I'd like to hear others' experiences as well. Quick question though: if you're already getting regular bloodwork for TRT, isn't IGF-1 usually part of those panels?
Hi all, I'm getting ready to start HGH and want some real experiences first. I'm 36, on 100 mg TRT weekly for three years, and mainly interested in deeper sleep, steadier energy, clearer thinking, and keeping muscle while dropping more fat. I've lost 120 lbs naturally over the last few years and recently added Reta, now down to 230. I train every day yet still feel low energy and sleep poorly. My metabolic age reads 40 on Whoop. Planning to check IGF-1 soon. Looking for something with fewer sides than AAS but stronger results than Ipamorelin or CJC.
