Back on April eighth I began with tirzepatide weighing in at 149.8 kilograms. The previous Wednesday my weight had dropped to 122.3 kilograms according to the scale.

Got going with the shots back in mid March. I've dropped twenty point four pounds so far at roughly one or two each week. Really pleased with how far I've come.

LevelTimber64archiveJun 29

I've lost more than I weigh.

I shed nearly four pounds every week during those first three to four weeks, and then the rate dropped to around three pounds each week for the following eight weeks or more.

KeenQuill60archiveJun 29

Currently my weekly drop sits around two to two and a half pounds on average. Since I began the reta the scale has fallen eighteen pounds overall. Before that I had already dropped fifty pounds through standard diet and exercise alone.

GreenAlder78archiveJun 29

From the start of March I have dropped forty pounds altogether. The changes have moved along at an even rate the entire time. Twenty more remain before I am finished.

CopperHarbour29archiveJun 29

I went from 286 down to 260 after shedding 26 pounds across two months.

AmberQuill88archiveJun 29

My weight stood at 270 pounds back in January 2025. Roughly a week earlier the scale showed 195. Successive three-day fasts drove almost the entire drop. After reaching about 230 in April I started the medication and could quit depriving myself of food to keep losing.

I've lost fifty two pounds altogether so far. Only three more remain before I finish and shift into upkeep while starting to build some muscle tone. I grabbed a picture from my tracking program early this morning around quarter past four. Being away for four days and returning to resume injections for two days after skipping doses along with my usual weigh in has made things unusual. I used to check weight the morning after injection day every time but looked on Saturday by accident since the gap came to six days rather than eight.

Seems alright overall. The heaviness matches expectations exactly. Doubt remains on other aspects yet tracking works fine now.

RustKettle57archiveJun 29

It's been a month since I started and I've already shed seventeen pounds. The rate is probably going to decrease over the next month though I'm satisfied with how far I've come.

KeenFenwick72archiveJun 30

By week four on reta the scale had already moved down six and a half kilos.

I reckon it's close enough yeah. Converting five stone lands right around seventy pounds.

RustPebble43archiveJul 8

I've dropped four and a half pounds during the last three weeks. Not hugely overweight by any stretch. Fifteen pounds is still ahead for me to shed.

SteadyBeacon64archiveJul 9

At 50 my aim is simply to trim down further. I avoid the scale completely and just check the mirror. I'm around the sixth or seventh week by now. I've shed pounds and look more defined. My food habits are entirely different these days. I cut out alcohol along with snacks between meals. Exercise stays exactly how it was before. In my experience the eating shifts combined with Reta made all the difference.

Over the past couple of years my weight dropped by two hundred forty pounds. I began at four hundred forty five pounds and now sit at two hundred five. At the moment building up muscle is my main focus.

That's truly remarkable! Excellent job on those outcomes!

I've gone a couple pounds over my target, but that's not too bad. The next day is for checking my weight and doing the injection. Not sure how things will turn out.

PatientQuill20archiveJul 9

Being forty four and six foot three inches, my initial weight stood at three hundred three point five. I kicked things off in the beginning of March twenty twenty six with five weeks on one compound before moving to the other from April ninth onward, beginning at two milligrams a week. These days I take six milligrams weekly instead. Down forty five pounds to two hundred fifty eight point five at present, with a target of two hundred thirty eight point five, leaving twenty pounds remaining.

I made a point to exceed my target of 164 since that seemed to support dropping more body fat. Once I reached 161 I chose to add a couple pounds back on because I wanted some buffer room during upkeep and figured extra calories plus lifting could help add muscle instead.

The main notion running through my head right now is that annoying stomach.

After three weeks I had dropped eight pounds and now that week five is over my total is fifteen pounds less. My progress has stayed fairly consistent though I began with a tiny one milligram amount and raised it by half a milligram each couple of weeks. Results vary from person to person and I give credit for much of the reduction to switching up the foods in my meals. The medication is really cutting down my cravings at this point.

LevelAlder29archiveJul 9

I've lost thirty one pounds across five months, averaging roughly one and a half pounds each week. A stall that lasted five weeks felt terrible, but it's finally finished and I thank the Lord for that. The process needed almost no work from me at all. My eating habits shifted by themselves, and I usually cover seven thousand steps daily, though on days I skip that I just do fifteen minutes on an old manual ski machine and feel my upper back muscles burn.
