On separate occasions I applied BPC-157 along with TB-500 to address tendon inflammation in my triceps followed by my wrist. Twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, I administered 0.25 mg of BPC-157 intramuscularly into the deltoid area near the injury, while taking 2 mg of TB-500 subcutaneously in the abdominal region every three days. The triceps problem persisted intermittently over roughly two years without full resolution until recently, and it has remained absent for close to a year now. Because the wrist issue arose more recently, determining the extent of improvement from these substances proves challenging. Although GHK-Cu and KPV form part of my routine as well, combining them in a single blend like Glow or Klow only adds complexity to managing doses and schedules.
Hi there folks! For four years now both my biceps have suffered from tendinitis and the whole situation has been terrible. Weight training sessions are out of the question because of the discomfort around my deltoids. I had hoped to try a combined recovery product but it was unavailable from the seller even though an alternative blend appeared in their catalog. What daily amount would others suggest for using the alternative? Or would using just one peptide solo turn out better than combining the pair from separate containers with distinct administrations? Grateful for any input.
