus keeping everything lyophilized.

Still open

How long frozen reconstituted tirzepatide actually remains viable and whether larger vial sizes or different peptides would outperform the popular choices over many years.

Nothing here is advice.

The food, drug, and alcohol lobbies joined forces after losing big from people exercising and staying healthy. They scraped together money to push politicians into banning peptides for good. In this scenario, you get one chance to fill a 48-vial hydropeak cooler before they're gone forever. What would you put in it? Keep in mind that once mixed, vials don't last forever, so bigger sizes might not help depending on how much you use. Right now I'm leaning toward 16 of 15mg Reta, 16 of 30mg Tirz, and 16 of CJC without DAC plus Ipamorelin.

PatientTimber12archiveJun 22

Since tirz can mostly be refrozen, I'd go with 48 T120s. That way I could mix, divide into 40mg vials, and refreeze to make the supply last longer.

BrightSignal43archiveJun 22

I'd pick 12 Reta 60, 12 Tirz 60, 12 GHK100, and 12 IP10.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 22

Snap, I need to learn more about this!

PatientFenwick39archiveJun 22

Probably 48 times 36IU growth hormone. The glps make things easier, but I can handle my diet fine without peptides.

LevelThistle44archiveJun 22

I'm wondering if any extra that won't go into just one unit has to get tossed out. It looks like this substance stands up to being frozen once mixed better than the alternatives. My approach is to mix it down to a hundred milligrams per milliliter and load it into three-milliliter containers. That would yield fourteen point four grams altogether, enough to cover about eighteen and a half years at fifteen milligrams each week, so I'd likely hand off whatever's left. Maybe even trade it.

AmberCinder18archiveJun 22

Biggest Tirz vials I can find, maybe one or two single vials of cagri for future addition.

BlueHarbour29archiveJun 22

I'd find investors to build a big black market facility. Drugs have been illegal for years, so what? They don't just disappear. It only becomes bigger business for people with money and connections. Forget this 48 vials limit. I'd sell you any peptide you want once it's illegal.

CopperSignal46archiveJun 22

Given my current stash of 6 years worth of Tirz, reta, and cagri plus one kit already ordered, I'd probably add 28 more vials of Reta 60 or 120 if available. Forget the degradation rate; even if it loses some strength it should still work better stacked with Tz than Tz alone. Then 20 more vials of Elora. I haven't tried it yet, but reports back the early clinical claims of better performance, so I'll take the chance.

AmberCompass48archiveJun 22

Haha I've got five of those containers and they are quite packed. There's additional sodas stored in cartons inside the freezer and I'm still expecting that big delivery. I'm good for quite a while now.

What sense does it make to toss three quarters of the ones I've got?

SteadySparrow75archiveJun 22
↳ replying to @AmberCompass48

Yeah I suppose I'm not that deep into collecting supplies myself but I've still got more than forty eight of those bundles ready to go. Maybe I could pull out a single container from every bundle assuming that's what they expect.

For setups that large cylinders waste room when space matters to me. I came across a square container arrangement in that size some inexpensive versions turned up along with a lunch cooler built to hold in the cold.

AmberSparrow48archiveJun 22

These made-up situations are interesting to go through. Being fairly inexperienced in this area leaves me less confident than the rest of the group. Trying a ratio of twenty-four to twelve to twelve for the components. Not sure how long such combinations hold up when kept in a very cold freezer yet it appears to offer better overall value.

Why pre recon? Lyophilized lasts for so many years.

LevelThistle44archiveJun 22

My plan for reconstituting was to have T300 vials.

QuietFenwick11archiveJun 22

Zero vials here. Multiple grams of those GLP1s are already mine. This also lets me hold onto cash by skipping the need for that device.

Such a smart way to slip through the cracks with this one.

My bad, I was trying to say the container arrives filled with the freeze dried vials. If I want to use it, I take out one and divide that into three mixed bottles each holding 40 milligrams. I consume one immediately and store the other two in the freezer for when I need them later. Using 10 milligram amounts, the full container would provide enough for twelve years.

Possibly the medication kept delivering results for you across such an extended span.

LevelAlder29archiveJun 23

Definitely opting for the T120s instead. The main reason is that even though some nice combinations are headed my way, I'm just getting started with peptides and have only sampled Tirz so far, which I enjoy a lot. It also holds up well and works fine after mixing then freezing. On top of that, based on how much I'm taking now, forty-eight of them would keep me set for roughly twenty years! 🤩 Edit: Appreciate the entertaining thread!

There's no research I've seen to suggest it wouldn't be.

CopperAlder51archiveJun 23

R140 24, Adamax 10mg 12, NA Selank Amidate 30mg 6, KPV 50mg 6.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 23
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

I still haven't sampled the final three yet but if they hold real value for you then maybe I'll check into them further

KeenKettle50archiveJun 23

All I'm after is sixty milligrams of retatrutide split across forty eight vials. I don't need to include anything further.

WarmCompass44archiveJun 23

It's not a matter of selecting additions to what I currently hold. Instead it's about if I were limited to just 48 in total. In that scenario my choices would be forty of the HGH at thirty six IU and ten of the Reta at sixty milligrams. One container of reta might last me through two months and I could manage yearly periods of two to four months based on requirements since I'm already quite lean. On top of that it's fortunate Test doesn't count as a peptide ha.

LevelThistle44archiveJun 24
↳ replying to @WarmCompass44

By strict definition anything with fifty or fewer building blocks falls into the peptide category but this hormone has far more so it counts as a full protein. Sounds like a good situation. Probably makes sense to opt for larger containers if going with that option instead.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 24

Seven from that batch of forty eight Hydropeaks come first before I say anything more.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 24

When dealing with larger quantities cylinders don't pack the area efficiently assuming room is an issue. Storage containers holding one hundred vials in a square grid pattern see common use within laboratory settings. Locating a thermally insulated lunch container sized to hold those would probably work out ideally.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 24

Then I need you to share. I'm trying to find something better than hydro flasks for space.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 24
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

My bad, turns out we spoke already... chuckle, you sparked the idea that I require an upgrade. Still hunting for a rectangular chilling zone to accommodate rectangular tube holders.

PlainAlder11archiveJun 24
↳ replying to @ClearKettle55

I wouldn't claim this one is superior or anything. Plus it's not airtight either. This container fits two hundred eighty eight of those little bottles. Besides that I own three additional smaller containers. I store the main one inside a large plastic bag along with some moisture absorbers.

IronLedger45archiveJun 25

I grabbed fifty two of those bottles after switching to the new fifty two position holders since nothing else in this category matches its value when measured gram for gram.

WryAlder59archiveJun 30

Being new around here leaves me puzzled on a few points. Word is that the solution loses its usefulness after going through a freeze cycle, whether already mixed up or still in liquid form. I keep wondering whether the low temperature shifts the peptide's makeup or causes breakdown. It seems others go ahead and store it that way anyway, perhaps after testing it themselves and deciding any downside is worth it, or maybe because studies confirm it holds up fine. What sets this particular compound apart so that chilling it gets called safe? I'm just trying to understand the basis for those statements.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 30
↳ replying to @WryAlder59

I'm unsure even though the inquiry seems reasonable. It looks like most folks chill the dry forms using protective containers to avoid any temperature rise if electricity cuts out or during thawing periods. Still some others have mentioned managing to put the mixed version into the freezer too and I can't figure out why that would work.
