Going from that high starting weight down to 285 shows real transformation over just over twelve months. It's not minor improvement but a total shift in how life works, including movement, vitality, swelling, self-assurance, and routine living. You've covered nearly all stages in these medications too, trying different ones and even a short experiment with another. Keeping at it amid those changes stands out as the challenge, yet it happened. Losing 161 pounds while standing 5 foot 11 makes a big statement. These days, noticing physical sensations matters equally to watching the scale. After such distance, it's tempting to focus only on further reductions. Admiration for the effort involved.

Dropping thirty three pounds starting back in March feels pretty rapid. That mix seems to be delivering solid results based on how things have gone. I have been watching my water intake along with protein and general stamina while the weight comes off so fast. I will share what the larger amount does over the next few weeks.

I've spotted some really effective upkeep methods before, yet this one ranks high among them. It looks like a routine that lets you stay on top of things without needing nonstop maximum levels of those meds. Sustaining the lower figure for more than two years after the initial drop from the higher mark counts as the biggest win here. Dropping the pounds brings its own issues, though holding steady across long stretches trips up the majority. Your approach is clearly paying off. Nice job sticking with it! 😎

ClearCinder63archiveMay 10

Been going four months now since I got started, began at two hundred twenty point eight, sitting at one hundred eighty eight right now, shooting for somewhere between one hundred fifty five and one hundred sixty five, taking three milligrams weekly of reta.

Dropping 29 pounds beginning in December stands out as a major win. Sticking with your routine means further progress keeps arriving. Life shifts at a surprising pace once the pieces align properly. How do you feel about the Tirz and GHK-CU pair up to now? Picking up on anything from the GHK portion yet?

Methods of this sort often bring about enduring achievements. Losing twenty-two pounds starting in March by maintaining small unchanging amounts represents impressive headway. Plus it's nice seeing consideration of more than the scale numbers alone including keeping it off living longer and staying healthy overall. That perspective tends to help folks stay on track well past their target. Great job. Don't stop now.πŸ‘Š

I appreciate your reply and share the same views on those ideas. I should have added more background to my original message but your input shows I'm heading in the correct direction. For six months on that medication my weight stayed the same and my glucose levels along with A1C didn't get better as a type 2 diabetic. My doctor refused to raise the amount or switch to another option so I looked into things myself. After beginning this new treatment I consume two hundred grams of protein each day take in one and a half to two gallons of water and use two portions of electrolyte mix every day. I work out at the gym three to five times plus attend four to five Brazilian jiu jitsu sessions weekly which sped up the fat loss. Going through everyone's stories and paths shared here has really inspired me. Everyone continue doing awesome!

KeenKettle95archiveMay 11

Quick update using reta only. Started at 229 pounds on 4/03 and hit 203.5 pounds on 5/11, so 25.5 pounds lost over 38 days.

CopperBeacon14archiveMay 11

Went from 240 pounds down to 169 pounds, total of 71 pounds off. Still aiming for 100 pounds total. BMI dropped from 41.2 to 29, so still overweight but getting there.

I think I'm liking the GHK-CU so far. Main goal with it is avoiding loose skin from the weight loss and helping with some inflammation. Only a few months in but skin feels more plump and the needle is harder to get through.

AmberCompass24archiveMay 11

Started at 242, now around 157 as of August 2025, goal near 155. Titrated up slowly and did three weeks at 15mg. That dose gave the most side effects but got me to goal. Just dropped back to 12.5 last week and plan to ease down slowly to balance calories with the GLP-1.

AmberMeadow80archiveMay 11

262 pounds down to 225 pounds equals 37 pounds. Looks like you dropped 10 pounds in your math there.

AmberMeadow80archiveMay 11

50 year old male, 5'7". Month 1 on reta at 0.5mg every 3 days: started 169.9 pounds at 26.9% body fat, averaged 165.3, ended at 160.5 for 8.9 pounds lost that month. Muscle mass held around 67 pounds, body fat to 23.8%. Month 2 at 1mg every 3 days: started 162.2, averaged 158, ended 154 for another 8.2 pounds. Muscle mass 66 pounds, body fat now 19.5%. Total 17.1 pounds off in two months while keeping muscle. Body fat down 7.4%. Using Google Gemini to track calories and macros around 1700 kcal daily with 100g protein goal. Only reta for two months, added KLOW for one month, started CJC/IPA two days ago.

Hi! Dropping that many pounds so quickly shows real dedication, meds or not. Only eating when necessary feels familiar after dealing with constant urges for ages. The quieting of hunger stands out. You're nearing your target weight now. Seeing this progress blows me away and motivates me greatly. Which one did you begin using first?

RustSignal22archiveMay 12

Seeing all the results people losing weight of a whole adult is just crazy.

