This is incredible! What a major accomplishment. Well done!
Today I reached an important point in my effort to drop pounds by losing 100 pounds, or 30 percent of where I began, across about 13 months. Logging has been inconsistent over the year, yet scattered measurements let me have an AI chart the numbers against the SURMOUNT-1 trial data. Not aiming to boast, though maybe a touch, the comparison still stood out. Other charts often fall more steeply than the lines from SURMOUNT or TRIUMP trials. Early months kept me below average losses, which might tie to being pre-diabetic. Roughly four months back the numbers moved ahead of those SURMOUNT averages, and now at the 56-week mark they sit clearly below the typical participant. The shift around that four-month mark seems linked only to starting calorie monitoring and meeting with a nutrition professional. Weekly sema additions began near week 50 without shifting the trend. That wrapped up my little comparison for the day. Happy Saturday!
