Summary

How do people combine Reta with CJC and Ipa, including doses and injection timing?

Users describe personal stacks with low-dose Reta split twice weekly and CJC/Ipa cycled 5 days on, 2 off. One takes the combo at night fasted while another prefers morning fasted to account for slower digestion on Reta. Effects beyond Reta alone appear subtle and slower to notice, with initial fatigue that fades; some report wanting to preserve strength and muscle during weight loss.

Hi everyone. I'm curious how combining Reta with CJC and Ipa works in practice. Anyone running this stack, and what doses plus injection schedule are you using? Thanks ahead of time. Happy biohacking!

You will probably get fuller and faster replies by checking earlier threads on the same topic, since quite a few already discuss it.

How much Reta you are on and what your goals are will shape most of the decisions. For the other peptides, check dosage resources that cover them.

I switched to a Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin blend instead of CJC, though outcomes stay pretty similar. Back when I used CJC with Ipa, the amounts were 400 mcg of CJC plus 100 mcg of Ipa every night right before bed after fasting at least five hours.

Here is the stack I am running now. Reta stays low at 2 mg total per week split between Monday and Friday. CJC and Ipa without DAC run five days on and two off, taken in the morning on a completely empty stomach rather than at night. I worked up to 300 mcg of the CJC/Ipa combo. The first few days brought strong fatigue that later eased.

How are you feeling overall, and what stands out most compared with using only Reta?

SharpKettle23archiveJun 1

Solid question. The main hurdle has been mental. Reta gave quick visible results, so I expected the same from CJC and Ipa, but progress feels much slower. I am pushing through the early tiredness and plan to finish a full eight weeks because reports suggest these two take longer to show changes. I wish I had started them together with Reta, since the weight drop has also brought noticeable strength loss and some muscle loss.

Interesting point. I wonder if MOTS-c might help with that. Can you say more? I am only on week two of Reta and already saw the quick appetite drop plus felt strength slipping in the gym yesterday. A before-and-after DEXA scan sounds useful but I am not sure the cost is worth it beyond peace of mind.

Once I finish the current CJC/Ipa cycle in a few weeks, the next plan is to switch to SS-31 and MOTS-c to check whether strength and energy improve.
