Tirz results so far..

Summary

How do early Tirzepatide results compare to semaglutide for modest weight loss and side habits?

Users report quick drops of 10-14 pounds shortly after starting Tirz in late April, along with reduced bloating, increased activity, and loss of interest in soda. One user notes semaglutide produced weaker effects over three months. Others share similar positive Tirz stories and stress hydration, low dosing, protein intake, and weight training to avoid unwanted body composition changes.

I began Tirz on April 24th. I don't have a lot to lose, but I've already dropped 10 pounds. My husband started the same day and he's lost 14. He used to drink a ton of pop, but that craving has gone away completely since starting the medication. He's also become more active and now comes along on my walks. I've noticed much less bloating too. Three months on Ozempic never gave results like this, so I'm really surprised.

Sure I realize this helps plenty of users and basically launched the whole category so there's that but dang this thing really isn't great for me πŸ˜‚

That medication has done wonders for both of us. My wife needed to drop just ten pounds too, just like the situation you described. She hit her target fast using only a small amount. Last November I weighed two hundred thirty pounds, but now my weight sits in the healthy range and recent tests came back great.

This discussion is excellent. Well done on your progress. I've nearly reached the two-month mark myself. Still, caution is key here. What has worked for me with these medications involves staying hydrated. I keep my amount small. Aiming to drop under three pounds each week. Getting enough protein in. For me, the key has been resistance training. A minimum of twice weekly, though I manage four. Even so, following this routine isn't simple at all. Every day involves effort to check off everything. Different people have different approaches though. Shaping up takes real work. I refuse to finish looking weak and flabby. Absolutely not.

Back then I figured that word only showed up in the central region. Had no idea Canadians used it as well. Moving down to the southern areas meant dealing with weird glances for years every time I used it until the alternative started coming naturally.

Even now when heading back to my home state the word for soda stays pop. I have never understood the reason people around Milwaukee use bubblers for water fountains or why folks in Iowa tack an r onto the end of wash.

I arrived in MN twenty-two years back yet my preference for soda has never wavered.

Grew up way down in the southern states. Around here every soft drink gets called a coke. Normal back and forth goes like this I mention heading out for supplies and ask if anybody needs something they say bring back a coke so I ask which flavor and they answer root beer.

I recall being told, though I'm not positive about this, that the expression bubbler derives from those water coolers employing upside-down five gallon jugs, because when you let water out, air bubbles rise inside the large inverted container.

Happy for you both. Cheers to a healthier version of ourselves!

Living in Florida for twenty one years means my children along with their own kids live there too which leads to plenty of visits north. At any eatery I request plain tea without sugar and that always gets a reaction from my offspring since sweetened versions just don't turn up in Minnesota.
