Thoughts on my stack - How much is too much?

17 replies8 peopleApr 10, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Is this peptide and supplement stack too big, and what issues might come up with the current doses and forms?

One user lists their daily and weekly doses of reta, tesa, ipa, cyp, oral bpc-157 and high-dose creatine, noting strong appetite control, muscle gains and only minor sides like higher heart rate and water weight. Replies correct the ml vs mg confusion, question oral bpc effectiveness, attribute water retention to estrogen or tesa, and defend higher creatine for brain benefits. Most view the overall list as a normal recomp stack rather than excessive, though some advise switching to injections and confirm no major red flags at low doses.

Reta at 1 ml twice a week, tesa at 2 ml every day, ipa at 1.5 ml twice daily, cyp at .5 ml twice a week after the correction, bpc-157 at 500 mcg daily in pill form, and creatine at 20 grams daily. I feel great overall with no sides except heart rate up roughly 7 bpm and water weight gain of 12 lbs in six weeks even while in a mild deficit plus a few pounds of muscle. Reta is clearly working since hunger stays low, yet eating still triggers a bit more appetite which gives full control over meals. Muscle is building fast with heavy lifts every day and runs or hikes three times a week. Planning to add klow once the bpc caps are gone but a little worried about how long the list is getting. No interactions stand out to me so any constructive feedback would help.

I think the extra fluid comes from rising estrogen levels. Can't say what test dosage you're really on but that should balance out with time. Tesa leads to holding water too. It ought to decrease after stopping. Can't overdo a positive effect.

Weekly intake of ten milliliters from that cypionate compound seems excessive. If it's testosterone cypionate we're looking at roughly two to two point five grams total. Probably a mix-up with milligrams and milliliters in the figures. What purpose does twenty grams of creatine serve anyway, some kind of mental boost?

Yeah you spotted my slip since the point got left out. Half a milliliter of the cyp is what I meant after the fix thanks. Also agreeing on the creatine. From what I saw twenty grams can reach the brain area bringing some mental perks while amounts below that do not and fifteen grams was already my normal so adding five more felt fine.

Research lately indicates the amount needed ties closely to body mass, so heavier folks require larger quantities. It seems roughly half a gram for each pound. Additional findings suggest amounts reaching twenty to thirty grams each day support mental clarity and slow dementia development. There was even a report on fifty grams daily improving bone density, though the connection to this supplement remains unclear to me. On my end, exceeding ten grams at a time leads to stomach trouble roughly half a day afterward, which might double as a digestive aid in a humorous way.

If you're swallowing capsules to deal with digestive troubles, that route just burns through the compound and your cash for nothing. The acid in the gut breaks the peptide down long before anything gets absorbed, which is why shots work better instead.

I might be mixing things up here but I'm curious about the strength per milliliter. Sources mention concentrations anywhere between two hundred and four hundred. That would mean half a milliliter ends up holding either one hundred or two hundred milligrams.

Trying this approach at the moment, though the point is taken, and that's the reason I'll be incorporating klow when the bps caps are depleted within a few weeks.

SteadyAlder49archiveApr 10

Forming any kind of view becomes tricky here since everything shows up measured in milliliters. The proper way to express doses stays in milligrams all the time.

Got the point on that number and will adjust accordingly. Even so, regarding the total count of different peptides in my stack right now plus what I intend to add later, perhaps you can weigh in on whether that seems reasonable. All of them stay at modest levels in any case.

I'm currently running one milligram of reta twice each week along with two milligrams of tesa every single day plus one and a half milligrams of ipa twice per day and half a milligram of cyp twice weekly after the fix plus five hundred micrograms of bcp in tablet form each day and twenty grams of creatine on a daily basis.

LevelFenwick52archiveApr 10

Over the past week I've been using these amounts: four milligrams of reta once every seven days, two hundred micrograms of cjc twice each day, two hundred micrograms of ipa twice each day, five hundred micrograms of bpc every single day, one point five milligrams of tb three times each week, five hundred micrograms of selank daily via subq, five hundred micrograms of semax daily via subq, fifty milligrams of nad plus three times weekly, and two hundred micrograms of dsip three times per week though I'm off that cycle right now. I'm expecting ghkcu, melanotan2, and kpv to arrive soon. Yeah I get the daily injection routine for all these haha.

What's the length of time you've employed this mix and did troubles appear?

For roughly a month I've introduced these gradually without running into problems. Everything feels great and my workouts are hitting a high level.

This combination for body recomposition is fairly typical when you consider the amounts used. Those peptides complement each other nicely and pair effectively alongside the testosterone cypionate. It's really not an extreme setup when you look at what others are doing.

Thinking about tossing in klow too, think that's fine? Maybe hold off till these bpc pills run their course?

That routine seems wild this early on yet its fine when everything feels solid for you
