Hey everyone. When my progress halted on Tirz, I incorporated Cagri into the mix as well. This helped kickstart things once more, yet I'm currently exploring a way to sustain my results long term. My stall occurred at 15mg of Tirz, prompting the addition of Cagri. I began with 0.5, moved to 1.0 without results, then went up to 2.5mg where changes became noticeable. From my experience, Cagri left me quite fatigued for several days after each injection. At this point, I'm considering dropping it and seeing if I can hold steady using only Tirz. Results differ for everyone, though it proved effective while also bringing some drawbacks.
I've been on GLP meds for two years and dropped 75 pounds, but still have 30-35 left. Progress has slowed a lot over the last year, sometimes just a pound a month or nothing at all during stalls, though I've gained muscle and feel good about my body and direction. BMI is 30 now. I have four months of tirz left and am thinking about adding cagri to push past the stalls since I feel like I need something stronger after this long. Current dose is 12.5 mg; going to 15 didn't change anything. Curious if others are pairing them. Also wondering what happens with calories in maintenance if they drop sharply—I'm around 1600 a day while lifting three times a week.
