What peptides or compounds to consider after finishing Reta for weight loss maintenance or recomp

The original poster reports dropping from 225 to 155 pounds over roughly 36 weeks on Reta at a max of 4 mg weekly with no sides except noticeable hair shedding, while lifting and under-eating protein. Others note continued body-recomp benefits from staying on Reta or switching to Tirz, suggest avoiding GH peptides due to AFib history, and mention HCG for testosterone support plus a possible switch to Cagri. The thread confirms the actual loss rate was under 2 lb per week.

After dropping all the weight and either tapering Reta to zero or moving to Tirz to quiet food noise, what other peptides are people adding? I began on 2/26 at 225 lb and reached 155 lb by 10/26. Lower-abdomen fluff remains, though I figure it only disappears at very low body-fat levels. I'm 6 ft, 41 years old, getting labs soon, and have had zero side effects. Highest dose was 4 mg once weekly. I definitely fell short on protein yet lifted five days a week. My longer hair has started shedding noticeably in the shower. For context I keep Tirz, NAD, BPC, SS31, KPV, and TB500 on hand but have only run Reta so far.

Reta or Tirz can still support body recomposition even once the scale stops moving. I would avoid the GH peptides because of your AFib history; they carry clear sides. On paper the KLOW stack looks useful for recovery and you already hold everything except GHK-Cu. I run HCG to raise testosterone safely, though the gains are modest compared with actual testosterone or enclomiphene. HCG often tests high on endocrine panels so I purchased batches that had already been endo-tested. Users should get sensitive E2 bloodwork, which has stayed normal for me so far.

Thanks for the HCG details; that lines up with what I suspected about the high endocrine results. I cannot take that risk with my subject.

Cag could be worth trying. It is not nearly as potent as Tirz but costs less and works through a separate pathway.

So you've lost about 3.5 lbs per week?

Negative. 70 pounds across 36 weeks and 2 days, which works out to 1.94 pounds per week.
