Based on what I know the mucus-related issues seem similar to a mild sinus problem involving drainage possibly linked to allergies. The queasiness and tiredness might stem from that though they're also common reactions to reta. Seasonal shifts and food changes can affect immunity too. From what I've noticed here individuals without much extra weight appear to feel effects from smaller amounts of reta sooner than anticipated and experience more reactions at those levels compared to those carrying more excess pounds.
Solid log. This is how you sort things out. 22 lbs in eight weeks is strong. The symptoms line up with the higher reta doses and eased after stopping, while BPC and TB didn’t restart them. Curious to see how 1 mg goes on the 27th. P.S. Not sure if you have allergies, but early March hits a lot of people I know. Best.
