SS-31 or Mots-C , what’s your experience stacking this with Reta

User experiences stacking SS-31 or MOTS-c with retatrutide

One user on 2.5 mg weekly reta is considering MOTS-c and asks about SS-31 effects when combined. Another reports subtle sustained energy from MOTS-c that is noticed mainly by its absence. A third followed a 14-week sequence of six weeks SS-31 then MOTS-c at 3-5 mg, felt little from the first but strong effects from the second, and notes the protocol was derived from aged-rat data.

Hi everyone, quick question. I'm currently on reta at 2.5 weekly and thinking about trying Mots-C, though I've also come across a lot of talk about SS31. I've read up and watched some videos so I get the basic roles, but I'd like to hear actual experiences and any tips for someone just starting out. Mainly want to know how either one works alongside Reta. Thanks for any thoughts, happy pinning 🩼🩼

Reta is thought to clear out damaged mitochondria, so adding MOTS-c could provide an extra lift. Some report clean steady energy without jitters while others notice no change at all. For me the difference shows up more when I stop using it, the effect feels mild but I find myself getting through the day without needing a nap as often. Can't comment on SS31 but I'm interested too.

I did six weeks of SS-31 followed by Mots-C following the 14-week protocol that's been shared multiple times. The idea is SS-31 restores damaged mitochondria and Mots-C then recharges them. I also take 600 mg of NR each day. SS-31 didn't produce much I could feel though others report otherwise, but Mots-C felt very strong, almost like rocket fuel, so maybe the first part did its work. The protocol calls for 5 mg Mots-C on MFW for six weeks but I had to lower it to 3 mg because it was too intense, though I might try the higher amount again later. It came from work on aged rats so it may suit older users more than younger ones who haven't built up the same level of damage.

Going to look into that for certain. My own idea was always to follow six weeks using ss31 then five milligrams on two separate days each week. Being thirty five I appreciate your post friend and stay focused on your efforts.

Extended mitochondrial discussions along with those on Mots-C feature the protocol PDF. Useful background details appear throughout them too. Take care.
