I prepared a combination of peptides. Each one looked clear after its own reconstitution and remained clear once everything went into a shared vial. Refrigeration for a day caused the liquid to thicken into something more gel-like and slightly hazy. It still draws without trouble into a 32g needle and seems to produce the expected effect. What should I do? Doses were 10mg ipamorelin, 10mg KPV, 10mg bpc157, 10mg tb500, 10mg pe2228 and 50mg tesamorelin. I assume the answer is to discard it but would like to understand why the change occurred.

I see no reason to combine those peptides since their solubility demands are distinct and their pH stability doesn't match. I wouldn't inject this mixture and would simply discard it.

Have you come across any mention that combining everything together inside one container would be smart?

Did you combine everything inside a single container? They probably didn't get along once mixed that way. I see how someone could decide to whip up their own shining mix, yet what sense does it make to toss in the rest?

Mistakes like that happen now and then. I threw out the container immediately and made sure it never occurred again. Those three compounds mix without any trouble. The other two also sit fine together in a single container. I always store the remaining one on its own.

It gels pretty easily from what I have noticed and might be messing up the mix. I agree with the others not to put so many in a single container. If the aim is fewer injections then drawing everything into one syringe works for me.

I got rid of the previous solution and mixed up a new one just using the Tesa along with the ipa. I combined fifty milligrams of Tesa plus ten milligrams of ipa into three milliliters. It's becoming thicker now. Did I wreck the whole kit after only a few days?