Wow, shedding seventy pounds across eight months counts as serious progress. That compound seems to mesh really well with how your system handles it, even after cutting back on the dose. Adjusting targets from two hundred down toward one hundred ninety shows plenty of momentum too. Getting more comfortable in your body tends to flip the mental side as well. The end feels within reach. Wrapping this up solidly without rushing anything makes the whole effort worthwhile.

CopperAlder51archiveMay 12
↳ replying to @AmberSparrow63

This seems tailored exactly to my needs. There aren't many unwanted effects, and those that appeared showed up mostly early on. When I lowered the dose to ten milligrams, my hunger returned somewhat, yet the pounds kept coming off, which came as a nice unexpected bonus.

Don't drop too low before our R140 arrives! Have a great week!!

KeenKettle50archiveMay 13

My trainer suggested a body recomposition while eating at maintenance calories around 2500 with lots of protein, minimal fat, and plenty of carbs. However, I decided to experiment with reducing my carbohydrate intake to see the lowest level that still keeps my lifting sessions effective. When I cut carbs down from 300 grams to between 120 and 130 grams, my scale showed a drop of 4 pounds right away over just two days.

QuietAnchor73archiveMay 13
↳ replying to @KeenKettle50

How are you holding up with your results? Have you seen any decline in your stamina?

KeenKettle50archiveMay 13

No way! Right now my regimen includes 7.5 milligrams reta each week, CJC combined with Ipamorelin at 250 micrograms, 2 milligrams tesamorelin daily, and I've added 2 milligrams BAM 15 lately.

RustBeacon82archiveMay 13

It's inspiring to read about everyone's achievements, and I want to congratulate them all. I've struggled with my weight throughout my entire existence as a woman who stands at five foot three. The most I've ever weighed reached two hundred forty pounds, and over many years I've fluctuated between that and one hundred fifty. I began using Tirz back in the first month of the current year, and right now I'm at one hundred twenty three pounds. I'm aiming for one hundred ten, which lands me right in the middle of the normal body mass index for someone my size.

QuietQuill30archiveMay 13

I started out at 175 pounds and now sit at 161. The shift covers from December 28 2025 until today. My dosing uses 3.5 milligrams of Tirz plus 2.5 milligrams of Reta divided by switching every three days. Reaching a solid weight after so many years feels great since this is the lowest I have been since middle school or high school. On top of that I strength train three or four days each week and jog three times weekly.

BlueKettle52archiveMay 13

30 year old male, 5'9". Started at 148, now 132, goal 125 or 120 depending on how I look and feel at 125. Timeframe from 4/15/2026 to now. Protocol 1 mg reta weekly.

I've always tried focusing on how my energy levels strength and daily life feel at various body sizes rather than chasing any fixed targets. Folks with bigger builds like mine often discover those standard mass calculations just don't line up with what stays comfortable over time. Early on I noticed the pattern of pushing through sharp drops only to see the pounds return afterward. Real progress shows up when routines last without nonstop effort while activity stays consistent. Hitting a workable spot then pausing to check how things sit works far better than forcing an uncomfortable level that feels draining. Even after setbacks from physical problems keeping up movement and emphasizing body shifts over the scale alone has helped me more than most starters manage. Adding one item gradually instead of large combinations has also turned out positive. It's nice seeing others post their experiences here since plenty of quiet readers likely recognize parts of their own path in them.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 14

My opening week felt strong. Early weight reductions always seem special in their own way. All the prior anticipation along with setup and doubts shifts into actual drive right then. That starting reduction on the scale lingers in memory since it confirms real movement is underway. πŸ’ͺ

PlainTimber26archiveMay 14

I'm overjoyed to have reached the 150s after all this time! Advancement occurred at a careful and persistent rate. The journey felt remarkably effortless, prompting me to possibly revise my objective downward to 125.

PlainPebble58archiveMay 15

I began at 177 pounds and now sit at 157. My start date was January 9 2026, so that's 20 pounds gone across four months. The first dose was half a milligram and after that I raised it bit by bit without noting every change. Split shots happened for a couple of weeks. These days I take two milligrams all at once each week. Light lifting is part of my routine but the real change comes from simply eating far less since meals hold little appeal.

LevelCinder96archiveMay 15

I started out weighing two hundred twenty pounds but now sit at one hundred ninety two point five after twelve weeks total. My setup uses two milligrams of reta each week split across two separate injections. Beforehand I spent seven years focused on powerlifting alongside a poor diet. This is week twelve of moving into bodybuilding instead. I take in five or six meals daily along with forty minutes of cardio five days per week plus five lifting sessions weekly.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 15
↳ replying to @ClearCinder63

That's impressive advancement. Dropping thirty three pounds across four months at three milligrams weekly comes across as quite effective. Did the amount get raised gradually until hitting that level or begin right there? What dose did you start out on?

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 15
↳ replying to @KeenKettle95

Losing twenty five pounds across thirty eight days comes across as extraordinary. That compound looks like it's suiting you perfectly. I would guess the contrast from the initial point feels enormous by now. Hope the streak continues.

