From what I've tried, putting the blend close to the trouble spot gave noticeable relief on shoulder, lower back, and knee issues. The knee was tricky so I used a skin fold just above it. As someone who rides trails a lot I'm usually dealing with something, so I can compare recovery speed pretty well, and site shots seemed to cut healing time almost in half.
Anyone know if BPC and TB work better when put right near an injury instead of just a general shot? I take a daily dose already but right now I have swelling around some facet joints in my back and maybe some flare-up at the AC joint in my shoulder that had surgery before. The back pain was bad but improving, the shoulder comes and goes. No real fat padding at either spot to inject into, and I couldn't find much practical experience online, mostly guesses. Does local use add anything once you're already on systemic, or is it basically the same? Not sure either one would even touch these spots better than regular anti-inflammatories, though maybe the daily dose is already helping me heal quicker than usual.
