Nasal reaches full effect faster than subcutaneous and builds quickly. Both approaches last around three to four hours, with the amidated forms extending that by about an hour. One option lasts eight to ten hours even at three hundred micrograms subcutaneous so caution is needed with nasal use of it. Begin low, perhaps one hundred micrograms total, then adjust. Quick nasal onset can feel very intense at higher amounts. Matters especially if the version includes the longer chain versus the shorter backbone.

You're welcome. One extra step worth noting is that the first spray went unfiltered but later ones are filtered. The nasal lining handles daily exposure well yet filtering adds another layer of caution for anything questionable.

Thanks for the note. Saw that detail in the thread. Already planned to filter since caution comes naturally anyway. Inexpensive extra step so why skip it.

Ten milligrams daily mixed in one milliliter of water seems excessive. Also costly unless sourcing from overseas.

NorthKettle44archiveApr 22

Some epithalon arriving soon as one attempt to improve my wife's sleep which has been poor for three months. Planning to begin at half a milligram subcutaneous and possibly increase to one milligram on a later round for roughly twenty days, four times per year. Alternating with another stack during the breaks. Does the overall plan seem reasonable? New to this area.

Assuming you mean DSIP, the two are described as working well together. Some reports mention that chronic insomnia cases can experience the opposite effect from epitalon right before bed and stay awake, so testing morning versus evening timing might help. Not familiar enough with the remaining two to comment on combining them.

Using two hundred fifty to five hundred micrograms of epithalon. Running it for a full month at a time.

NorthKettle44archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

Yes DSIP. The sleep trouble stems from GLP use rather than typical insomnia. The full stack for sleep includes all the mentioned peptides yet the shorter epitalon window makes alternating with the longer running options seem practical.

Had the same GLP related sleep disruption. Epitalon improves rest and prevents the usual three a.m. waking. When not on that cycle, one milligram of selank subcutaneous two hours before bed provides a calming effect that supports good sleep. Noticed the effect holds better with three weeks on and one week off.

How many days on and how many days off? Does it help with sleep?

PatientFenwick91archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @NorthKettle44

Not sure of her age but many women in their mid to late thirties onward notice perimenopausal changes and sleep disruption is often the first sign. If she is near forty and not using hormone support that might be worth checking too.

NorthKettle44archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick91

True. She is forty three and has had perimenopausal symptoms for about two years. Sleep had already been declining but the GLP change caused a sharp consistent worsening which prompted looking at these peptides. Hormone support is also under consideration with family members already using it.

BrightMeadow26archiveApr 22

Recently read that hormone support ranks among the stronger longevity options for women.

NorthKettle44archiveApr 22

Interesting article, thanks. Also seeing more discussion around tadalafil lately.

IronCompass27archiveApr 22

Cycle every other day together with DSIP. That pairing gives the best results for me and reliably doubles measured deep sleep on my watch.

PatientFenwick91archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @NorthKettle44

Glad it is being considered. Progesterone tends to drop first and many women notice much better sleep from oral micronized progesterone by itself. Weight loss can further disrupt already falling hormone levels and even younger competitors sometimes add support during hard cuts. Hope something works for her.

NorthKettle44archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @PatientFenwick91

One relative provided some progesterone pills and an estradiol patch to try. Neither has been used yet. Anyway back to epithalon, sorry for the side track.

PatientFenwick91archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @NorthKettle44

Whatever ends up helping her rest. Epithalon might add benefit but hormones probably form the base. Will update once the epithalon arrives since I have not started it yet.

LevelAnchor55archiveApr 22

Placed the order this morning. Still unsure on the exact amount to use but there is time before it arrives.

Also forty six and facing similar issues. Planning to try kisspeptin first since it is supposed to prompt the hypothalamus to release sex hormones.

GreenMeadow27archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @SlowLedger21

It can also alter cycle timing and lead to more frequent periods. Just a note.

SlowLedger21archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @GreenMeadow27

Good to know, thanks. Wondering whether cycling it across the month would be acceptable.

Reminder to self to wait until full menopause before considering kisspeptin.

Used in fertility settings to trigger ovulation for conditions like PCOS. Worth extra research on dosing since many studies employ the longer form rather than the shorter version available here. Nasal spray preparation is another option since it crosses into the brain and may allow a lower amount.

