Soon I'll be putting together a git setup. On top of that the system can manage transfers of information coming from different programs through artificial intelligence. These days I'm keeping it live just for my relatives along with some buddies.

I put together a personal tracking application for myself. It includes a trends area showing weight changes along with details on compounds, amounts injected, and dates plotted on graphs. There's also an overview part displaying target weight, current progress, how far from the target in percentage terms, total usage of compounds, and amounts spent on each. Another part lets me log each shot with the date and time, the amount, when the next one is scheduled, and the location. For the containers, it records when mixed, where bought, purchase date, amount paid, water added, how much has been used up, and days left before expiration after mixing. Items get sorted automatically into active or finished once mixing info is added. Plus I included calculators for mixing and dosing. Below are some example images with dummy information.
Yeah I back the mention of that service. A single upfront charge covers permanent access and the amount stays low. Given the surge in fresh signups this setup could switch to recurring billing pretty soon.
Those table habits make me feel outdated by comparison, but this method looks really advanced. Solid effort.

This means sometimes every day, sometimes once a week, or just if I'm hurt or similar situations. The required dose appears right on the container label, avoiding any mix-ups. In my refrigerator storage box, the daily supplies sit in the first line while the weekly ones go in the next, making them simple to reach. Keeping things minimal works best for me.
An app I rely on for this purpose seems limited to iOS devices only. With it I can monitor my supplies, keep track of prepared mixtures, maintain dosage records, and arrange timings.

Instead I go with the free alternative which feels straightforward and avoids all the extra features in recent versions of the paid software. Over three decades on the job I've created countless such files. My main sheet logs the date, the day of week, amount taken, current mass, bowel movements, blood pressure, the weekly scale reading, how much lighter I've become from the start, and the percentage drop relative to beginning weight. Diving in revealed countless elements the system cannot manage without direct human direction. It turns out strong code yet depends entirely on the quality of instructions supplied. By this stage I have generated extensive prompt text while it has returned roughly fifty thousand lines. A basic single-purpose tracker is therefore feasible, whereas full features demand committing substantial effort.

True, working with those instructions counts as an actual expertise, comparable to mastering a fresh dialect. Quite a few academic places issue qualifications in that field.
There's a marker board hanging right over the spot where I handle all this stuff. Sure, I've set aside a whole area just for that. On it I note every item along with the milligrams per bottle, steps to prepare the mix, how much to take when, and the schedule for this round or the one after.
I just put each peps schedules on my calendar app with dosing info site time reminder and etc.
Yeah that's exactly my setup too but I'm really hoping something better comes along soon lol
I stick with Google calendar where I plug in the full cycle length plus the doses and that handles it for me. I also have a Hume Body Pod so I can check my results against the protocols I'm running.
I recently switched to a Google Sheet that an AI bot helped me create and it handles all the unit math for me. With so many things to track I lose track easily otherwise and this lets me set up the details exactly how I need them.