ClearCinder63archiveMay 15
↳ replying to @AmberSparrow63

I sure ramped the dose higher over time. The opening three weeks I took half a milligram, the next three weeks one and a half milligrams, and from week seven forward three milligrams.

WryCinder14archiveMay 15

Been on the 2.5 for forty three days total. Used the compounded version through the first thirty before moving up to five and have dropped eighteen pounds.

WryCinder14archiveMay 15

That's quite the achievement there! Are insulin injections part of the routine now? Relatives dealing with diabetes is what led me to begin tirz.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 16
↳ replying to @CopperBeacon14

Losing seventy one pounds really shows serious effort. Reaching that level of transformation calls for steady commitment, self control, and pushing forward even during stretches when motivation ran low. I need to remember the ground I've covered already. Plenty of folks hope for transformation but I'm the one making it real. I'll continue adding to the results week after week. One hundred pounds lost now feels completely doable. πŸ’ͺ

WarmAnchor46archiveMay 16

I began at two hundred fifty one pounds and now sit at two hundred thirty two. The stretch runs from April sixth until today. My approach used two milligrams of tirzep for four weeks and I have moved up to two point five milligrams lately. The reta arrives shortly so I plan to combine two milligrams of each in one weekly dose. I have shed eighteen pounds across six weeks.

LevelSignal57archiveMay 16

I'm a 35-year-old woman standing 5 feet 4 inches tall. My weight hit 240 pounds back in August 2025. On March 9 I began the shots at 230 pounds. These days I split everything into two smaller injections per week for a combined 7.5 milligrams. My scale now shows 211. Body scans indicate eight extra pounds of muscle though. That suggests roughly 35 pounds of fat came off. Lifting weights, jogging, and yoga fill my weekly schedule.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 16
↳ replying to @AmberCompass24

Wow, what a transformation. Dropping those pounds has really changed things for the better, and taking it gradually likely prevented a ton of discomfort. It seems you got to know how your system responds instead of pushing the amount higher quickly. It's clever noticing that keeping the weight off differs from shedding it. Balancing the medication help with proper nutrition becomes the main focus going forward. Plus, reducing the dose after reaching the target rather than sticking at the highest level if reactions were building up is logical. Quite an achievement. You're nearly there now. Way to go!

KeenLantern58archiveMay 16

I have posted here before. Just hit 40 pounds today.

SlowBramble67archiveMay 16

I started out at two hundred twenty three pounds and sit at one hundred seventy two now. Spent twenty eight weeks moving from two point five up to five milligrams on the first option. Tried a different compound at three milligrams for three weeks but saw no drop and quit after three straight days of intense loose stools. Returned to the original at two point five milligrams for upkeep and within one week everything felt fine again. Target remains one hundred seventy.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 17
↳ replying to @AmberMeadow80

Your two-month effort looks really focused. Losing 17 pounds with muscle staying about the same and body fat going from 26.9 percent down to 19.5 percent stands out well, particularly when you're 50. The steady approach is evident. What impresses me most is focusing on more than just the number on the scale by monitoring body makeup, protein levels, energy intake, and rest periods. This path often yields superior ongoing outcomes compared to quick reduction methods. Reducing body fat from nearly 27 percent to below 20 percent over eight weeks represents a major change in both body and metabolism. It was wise to maintain elevated protein targets during the gradual increase of Reta. It appears you're creating a lasting routine rather than relying solely on reducing hunger. I appreciate the thorough update and would like to hear more about how adding CJC/IPA affects rest, sleep, and workouts. πŸ’ͺ

BlueSignal76archiveMay 17

Start weight 143kg, current weight 128kg. Timeframe Feb 23 to present. Protocol 4mg tirz per week.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 18
↳ replying to @KeenKettle50

I've seen cases where a sudden few pound loss comes mostly from glycogen depletion along with the fluid it carries rather than actual tissue. Since each portion of those reserves pulls in liquid, sharply lowering carb intake causes the numbers to fall quickly at the outset. What really matters ends up being workout output, how fast recovery happens, muscle fullness, daily energy, and whether the whole thing still feels workable after a couple weeks. People respond differently, with some managing moderate amounts fine while others notice their sessions suffer. Trying out the lowest workable level instead of just cutting total food randomly looks sensible. When strength and bounce back stay steady that might point to a suitable amount for ongoing recomposition. I'll keep following along and hope to hear more updates on how things develop.

AmberSparrow63archiveMay 18

The shift from two hundred forty pounds down to one hundred twenty three stands out as truly remarkable. Such a change involves far more than losing weight alone because it took years of persistence, starting over multiple times, and never quitting. Respect is due for continuing the effort until this stage. At one hundred twenty three pounds with a height of five foot three, substantial gains have already occurred regarding health and life quality. The final part toward the target usually proceeds at the slowest rate while being the hardest on the mind, although this clearly shows the ability to handle difficult tasks. The end appears very near.
