I had already decided to turn my life around before trying reta. I was hitting the gym six days a week and doing the work, yet cravings and insulin resistance kept getting in the way. One clear indicator was the dark patches on my neck. Even with consistent effort it felt like an endless struggle. Once I began reta things shifted. It did not take the place of my training but made it easier to stick with it. Food thoughts and urges became easier to handle so I could concentrate on workouts, meals, and bigger targets. Up to now I have dropped 45 pounds. The skin on my neck looks normal again, which mattered a lot because it showed the insulin resistance was easing. I feel like I control what I eat instead of the other way around. Normal serving sizes leave me content and I choose better without constant internal battles. I am happy with the distance covered but still have roughly 100 pounds left to go.

It's impressive to see the pounds you've dropped already. Your efforts seem really solid and I bet that target is coming up soon.

Been wondering about the total time you've spent using it.

My start date was the twelfth of April making that three months in total and the weight reduction efforts began during January.

Began with point five milligrams but these days I remain steady at four point five milligrams.

Your accomplishment motivates plenty of folks out there. It brings me real satisfaction to see you handling everything properly. That kind of outlook means the pounds should disappear permanently. The effort looks steady, and ideas about staying consistent pop up ahead of the finish line.

Really happy with how much you've achieved! It's wonderful that the medication gave you such great results. More people need to see that these meds are useful tools instead of just cheats.

Which dosage seemed to deliver the strongest effects for you? How intensely did that four point five milligram amount affect your body? I will stop asking questions now.

Actually, the strongest effects showed up with just 2mg, even though an increase was required. After raising the amount step by step to 4.5, it didn't affect me intensely. I merely skip meals now and then, haha. For now, I'll keep it at 4.5.