SlowLedger21archiveApr 22
↳ replying to @GreenMeadow27

Nasal spray sounds useful since injections are unappealing and adding more items is part of why nothing has started yet. Thanks.

LevelAnchor55archiveMay 5

Began today at two milligrams. Will report back on how it goes.

ClearMeadow73archiveMay 5

Just wrapped up my initial twenty-day run. Sleep feels much deeper now. The first night without it I spent hours trying to fall asleep, though I'm not sure if that's connected because isn't it meant to accumulate? I'll see how tonight goes and hope it was a one-off.

From what I've seen mentioned, Epithalon tends to deliver more reliable sleep improvements than what gets shared about DSIP. However when stacked the addition of DSIP boosts the overall effectiveness beyond using Epithalon by itself. DSIP particularly boosts the amount of deep rest involving delta waves but does little for extending total sleep time. Epithalon instead helps moderate the cortisol rise that causes waking around three in the morning without the ability to fall asleep again.

Appreciate the reply. Still wondering if mixing dsip with epi at once is certain to enhance rest?

NorthKettle44archiveMay 11
↳ replying to @QuietKettle35

There's no guarantee these will produce results since bodies differ so much in how they respond. From what I've seen combining the two tends to produce the strongest outcome versus using just one on its own. Changing when the amounts are taken can also matter quite a bit particularly with the first one so testing evening times against morning times has worked better for some people.

QuietKettle35archiveMay 16

Appreciate your response there. Just wondering about something else too. Apparently some users report strange nightmares during epithalon use. Any truth to that?

NorthKettle44archiveMay 16
↳ replying to @QuietKettle35

I've encountered plenty of reports describing the same thing. My partner already had quite a few intense dreams on a regular basis beforehand, so I felt worried they could grow stronger, yet nothing negative has affected her dreaming at all.

QuietKettle35archiveMay 19
↳ replying to @NorthKettle44

Grateful beyond words. Getting underway with it during the next few days. Put it on hold till now for that reason.

My spouse dealt with a handful of bad dreams that eventually faded after some time passed. I never ran into that problem at all.

QuietKettle35archiveMay 20
↳ replying to @GreenMeadow27

Nightmares don't come my way often. On the occasions they do appear their realism makes it impossible to get back to sleep for a long time. Grateful you related your story.

ClearQuill84archiveMay 20
↳ replying to @QuietKettle35

Started using Epi at that daily amount several days back. Dreams haven't turned negative so far, just odd instead. Beyond the sleep stuff I seem to have slightly higher daytime alertness, although it may simply be my mind playing tricks since it's still early.

GreenMeadow27archiveMay 20
↳ replying to @QuietKettle35

My spouse mentioned the ones he got seemed really lifelike.

LevelAnchor55archiveMay 20

There's just four days remaining before my twenty-day period wraps up. Each day I consume two milligrams. My rest appears to be more profound, and returning to slumber after a nighttime bathroom visit happens quicker than usual. On a few occasions I've experienced odd dreams, though that could be unrelated. I'm interested to see how things shift once I cease.

PatientTimber45archiveMay 20

I'm two weeks away from finishing the cycle and take the five milligram amount sixty minutes prior to bedtime. The jab gives a burning feeling not sure if that's normal for me. Sleep tracking hasn't shown gains yet.

LevelAnchor55archiveMay 20
↳ replying to @PatientTimber45

It stings very little on me, I almost don't feel it

NorthMeadow44archiveJun 2

After finishing the cycle does sleep turn lousy again for everyone else?

SteadyQuill55archiveJun 2
↳ replying to @NorthMeadow44

No, nothing happening at present. That earlier round came to a close on March the sixth. The following round gets underway once the present interval concludes, in about three weeks time. Quality of sleep is holding steady. Daily intake stays at one milligram throughout twenty or twenty two days, using three vials of the seven point five version.

I'm curious how others time their periods of use and rest with this peptide. A guide I checked recommended ten to twenty days of taking it then four to six months off. Does anyone find that approach workable? How do you handle your own timing?

ClearBeacon24archiveJun 2
↳ replying to @NorthQuill51

My dog and I put this thing into action twenty days every month.
